• Debra (8/5): Very relaxing stay. - Excellent quiet location. Amazing view of Catseye beach but away from the busy high rise resort hotel and tourist strip. Unit well equiped with everything you need. Bathroom a bit dated but clean. Buggy included, which was very convenient. Valet pick up and drop off to airport also seamless The view and relaxing balcony which included outdoor lounge and table. BBQ also available if you wanted to cook. Fully equiped kitchen as well. The binoculars that were available were great to bird watch. Two sea eagles each day circling on the wind.

• Malycki (8/5): Spacious apartment but a little dated. Amazing terrace and view. - Valet service for pick up and collection of luggage was first class. Also for the return. Terrace and view absolutely perfect! Apartment was a little dated and old-fashioned. No dishwasher. We had a problem with the buggy on the first evening (no lights) meaning we had to stay in the apartment with no food. Problem was fixed the next day.

• Liam (9/5): Great location and balcony views with buggy make it a must return - The buggy was a huge plus. The location and balcony was amazing. Loved the home vibes and the staff The shower door was always almost broken. The outdoor lights didnt work. The bathroom fans also didn’t work

• Magpayo (9/5): Very good, recommend it. - The view was great! Also good location and included buggy made it much easier to get around. AC does make this ‘clunky’ sound, may need a fix up but other than that was good.

• Troy (8/5): Relaxing and as expected. - Very spacious apartment with a great outdoor area. Use of the apartment buggy to get around the island was a god sent as i had an injured foot during our stay. Lack of fans on the patio and the internet was very slow. Unable to do any work whilst i was there as I was unable to stream freely. The bathroom needs upgrading. We were there during a cyclone but this is nothing to do with the property and the owners were very accommodating to allow us to stay 2 extra nights.

• Naomi (7/5): Relaxing, convenient and apartment stayed very cool during the muggy and hot times of the day - Location had a great view of the bay and the private pool for the residents of the apartments was a quiet oasis away from loud groups. Bathroom very outdated. No water pressure in the shower, fans did not work in bathroom and the toilet did not flush properly in the early hours of the morning.

• Karen (10/5): Heavenly destination holiday - Excellent location overlooking beautiful Catseye Beach. Close to everything and the buggy helped make it such a fun destination and I would love to return.
• Leanne (6/5): Budget option with buggy - Central location. Value for money. Clean & tidy. Budget accommodation - 3 star. Noise. Louvers let in noise from reversing buggies & people talking. Other residents smoking on their balconies and stomping around above woke me up. Bed was hard.hardly and room to put away clothes. Considering I only took 2 dresses & a few tshirts, no room to put away any clothes.

• Michelle (10/5): Spacious apartment with a view - The view! Apartment is very spacious and a great location The outdated bathroom with a shower that had not much pressure. Also ran out of toilet paper for the week and the balcony door is very heavy to open and close.

View from balcony was amazing and property was well equipped with everything we needed. Particularly loved the coffee pods and machine. Nothing, we loved it.

Kitchen and bathroom are very dated and therefore some things were tricky to use i.e sliding shower door, draws and cupboards in kitchen. Tiles were very slippery on two seperate occasions, with no obvious reason. More than one roll of toilet paper would have been helpful - just to get our family of four settled prior to our grocery shop.

View was gorgeous from the balcony with sea views and local wildlife. Kylie was extremely helpful. Property really needs updating. Valet was not great.

• Marion (9/5): Poinciata 109 lovely stay but description faulty. - View from balcony was amazing. Electric buggy was fun. Accommodation was large and comfortable and very well equipped. The details on Booking. Com weren't all correct. There was no garage where our bags could have been stored (detail from cooms) , there is no dishwasher ( but there is a washing machine/tumble dryer not referenced), there is no shop at the accommodation block and there isn't access to a private beach area (only Catseye Beach) and pool with a lovely view (lovely pool but no view). Said there was electric vehicle charging station but don't say there is a buggy. No obvious fitness centre to do yoga, no table tennis and no separate children's pool.
