• Ami (8/5): Super convenient and comfortable London base - Perfect access to the center. Nice size for family. The shower water was not so worm so a bit cold when taking a shower.

• Mercè (6/5): Falta de manteniment i neteja en general - L'apartament és espaiós Li faltava manteniment en general, també faltava llum al bany, i els armaris de sota la cuina, hi havia unes taques a la moqueta de l'habitació, i faltava neteja a la cuina.

The fact that the code for the lockbox got changed at the last moment and was not provided until we made a direct call was very unpleasant. Bed in the bedroom is too soft. It's not good for your back.

• Oscar (10/5): Everything worked out just liked planned. - Location was great for London tourism, the area felt safe. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Access to the apartment was easy. The host was responsive. The sofa-bed was a bit too small for two big kids to sleep in. The shower could be better, better nozzle and more/faster hot water.
• Andrew (10/5): Excellent - Everything is new and fully equipped. We had everything we needed to cook and sleep. Location is very central. Walking distance to most of London’s main attractions. Very easy check in and communication with David.

• François-régis (6/5): If you’re not bothered by the noise, you will enjoy a great stay in a wonderful London location, all with a wonderful ho - The location is crazy good. If not for the kids, we could have done everything simply walking, 45 minutes tops… that may sound a lot, but with a nice weather, it’s great. Also I prefer bus to the tube, and that still takes some time… so walk was really a valid option. Nearby are a lot of very nice restaurants. We loved pretty much all those we tested! I’ve discussed those with David, which was very nice. Our main issues were, fist, street noises. Theonald’s road is a very used street, also by police and ambulance. We tried earplugs but overall, and because we are used to no noise at all, there was still too much somehow for us. Second, i felt like the bed would benefit an upgrade. It’s getting a bit used IMO, and it’s only a 140cm, when the bedroom could easily welcome a 200! Last, and I’m sure David is trying hard to resolve this, some guest had the crazy idea to smoke inside the flat. A little smell remains for now.
• Musaad (5/5): Need to renovation - Location was near to bus stop where you can get to Oxford Street “2 minutes” and underground “10 minutes” by walking. Communication with host Very old furnitures. Small bed maybe 140 cm. Bad smell from carpet. Some of the Kitchen tools were not clean. No dishwasher.
• Hem (10/5): Exceptional but no lift in the building - We liked the size of the apartment, the location, the host communication and the flexibility in check in and check out. We didn't like that there was no lift in the building.
• Dan (9/5): Very nice place, new and spacious - The apartment felt new and had everything we needed. David was very clear about check in and check out. And unlike with most other apartments we didn't have to clean the apartment, take the garbage out etc., when we left. Not giving a 10 stars because the living room window facing the street lets in noise.
• Hiranjith (10/5): Can recommend - We had a nice time here. Pros: Large apartment with very high ceilings and a large bedroom. Looks new and very nicely decorated. Its well equipped to cook and live with everything we needed. Communication was great and instructions and clear and understandable. The neighbourhood is central, walkable, lively and safe. Cons: The big window next to the kitchen sink did not open. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift so you have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs.
