Чувствуется усталость мебели и кухонного оборудования. Добавить некоторое спортивное оборудование в спортзалах. Нужна машина ( но это везде в Орландо).

• Chelle (8/5): Lovely newly renovated place with wonderful views and clean and comfortable space - great hosts - The place seemed newly updated wth nice finishes throughout. Plenty of appliances, beach towels, etc. The owner(s) kept in constant touch with text and responded fairly quickly to any messages. The pool tiki bar was cute and provided good drinks and snacks if desired. I believe you could also bring whatever you wanted to eat or drink. The staff there was also amazing and very personable (especially Lynnette-I think that was her name, I was only there 2 days). The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable with soft sheets, and comfortor, with decent pillows. The view from the balcony was really cool, expecially when the "airboat" took off and landed. You can apparantly rent jet skis and maybe boats to go around the lake. There's also a hottub and possible a childs pool, but I never went to look. You can walk out to the dock and chill and maybe even fish, not sure. There were several places to walk to, like Dunkin donuts, starbucks, walgreens, mcdonalds, etc. And just a little further were a few chain restaurants as well that I walked to. If you needed to take an uber, there were several things close, so it shouldn't cost too much to go back and forth, depending on surge pricing of course. When you walked out the door, there is the other side of the building with a very wide view over the town as well. Being on the 18th floor gave you some pretty cool views. Several chairs available at the pool, but when sun shifts throughout the day there is shade from tower 1 I believe. The pool is also open late I believe, like 11pm. you can also stor your luggage if needed before check in or check out. The overall building was very clean and the balcony was just lovely with great furniture and new cushions. Hope this helps. other travelers. I would stay here again. The AC didn't cool properly and the fan remote in the LVR was missing battery, so couldn't turn it on to try and circulate any air. I notified the owner and I'm sure they will rectify for the before the next vistitor. There is really only 1 main pool (I thought there were more) The other wasn't really being use, but was available, not sure if it wasn't heated by the sun, etc?

The apartment is very well located with beautiful views, and getting around with Uber and Lyft is super easy. It was also perfect for our participation in the runDisney Springtime Challenge — the location made everything simple and efficient, even with early mornings. The amenities (pool, gym) are excellent, and the apartment is well equipped and bright. Would definitely recommend!

Lençóis e edredons Extremamente macios, cheiro de lavagem profissional, e arrumação do quarto excelente. Quarto escuro do jeito que eu gosto. A vista da sala é espetacular, da pra ver o lago e o globo do Epcot a noite, muito lindo. O fato de ter 2 banheiros grandes também ache excelente. A sala é super aconchegante. Cozinha muito funcional e espaçosa, tudo novinho. O apartamento é mais bonito e espaçoso do que parece nas fotos. As camas do beliche também tem o mesmo padrão de qualidade da cama de casal, porém ficam em um corredor que virou um quarto improvisado. Não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia, mas se estiver com adolescentes mais enjoadinhos, talvez seja uma questão a falta de privacidade para eles. Senti falta de um espelho com apoio para maquiar também.

• Cla (1/5): Stay Across the Street and save yourself a headache!! - Nice central locations to the Disney and Universal parks. The property is located on a lake, with a pool overlooking it and walking paths. From the moment we checked in, the entire apartment reeked of marijuana. The smell was not mild—it was deeply embedded in the furniture, fabrics, and air, making it clear that previous guests had been smoking inside for an extended period. We immediately reported the issue to management (Marie), and shockingly, nothing was done. No attempt to remedy the situation, no effort to relocate us, and no accountability. We were simply told that switching units was “not possible.” The only apparent attempt to cover it up was a Glade plug-in by the front door—which did absolutely nothing to address the overwhelming odor. This wasn’t just an inconvenience—it was a health issue. Our daughter has asthma and struggled significantly to breathe throughout the night. It was distressing and completely unacceptable that a property would knowingly leave a unit in this condition and still allow guests to check in. We contacted Booking.com multiple times and were assured we would be reimbursed by the property. To date, we have received nothing. This lack of follow-through only reinforces how little responsibility this management takes for their property or their guests. This place is at best mediocre, and the lack of cleanliness, guest safety, and basic hospitality standards is concerning. Management clearly prioritizes profit over people. Do yourself a favor—skip this property entirely. You’re far better off staying across the street at the Sheraton Vistana, where you’ll pay less and receive far better accommodations, service, and peace of mind.

• Amanda (10/5): Comfortable, clean, great location with lake view and parking - This is an excellent apartment for a visit to Disney, only minutes away. The bed in the Master bedroom is firm and comfortable (very important for my bad back), the kitchen has everything you might need, the showers have plenty of hot water, the living room furniture is comfortable, and there is a pleasant lake view. We were grateful for easy check-in and parking, and host Marie provided clear and ample directions for everything. The price is very reasonable for the area. We did not travel with children, but the apartment also includes a twin bunk bed which would have been useful years ago when we had young children.

The view of the lake from the balcony was very pretty, and the sunset was too. We had dinner at the tiki hut down by the pool and it was very good. In the evening- we could see the fireworks from Disney. Check in was good, with very nice staff. All the closets were locked and there was no place to hang up our clothes, no ice maker or ice cube trays, they did say that if we got make up on the towels - we could be charged per towel- which I never heard of

Nothing really, except there was no hanging rails for clothes, only shelves in the wardrobe (but that just may be an American thing, to be honest) and for such a lovely place, we thought the towels were a bit sparse in size and weight- a little luxury touch that would have complemented a lovely space and cost very little to add. However we highly recommend and would stay again anytime!

Spacious bathrooms with great amenities, gold accents made it classy and special. Cleaning,laundry etc products available in abundance. Good choice of free TV streaming programs. Great view over the lake which was very relaxing and peaceful to watch on the balcony which had very comfortable chairs. Excellent pool area with large pool and second smaller jacuzzi pool. Pool area was very clean. Nice decked area for sitting and watching the wildlife go by on the lake. Tiki bar open 11 till late every day. Felt safe with dedicated under cover carpark and gated entry. Despite the fact the resort is very close to the Disney attractions it felt miles away from the parks as it was an oasis of peacefulness. The host was exceptional. Always available and in touch constantly wanting to know how things were going, such as checking in during stay and check out, so supporting to guests showed they cared. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. We asked could we stay by the pool after check out time as our next stay was much later in the afternoon. The reception staff said it was no problem gave us a pool key and invited us to stay as long as we wanted. Exceptional service. Nothing

The parking was plentiful & easy to find our apartment. The apartment itself was amazing - modern, fresh, very clean & so comfortable. The view of the lake was spectacularly breathtaking. • Rebecca (9/5): Oasis from the chaos of Orlando! - Lovely apartment, with everything you need. Nice and peaceful away from the craziness and noise of the Theme Parks. The apartment was well equipped, modern and absolutely spotless, with a beautiful view over the lake. The pool area was also exceptionally clean and a very chilled area. Nothing! However the shuttle service to the parks no longer runs.

We will return , no question! - This unit was very well maintained , and had high quality goods such as washing machine / dryer etc . Nice ambient lighting and fans in both the main living area and bedroom. High quality showers and fittings. Pool was beautiful and well kept with a snack bar to the side. View was wonderful over the lake from the balcony, and we watched many sunsets from there. Perfect positioning in our view. Tranquil lake view with shops nearby but only a short drive to all the parks. If we’re being very picky , perhaps an additional sofa in the main lounge for relaxing spread out evening would be a plus.
• Jasmine (10/5): Great stay! - The stay was fantastic...everything needed was at the property itself! Marie and her staff did a great job for us first time guests. We were happy and pleased with the apartment. The accommodations to make sure we had a nice stay was a great gesture and thoughtful. We will definitely be returning for more stays. The property is close to everything and has beautiful sites from the balcony. The front desk lady was very nice and sweet, the security woman was a pleasure to have on site to help us check in late night. Thank you all for a great stay. Nothing.

• Alma (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean. The place is really nice and the bed is super comfortable. The host is responsive with many questions. The pool is huge and the lake in the back is a great scenery. The bar was open and the host was very nice. I will be staying here again.

• Oscar (10/5): Incredible spot near all parks, lakefront with an exceptional pool, tiki bar and friendly staff. - Loved how spacious the unit was and amenities were fairly modern. Loved the lakeside view from the balcony and ease of access and location to all the Disney parks. Loved the bed in the main room. Loved the ease of check in and the pool and amenities were clean and super accessible until 11pm. Would have loved to have more towels and a few more trash bags as well as toilet paper and pillows. We only had 2 rolls of toilet paper and had to buy some extras.
• Debra (9/5): Would definitely recommend, great location, super comfortable and would stay there again! - Everything in the apartment was fantastic. We had everything we needed, super clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool was great and never too crowded. Although it was nice to have some music, there wasn't anywhere you get away from the music - perhaps a quiet area, or a short, no music period?
