- Emily (5/5): - Nice location, close enough to walk to the city and kings park We booked this for the 2 reasons of it having a secure car park and a pool. However our car was too big for the car park as they never out height limitations on their site so we had to leave the car at kings park for 3 days. We also did not have access to the pool due to a missing key, by the time we wanted to use the pool as we had a busy schedule it was too late. We never got a discount for this missing key items which was quite diaspointing. Will probably look else where next time.

- Stephenson (8/5): Comfortable home in good location - Comfortable with good facilities and convenient location Paying a separate bond fee for the keys was a negative especially as the rent had been paid in full .

- Darren (1/5): Terrible 3pm check, hard to find the unit, wasn't clean and faulty shower. owners are aggressive - Units are in a good area AND THATS WHERE IT ENDS Not clean, and the shower was faulty the owner tried to fix even after I advised him, he need a plumber. The repair didn't fix the issue and when we reviewed the property honestly, they kept half our deposit. I would recommend staying somewhere else. We have booked hundreds of properties from Booking.com this is the worst value for money by far.

apartment was clean and tidy. we needed more toilet paper and owners delivered some the same day.
easy to communicate with the owners. the owners the shower wasn't the best. the pillows weren't quite firm enough!

- Brenda (10/5): - We’ll set up with washing machine and dryer all washing liquid and washing up liquid. Heaps of tea bags, coffee sauces rice glou sugar oil etc. Full kitchen and a good size TV with couch. Hosts were easily contactable by phone and message and everything clean and organised.
If more than one person leave your bags at the front of the Wardolf main entrance and send someone to collect the key and pass tag. The pass tag will get you into the main lobby and lift. SBS on demand and Britbox added as apps to tv.

- Vshenko (9/5): Perfect place to relax and unwind - Brent & Michelle were very caring and responded quickly to any enquiries. The apartment is in a great location, opposite Kings Park and 10 min walking to the bus and train station. We felt right at home and enjoyed all the amenities. We played some tennis with the rackets and balls provided and enjoyed a refreshing swim afterwards in the pool. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind. We'll be back for sure. Very minor suggestions to replace the sofa as it's worn out and not comfortable anymore.

- Terence (1/5): Very disappointed, would not recommend. - Just before we left UK owner wanted to change arrangements for collecting security deposit including using bank details for which our bank flagged a warning , also wanted to return deposit same way which was not part of booking conditions. Soon after arrival found balcony doors would not lock leaving apartment insecure. Immediately contacted owner who was unconcerned since only Spider-Man could get in. Tried to imagine trying to put that down on an insurance claim .Apartment tired and in need of makeover.Two of four hobs not working, shower attachment falling apart, pots ,pans board etc.scratched , furniture stained. But biggest problem was owner.

- Kevin (9/5): Great value for money self-contained unit in a fantastic location - This is a very comfortable self-contained unit in an excellent location within easy walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the CBD and 10 - 15 minutes walk to Kings Park up Jacobs Ladder. The instructions about collecting the key were clear, even though there was a little bit of a process. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need to cook food, wash clothes, etc. The provision of nice hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. The parking was very handy, especially as we walked everywhere we went. Unfortunately, we were only there for two days and were intent on sightseeing, se we didn't make use of the pool, tennis court or gym, which are all part of the facility. The owners were in communication with us via Booking.com and lovely to deal with. Nothing.
- Karen (10/5): Excellent location, clean, comfortable and homely unit with easy access. - The unit was very homely with solar lights on the balcony, artificial plants all around. Was great to have an airer to hang our washing. Undercover parking was good. Unit was spacious and amenities were great with washing machine, dryer and microwave. A plug in scent in the bathroom was a lovely touch. Any issues we had were addressed with the owner. Other people parking too close in the parking area made it hard to get into our small hire car.
- Sheree (3/5): Extremely disappointing. - The only thing I liked about this accommodation was the location. Overall I was extremely disappointed. When I booked this accommodation, I saw the title being "City and Lakeside Resort" along with photos of a pool and tennis court. I actually thought that I had booked into a proper "Resort" However this was not the case. The impression I got was that it was like someone had just rented out their old apartment that just happened to have access to a pool and tennis court. The carpet was stained, the couch was old, uncomfortable and stained, the apartment smelt when we walked in. My husband (who is a tradie) thought the smell came from the pipes as the washing machine was inside the kitchen pantry. I spent ages trying to find a coffee cup, eventually my husband opened the dishwasher and they were still in there. I struggled to work out how to use the kettle because all the labels on the buttons were worn off. I feel like the title of this accommodation is completely misleading. I can't believe how much I paid for this accommodation, when for the same price (or cheaper) I could have booked really nice accommodation from a neighboring hotel. I'm not a fussy person, we booked this accommodation after 10 days of sleeping in a campervan which we loved so it doesn't take much to impress us. In fact my husband and I both stated that we would have prefered an extra night in the campervan than this accommodation. I've never given a bad review before. But I was extremely disappointed in this accommodation for the price I paid. I feel the title of the accommodation is extremely misleading and I feel like I was completely ripped off with the price. I apologise for the negative review but my husband and I both felt the same way and I would hate for someone else to book this accommodation thinking it would be more than what it is.
