- Constantin (4/5): Overpriced by probably 20-30% . Good location though. - - Good location. Clean. All household facilities and utensils available. - The key pick-up point is 150m from the accommodation - hey, there are mini-lockers that can be installed right on the door. - No elevator, steep narrow stairs, 3 floors to climb. Don't bring a large suitcase. - Uncomfortable beds. And short if you're over 185cm. - Much darker than in the pictures. - No soundproofing - bring the earplugs if you're a light sleeper, the traffic is quite audible. - No invoice available. - Excessive messaging for us to check-out before 10AM, or we would be charged -> not welcoming at all. Once is enough ffs.

- Yanagi (5/5): Passable - The entrance to the apartment was hard to tell. When I went inside, I smelled a bad smell. The apartment was on the fifth floor. There was no elevator and the stairs were narrow. The bed sheets were not clean and the mattress was too soft. There was no change in the towel, so I had to wash it myself.
- Sudhir (4/5): Average - Location was good and all required amenities were in the apartment This apartment is on the 5th floor with no lifts and was really an effort to haul up the luggage to the top via a very narrow staircase. Overweight or elderly guests will really struggle. Secondly, the windows seemed to be single glazed and due to a major construction work happening nearby, there was a lot of noise and just not able to sit and work in the property which was the prime objective. If you are looking for a quieter location, this is not the one.
- Barbara (7/5): Decent place, for London. - Great location. Central yet quiet (apart from screaming seagulls). Top floor but wasn't too hot. Well equipped. Good idea of providing towels with different patterns so we've avoided the usual "mine on the left, yours on the right" routine. No lift, had to drag our heavy suitcase to 4th floor through very narrow stairs, missed that information when booking. Instructions on using the flat arrived late so we had to figure out ourselves how to turn on hot water (the only unmarked switch) and the wifi password (router well hidden behind the door), while before departure we got flooded with instructions. Also, we'd prefer a harder mattress.

We would not recommend this place to anyone - close to the metro station The property was extremely dusty and overall just dirty and smelled horrible. We could not use the kitchen because the fridge smelled so bad. Owners did not reply to our messages. cleaners showed up after we arrived at the place saying it was not clean and proceeded to kick us out for a few hours while they cleaned.

It will be impossible to carry heavy stuff all the way up. There is no lift. Bed is like a camping bed, low and uncomfortable Kitchen needs some attention to cleanliness Shower compartment is too small and shower doors do not close fully TV operates only on WiFi and access only to iplayer etc but no live channels Sofa in the small kitchen is too tightly placed making it unusable
- Ilan (8/5): It's great if you're OK with tons of stairs, and public transport n/walk eeded to almost everywhere - so much light in the morning! great kitchen with aquipment. clean place. more sheets in the closet. quite place. a close supermarket. felt very secure. The key is been taken from a store up the street, and you bring them back there as well. a bit hard to find the right door for the first time, mostly then you not used to Europian streets. it's a small black door.

- Kahar (6/5): Frustrating. - Modern, newly renovated and clean apartment. Location is okay. Did not provide correct information. 1) no lift to top floor .. the apartment is on the 4th floor. It was really hell to carry 60 kilos of luggage to the room. And was real torture to climb up about 100 steps every day .. twice a day. 2) no cleaning service and no change of bed sheet, linen, or towels for 10 days. 3) the hot water system is erratic. In the middle of a shower the water suddenly gets very cold. 4) wouldn't have stayed there if we knew the basic things were not provided.
- Jennifer (7/5): Good, basic place to stay at a reasonable price. - Great location; hosts were very flexible and responsive and let us check in early. Furnishings are basic but everything worked just fine. Sheets and pillowcases were stained (and bed was stripped, not made, upon arrival). No duvet cover for the duvet (which definitely looked like it needed a cover). Mattress wasn't in the greatest shape. We didn't realize it was a fifth floor walk up (with narrow/winding staircase) -- wasn't the easiest with a large suitcase.
