- Liam (2/5): Photos do not accurately portray the state of the accommodation. - City location Cleanliness, food left in fridge. Stunk of currying powder. Stains in cupboard, shower and basins not draining away. No extractor fans not working, constantly have to keep windows open. Property only cleaned in visible areas, and not that well. Odd socks and food scraps down the side and under settee.
- Shanequa (7/5): Was comfortable and overall was a good experience - It was close to everything. That the apartment had separate bedroom areas. Floors not clean. Woken from the workers repairing the elevator. Down stairs aircon did not work the best.

- Alicia (9/5): Superb - Unit was very comfortable, best towels and bedding. Kids loved the loft and didn't want to leave the unit. Felt like home. The bottom bedroom spring mattress was really noisy and not that comfortable to sleep on. Had noisy neighbour's playing music till late night. Found it hard to find the garbage area.
