• XUEZHE (7/5): The price is very affordable and the facilities are well-equipped, but those who are afraid of cockroaches should consid - The price is very affordable, and the facilities and appliances are well-equipped. It seemed that the place had not been thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests checked out. There were food crumbs left on the kitchen floor, and at night, many cockroaches came out to feed on them. This was quite frightening, especially for anyone who is afraid of cockroaches, so guests with such concerns should consider this carefully. The parking was also not well organized. We needed to leave early in the morning, but our car was almost completely blocked by a nearby vehicle. In the end, we had to reverse more than a dozen times before we were finally able to get out.
• Jenny (3/5): A difficult night with not much sleep. - We liked the price and the location. It felt clean. The size of the place was adequate for our needs. The air con worked well. The double bed had uncomfortable springs. The single bed squeaked whenever our daughter rolled over. The sofa bed didn't even lie flat, and no bedding was provided for it. It was rickety and hard, with one end sinking down to the floor. We propped it up with spare pillows. When I tried to explain to the host that we needed bedding, she didn't understand me due to the language barrier. Thankfully we'd brought one of our own blankets, but it was a very poor night's sleep for our daughter who used that bed. We were grateful our third daughter, who we'd also booked in, wasn't able to come, as the sofa bed was not suitable for one, let alone two people. The shower had no tap handles and took us a lot of time and Googling to work out how to turn it on. Even an instruction sheet on how to work it would have helped.

Nice and close to the shops, cafes etc and it was a very keep to yourself experience which was amazing and as it was my first time staying in a place like this, it wasn’t overwhelming with the check-in The floors were a little bit dirty and one of the nights we stayed a very strong cigarette smell was at the back where the oven is and had to close all doors as we don’t smoke and hate the smell ( not sure who was smoking) it was a lovely stay overall

Animal urine, and human hairs everywhere, unflushed shit in the toilet..place stunk of disinfectant on arrival...we locked the doors and decided to leave.

• Merren (1/5): Couldn't gain access. Seemed like someone was already in the property. Didn't stay. - I tried gaining access to the property with the PIN I was given for the key lock box. The PIN didn't work. I tried calling both mobile numbers, didn't even ring. The lights were on inside, shoes at the door; it just seemed really off to me. I ended up deciding to book a room at a motel up the road. No one called me asking why I hadn't stayed. No one called me back. I wasn't impressed.

• BobandValerie (5/5): 2 bedroom granny flat - It was clean and tidy and well priced for the location required and number of people. There was insufficient linen provided and one too few towels. While we found a towel after calling, linen was promised only at 9.30pm. Although it did arrive earlier than that, but bundled up! There were only 3 plates and the booking was for 5 people.

• Lisa (5/5): - Lights in the bathroom didnt work. Had to move a lamp into the bathroom for lighting. No oven trays to use the oven. No basics such as foill to use either in the oven. Booked for 5 people and was only supplied with 3 towels. Spare blanket for the futon was a sleeping bag. No dustpan to clean the floor with. The washing machine and dryer was out the back of the unit and was also used by others so was not very private. Location was in a small cul-de-sac and parking was not ideal.
• Mohammad Abdulkhalik M (5/5): It would have been a nice and comfortable accommodation if cleanliness and ‘blackouts’ issue had been taken more serious - The electrical appliances were great and provided us comfort like the full equipped kitchen and, washer and dryer. The cleanliness of the place needs significant improvement. When we checked in, the floor wasn’t properly mopped ( looked like it was mopped without having it properly swept and water stained are everywhere). We had to sweep the floor again and scrubbed the sinks. Not only that, baby cockroaches and spider webs were everywhere. Lastly, we experienced frequent blackouts on 5 out of 6 nights we stayed there, which significantly affected our comfort.

• Toireasa (5/5): Located in a quiet area but did not live up to previous reviews on cleanliness - Off street parking. Quiet location. Good size bedrooms Cleaning wasn’t the best. Furniture wasn’t moved to clean under it. Sofa bed was dirty, there was no linen supplied to use it, and it was rock hard to sleep on. Blankets on sofa were dirty (I washed one to be able to use it). Dining chair covers were stained. Mould in shower. Outdoor kitchen range hood was covered in dust.

Fin beliggenhed hvis man tager afsted tidligt så man undgår kø ind til Sydney Selvom vi bad om plads til parkering var det flere dage umuligt at parkere på vejen. Flere gange kom folk om aftenen for at bruge vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, de kunne komme ind uden en nøgle.

• Singh (1/5): Could not stay at booked location. Absolutely Disgraceful Experience. Extremely Unsatisfied. - There was nothing to like. We could not stay at the flat. Actual place did not do justice to the actual flat. Property owner would not answer our calls or reply to messages. Promised a car park. Arrived to other cars parked in our spot, they were told to park there by property owner. Upon arrival, the flat was occupied by another person earlier thay day. Even when it was booked for the day by us. Whole flat was dirty. Absolute disgrace. We paid amount asked without any issues. We could not stay at this location. Was not clean. Code given did not unlock the key locker. Owner has still not replied to our calls, direct message, messages via booking.com or voicemail left. Actual number kept coming as disconnected. Had to get another number from another flat that was rented. Even their flat had a person in it. Still showering, they told us he was the same guy who used our booked flat. Horrendous experience, had my Mrs and my 9 year old with me. We had to book another hotel for the night, with a function looming the next morning.

Floors weren’t cleaned very well, lots of hair in the bathroom.

Made use of the kitchen as we like to break up our holiday to do some home cooking, also had a washing machine and dryer to use as well. Great shower as well, felt like being at home. • Teletala (8/5): Cosy and comfortable, value for money with the carpark and laundry facilities - Loved the shower pressure and the comfy double bed! Suitable for 4 people at the most, 1 x spacious dbl brm, 1x good sized single room, Lounge/Dining has 1 x couch. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, kettle, pots, crockery and cutlery. It also includes a washing machine, dryer and a carpark which was very handy! Could have done with a little bit of dusting where dust usually settles (corners and edges of the floors and window sills) thats all.

• Amelia (1/5): Unsatisfactory - The location was the convenient part for us as we were travelling for a concert. The unhygienic conditions of the granny flat, the unit was disgusting in which we have taken photos of. The unit was unlocked, there was rubbish on the stove and shoes at the front door. There were two body towels but no hand or face towels. There was no tv remote nor any curtains around the place leading to us being very uncomfortable. We have locked the unit and placed the key in the lock box

When we arrived at the property all the doors were open for us to get in and there were no keys at all at the premises. So after arriving and freshen up when we wanted to go out, we had take our belongings with us again and then go out as there were no keys to lock the premises. The host meet us the second day and then we got the keys the second day. Also the kitchen doors are not completed yet and there were no doors for the kitchen. so in the morning during preparing breakfast, it was very cold in the kitchen.
