Janicke (10/5): Fantastic service throughout from the landlord. The apartment was tidy, clean and absolutely super - The location of the apartment was excellent. It was a short distance to public transportation and within walking distance to several central areas in Mitte. There were several grocery stores close to the apartment and it was situated in a quiet side street where the apartment entrance was located.
Mark (7/5): A very nice apartment, but make sure to ask for extra keys in advance as they are not provided. - Being accommodated for an early entrance was very welcome. Very nice airy living room and kitchen with great views. Only having one set of keys for a 3 bed apartment for 3 adults is not good. Being asked to pay 75 euro for another set was very strange.

Statten (10/5): This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable flat that is even nicer than the pictures make it seem. - This is an absolutely beautiful flat that is very near to two useful metro stations. Gesundbrunnen station is especially useful as it is one of the stops for the FEX train that goes directly to the airport.

van Rijs (9/5): Fantastisch appartement dichtbij centrum bij Berlijn. - Sfeer in het ruime appartement, de zorg waarmee het is ingericht. Dat geldt met name voor het woon- en keukengedeelte. Locatie is prima waardoor openbaar vervoer gemakkelijk was. In ca. 20 min ben je op interessante plaatsen in Berlijn. Hoewel de dichtbij gelegen Badstrasse druk is, heb je in deze zij straat, de Bastianstrasse, daar helemaal geen last van. Niets. Wel een uitdaging om alle trappen aan het einde van de dag, als je moe bent, op te klimmen
vunzed (8/5): - L'appartement est très joli, bien décoré et grand, cuisine bien équipée, nombreux balcons Les propriétaires sont charmants La gare proche dessert très bien Berlin Le quartier est pas top, l'appartement est dans un vieil immeuble (industriel?), les 3 étages sans ascenseur en paraissent 6 😅 La présence d'un canapé lit dans la chambre bébé serait je pense un plus, pour ne pas avoir à dormir sur un matelas à même le sol
David (9/5): A lovely way to spend four days in Berlin! - The 110 stairs (we were warned) were worth the effort. The top floor apartment was every bit as nice as the pictures. It handled two couples very comfortably. We definitely would have liked at least two sets of keys for an apartment geared for two couples. Unless you spend all of your time together this can be a problem. (The key pickup place is not always open)
