Mi sono trovata davvero bene. - Il fatto che l'appartamento fosse molto ampio con due comode camere da letto. la vicinanza alla stazione della metro della linea U2, praticamente a 2 passi Sono vicinissimi anche il MC Donald, il supermercato SPAR gourmet, Billa to go, Mel& coffee (fornaio) che prepara ottimi dolci per la colazione, Extra Würstel, un locale con musica (Bricks). Dalle finestre si vedeva la ruota del prater. Allego la foto. la presenza del locale con il solo wc e un piccolo lavandino immediatamente vicino alla porta d'ingresso la ho trovata un po' scomoda e inusuale. Il bagno con lavandino, doccia e lavatrice invece era vicino alle camere da letto ed era OK.

AnddrusGT (9/5): Apartamento muy espacioso y comodo. - Para entrar en el Apartamento nos dieron 2 tarjetas que se recogian de un cajetín con contraseña, y para la entrada principal se entraba con codigo. Esto iba muy bien porque cada vez que saliamos del apartamento dejabamos las dos tarjetas en el cajetín para no perderlas. Tambíen ponía que solo había un baño y al final había 3 baños, 1 con ducha y wc, otro solo era con lavabo y WC y otro más con ducha y lavabo, pero sin WC. Hacia demasiado calor en el apartamento porque había calefacción puesta en el suelo y no se podía apagar, y en Mayo no queríamos calefacción ya que no hacía frio. Teníamos que estar abriendo ventanas para que se refrescara el apartamento. También hay que recalcar que las habitaciones no se quedabán a oscuras del todo, sino que entraba luz de a traves de las cortinas, así que para quien le cueste dormir con luz mejor lleve un antifaz.

W okolicy znajdują się sklepy i restauracje, co dodatkowo ułatwia pobyt. Bardzo dobre miejsce zarówno na krótki city break, jak i na dłuższy wyjazd.

Ute (6/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung an der Taborstr. war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut. Es gibt reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen ist prima, gerade auch mit der Straßenbahn und U-Bahn. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in nahegelegenen Tiefgaragen oder auf einem großen Parkplatz. Die Buchungskommunikation, der digitale Check In-Prozess und die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe verliefen ausgezeichnet. Durch den Fahrstuhl war das Appartement in der 5. Etage bestens erreichbar. Es war sehr gut geschnitten, hell und geräumig. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern zur Straßenseite war kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Die Betten waren angenehm bequem. Ein kleiner Balkon zur ruhigen Innenhofseite hatte zwei Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Bistrotisch. Wir sind seit vielen Jahren unterjährig mehrfach in Wien und im Vergleich zu anderen Apartments von anderen Anbietern war hier die Hygiene und Sauberkeit in Toilette und Duschbad extrem schlecht. In der Toilette gab es keinen Handtuchhalter. Im Duschbad war der Brausekopf der Regendusche besetzt mit einem dicken Belag aus Kalk, Schwarzschimmel und korrodierte an einigen Stellen grünlich. Achtet da niemand drauf? Die Fliesen und der Boden sowie die Glaskabine der Dusche samt Armaturen wirkten ungereinigt und verschmutzt. Das war abstoßend. Ebenso war der Fliesenboden im Bad sichtbar verschmutzt. Die Badspiegelbeleuchtung summte zwar vor sich hin, wenn man sie einschaltete, gab aber kein Licht. Im Flurbereich gab es eine intakte Wandgarderobe. Direkt davor stand ein kaputter Garderobenständer, der einem entgegenfiel, wenn man ihn wegrückte, um an die Wandgarderobe zu kommen. Warum steht der da noch? Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig und abgenutzt. Die Gardinen vor der Balkontür im Esstisch-Bereich durften nicht bewegt werden, sonst fielen sie aus der Gardinenschiene. Kreppklebeband sollte das verhindern. Das funktioniert so nicht. Insgesamt wirkte der ganze Wohn-Ess-Bereich mit Mobiliar, Teppich und Gardinen, die Küchenzeile mit Inventar und ganz besonders das Duschbad sehr ungepflegt und daher stark abgenutzt.

Поруч неймовірний парк, навіть із відкритим басейном, всього за 500 грн за день. За умовчанням неможливо було вимкнути теплу підлогу у ванній кімнаті, наскільки ми зрозуміли це можливо було зробити тільки в електрощитку. В інструкціях помешкання втручання в електро щиток не згадувалося, тому ми нічого не робили. Коли на вулиці 23, тепла підлога такий собі плюс, хоча без неї мабуть там буде дуже волого… Як на мене недостатньо кухонних засобів, каструль, пателень, тощо

They apologized, but nothing changed and the neighbours repeated the same behaviour again shortly afterwards. Another stink bomb landed on our balcony with a horrible smell. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we felt stressed and uncomfortable the entire time. Guests should not have to experience harassment like this. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this apartment unless the issue with the neighbours is properly resolved. Les explications étaient claires pour accéder à l'appart et récupérer les clés Appartement assez chaud car au dernier étage, nous dormions fenêtre ouverte et avions une vue sur le boulevard, la circulation commencait très tôt le matin c'tres bruyants du fait des voitures et du Tram. Par contre on ne pouvait pas brancher les lampes de chevet

Odlična lokacija, dokaj blizu centra (20 min hoje) blizu podzemne železnice in restavracij ter trgovin (Spar, Billa, Hofer). Odzivni gostitelji, vse poteka digitalno in enostavno. Raztegljivi kavč ni najbolj udoben. Zasebna garaža oz. parkirno mesto je doplačljivo in se nahaja na drugi lokaciji (Castellezgasse 18, cca. 250 m peš do apartmaja). Ko imaš veliko prtljage, je kar izziv. Ne glede na vse, pa smo bili zelo zadovoljni in tiplo priporočamo

Petrunova (4/5): Dissapointing stay due to non-working air conditioning. - We liked the location close to the metro station and the Prater, the convenient self check-in, and the spacious living room with dining area. It was very convenient that the building had an elevator, a luggage storage and a garbage room. The hosts were very polite in the messaging platform although they didn't resolve an unpleasant matter with the AC. The apartment had many weak points and definitely did not meet either our expectations or the amount we had paid in advance for our 4-night stay. The air conditioners in all rooms were in service mode and did not work at all, while temperatures in Vienna in May are quite high. We were traveling with two small children and two elderly people who had a hard time tolerating the heat. Due to the apartment’s exposure, it felt like a sauna in the afternoons and evenings. We had to sit and sleep with the windows constantly open, but there were no mosquito nets, and noise and dust from the busy boulevard were coming into the rooms. We informed the apartment management about the problem with the air conditioners immediately upon check-in, but their response was only that they would check with theг team. We asked for instructions on how to resolve the issue, which appeared to be a central system problem, but we neither received guidance nor did anyone from the staff come to fix it on site. I wrote to them every day informing them that the problem was still unresolved, but I never received a direct response regarding this issue. In the end, they simply thanked me for informing them that the problem was continuing, as if someone else was responsible for it. Other negatives: the sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable and in poor condition. There was only one set of towels per person and only one set of bed sheets per bed (this was mentioned in the listing, but I still do not think it is acceptable considering the lack of air conditioning).

Carmen (7/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. - Problemloser Self-checkin/-checkout. Straßenbahn Linie 2 und U2 gleich um die Ecke sind optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Innenstadt ist gegebenenfalls auch fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat für einen Kurzaufenthalt für 2 Personen die optimale Größe. Die Wohnung und das Badezimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit des Bad lies stellenweise zu Wünschen übrig. Die „Terrasse“ kann nicht wirklich genutzt werden, da kein Mobiliar zur Verfügung steht. Es handelt sich hier um eine innenhofähnliche Fläche, die auch von anderen Wohnungen aus zugänglich ist.

Chiara (7/5): - Ho apprezzato molto la luminosità della casa e le stanze separate. Sono molto soddisfatta del bagno, super accessoriato, comodo e spazioso. La casa e la biancheria risultano molto pulite. Non ho apprezzato la problematica con le chiavi che abbiamo avuto inizialmente: abbiamo avuto accesso alla proprietà attraverso il codice da digitare nella keybox (che ogni tanto si inceppava). Abbiamo ritirato la chiave elettronica dalla keybox e, recandoci verso l'abitazione, abbiamo scoperto che non funzionava, Non avendo ricevuto un'altra chiave, se no quella elettronica, ci siamo precipitati nel contattare la proprietà (il check in è avvenutodi sabato pomeriggio e tendenzialmente in Austria non lavorano nel weekend) e, non ricevendo inizialmnete una risposta, ci siamo rivolti a Booking direttamente. Anche attraverso l'aiuto dell'assistenza booking, ci è stato inviato in aiuto un tecnico da parte della proprietà. Dopo circa un'ora dal nostro arrivo, il problema è stato risolto. Il tecnico è stato molto gentile e professionale. Una volta risolto questo problema, il soggiorno è andato bene. Sono consapevole che questo tipo di dinamiche, legate al malfunzionamento delle chiavi elettroniche, sono molto comuni, anche in hotel; ma ovviamente dotare il cliente nella key box di chiavi elettroniche e chiavi normali, potrebbe essere d'aiuto. Suggererirei inoltre di optare per materassi più comodi (specie per quello del divano letto), ma per due notti di soggiorno, la struttura è più che idonea.

Heidi (4/5): - Die Größe der Wohnung 2 WC und 2Duschen Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, besser gesagt schmutzig. Das Inventar in der Küche war dreckig -Geschirr Töpfe - Kasteln lose bzw. locker. Schwarze Haare im Bett und Bettwäsche. Stühle sehr wackelig -Couch sehr.abgenützt. Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt.Ingesamt das ganze Mobiliar schreit nach Erneuerung. Leider war die Wohnung um 15 Uhr nicht betretbar -wurden mit3 kleineren Kindern immer wieder von der Reinigungsfrau vertröstet.

Joëlle (10/5): - L'emplacement était incroyable! Avec le tram ligne 2 on pouvait aller facilement presque partout en très peu de temps (il était toujours là!). Toutes les visites et attractions sont faciles d'accès. Une très belle petite épicerie juste à côté et un marchand de hot dog aussi. L'hébergement est propre et bien équipé. Laveuse, frigo et micro-onde c'est parfait! Avec une petite cours arrière.

Elisheva (6/5): מאכזב - המיקום טוב הזמנו חדר שהיה נראה משופץ בתמונות. קבלנו חדר מיושן. ספה מלוכלכלכת. שיש מלא כתמים של אבנית. קירות מלוכלכלים ולא צבועים. התמונות בבוקינג בפרטי הזמנה הראו מקלחת מחודשת עם דלת זכוכית. קבלנו אמבטיה מיושנת עם וילון. דירה לא מתוחזקת. הדירה היתה נקייה . פניתי מיד לשרות לקוחות בבקשה שיעבירו אותנו ושיבטלו את הלילה השני. לא ענו לי רק אחרי הרבה שעות באמצע הלילה שלא היה רלןונטי ( כמה דקות לפני זה התכתבתי והיה זמינות מלאה) הגשתי בקשה בבוקינג לבטל ללא עלות ונעניתי בשלילה. רק למחרת שכבר הייתי בחוץ ואחרי הלוך חזור הסכימו לבטל. המיקום היה נוח קרוב לחנויות כשרות.

We were locked out of the apartment late at night because the key box was not working. Despite calling support and sending three separate videos clearly showing the issue, we were repeatedly told to “wait”. Customer service (we've been on the phone for 2.30 hrs) told that somone is coming to fix it. After 3 hour later we ask another room and he said he is huct a call center guy so he cant do it. We were kept outside from 00:00 to 02:40 AM with no real assistance. No one provided an access solution, no new code was given, and no one showed up to help. We were even told a new room would be arranged, which turned out to be false. The next day, instead of resolving the issue professionally, we were spoken to in an extremely disrespectful manner and told things like “Are you stupid? I wouldn’t have waited if I were you.” This is completely unacceptable. And accused us for scamming (during all time I had all my belongings in the property btw)(why should i lie and waited in front of the property for 3 hurs? We were left without access to our belongings, had to book another hotel in the middle of the night, and received no proper support at any point. Avoid this place if you expect basic communication, honesty, or customer service.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, there was a problem with the sink in a bathroom (the drain was clogged and water flow through very, very slowly) and also smell in apartment was not really good.
Anna (5/5): Esperienza rovinata!!!!! - La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta, in realtà è un intero palazzo all interno del quale la proprietà ha vari appartamenti che fitta. Sono nuovi e puliti abbastanza bene. Gli spazi sono adeguati. La cosa in assoluto che ha reso pessimo il soggiorno e per fortuna è successa quasi alla fine è che: il 3' giorno, come facevamo ogni mattina prima di uscire, abbiamo riposto la famosa key card della stanza nella box con codice che si trova all ingresso del palazzo; al nostro rientro intorno alle 22 30 aprendo la box la card non c era più. Allarmati con due bimbe abbiamo contattato via mail la struttura perché via telefono non rispondevano è ci ha ricontattata la dipendente che, sempre a telefono con modalità ricattatoria , ci ha detto che avevamo perso la card è se non avessimo effettuato il pagamento di 80 euro, come è scritto nelle regole, non avrebbe aperto la camera con altre chiavi. Io continuavo a dirle che non le avevano perse ma messe li è che probabilmente qualcuno le aveva prese ma lei niente. È durato il tutto almeno 1 ora, e lei si è presentata dopo più di mezz ora che aspettavano seduti sulle scale del palazzo, ferma li che senza i soldi cash non avrebbe aoerto. A quel punto abbiamo fermato una volante della polizia che passava fuori e che è riuscita a farci salire e aprire la camera. Abbiamo cmq dovuto liquidare la sig. Ra altrimenti non ci avrebbe fatto restare in camera. Mai più ritornerò in questa struttura quest esperienza ha rovinato tutto e traumatizzato le mie figlie, credo che questo giochetti siano organizzati appositamente, peccato non poter vedere le telecamere del palazzo.

Aversa (8/5): Bell'appartamento vicino al centro - Self check in e check out facili e rapidissimi. Deposito bagagli dove poter lasciare i bagagli sia all' arrivo che alla partenza. Posizione, vicinissima alla metro e numeri supermercati, bar e servizi. Centro (Stephanplatz) raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 20 minuti (con 2 bambini al seguito). Appartamento abbastanza ampio e attrezzato di tutto. Grande doccia e bagno con tantissimi piani d'appoggio. Il rapporto qualità/posizione/prezzo. L' appartamento è al piano terra ma affaccia su un lato interno del palazzo che rimane sempre in ombra, quindi un naso attento entrando avverte odore di umido e comunque se ne vedono i segni in qualche punto dell' appartamento.

La stanza molto bella esteticamente. Anche se non c’è il personale è stato disponibile nel rispondermi a dubbi .Molto comodi gli armadietti per tenere i bagagli all’arrivo o al check -out . Le stanze sono belle esteticamente ma non del tutto pulite , avevo chiesto se per favore mi avrebbero fatto trovare il divano letto fatto, invece ho dovuto cercare i cuscini e copriletti , piccolo accorgimento che mi avrebbe fatto piacere trovare pronto .

The parking is located at 2–3 minutes walking distance. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Although the apartment was generally clean, the overall attention to detail could be improved. The soap dispensers looked very worn and reused, with deteriorated labels, bathroom soap dispenser was rusty, and the shower head needed better cleaning. The bed with separate mattresses was also uncomfortable, and the kitchen plates were very worn.

Edgar (6/5): Für eine 5 Sterne-Unterkunft zu schmutzig, die Küche hat zu wenig Geschirr. - Gut organisierter check-in. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Viel Staub, im Bad überall Schimmel in den Fugen, die Brause war sehr dreckig. Die Reinigung kostet fast 60€, dafür war es katastrophal. Die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft. Zu wenig Geschirr, kein Nudelsieb. Man hat zwar ein elektrisches Bett, aber nur eine Steckdose beim Bett. Man muss also entweder sein Ladegerät, die Nachttischlampe oder das Bett anstecken. Unverständlich, warum man nicht 5€ für einen einfachen Steckdosenverteiler investiert. Wir haben für 3 Personen reserviert, das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen.

Olga1108 (9/5): Boa estadia - Localização é muito boa, com muitos transportes públicos por perto, minimercados, cafés. Foi fácil de entrar no apartamento com self check-in. Os cacifos existentes no interior do prédio para guardar as malas no dia de saída deram mesmo muito jeito. Apartamento estava bem aquecido. O frigorifico fazia bom frio, outros eletrodomésticos (que tínhamos usado) funcionaram bem. TV com vários canais para muitos gostos. Almofadas muito fracas, tem ar de ser estrago de lavagens.
