• Sana (5/5): It was okey . - Quiet place It was very average in terms of facilities. Non functioning stove, not a single tissue paper in apartment except toilet paper. So it was very basic facilities provided. Bed was just ok. It didn’t feel like a proper bed. The lights in apartment were dim .
• Caroline (5/5): Décevant - S’il était propre, c’est un bel appartement • 🔥 Une chaudière en panne à l’arrivée • 💧 Une chaudière qui fuyait, avec un récipient à vider en permanence • 🔊 Nuisances sonores la nuit (gouttes d’eau) • ⚠️ Un problème connu et volontairement “bricolé” (vanne retirée) • ❄️ Aucune anticipation avant votre arrivée, malgré le froid À notre arrivée, la chaudière était éteinte et le logement totalement froid, en pleine période hivernale. Il s’agissait bien d’une panne de chaudière. Après plusieurs messages via Booking, nous avons été redirigés vers un sous-traitant Airbnb, qui a fait intervenir une personne pour remettre la chaudière en marche. Cependant, la chaudière présentait une fuite permanente : de l’eau s’écoulait en continu, nécessitant de placer une casserole en dessous et de la vider régulièrement afin d’éviter que l’eau ne se répande sur le parquet. Les gouttes d’eau étaient audibles toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil très difficile. Il apparaît clairement que ce problème était connu des propriétaires avant notre arrivée : une vanne avait été retirée afin d’empêcher la chaudière de fuir lorsque le logement était inoccupé. En revanche, aucune mesure n’a été prise pour : • réparer durablement la chaudière, • faire intervenir un technicien avant notre arrivée, • ou rallumer le chauffage suffisamment à l’avance pour que l’appartement soit à une température acceptable. L’appartement étant très grand et avec de hauts plafonds, il a mis énormément de temps à chauffer. En conséquence, nous avons passé au moins une nuit sur deux sans pouvoir dormir correctement à cause du froid. À cela s’ajoutent plusieurs autres problèmes importants : • un évier se décollant du mur, • une douche en mauvais état (revêtement qui s’effrite, pommeau défectueux), • une humidité marquée dans la chambre, • une accumulation excessive de poussière rendant la respiration difficile la nuit. - un drap accroché sur la fenêtre pour servir de rideau ou on ne sait pas quoi?
• Eva María (7/5): Correcto - Amplio, limpio y bien localizado. Alquilé el apartamento y no dejaron suficiente ropa de cama como para el sofá. Además, me dijeron que si lo quería ya preparado tenía que pagar 25€ aparte. Puse claramente que éramos dos huéspedes y tengo derecho a usar el sofá cama, fue una de las razones por las que elegí este alojamiento. Por otro lado, tienen un sistema automático de mensajes informando de la forma de entrar a la vivienda que roza lo delirante en cuanto al número de avisos, llegué a recibir más de 10 mensajes repetitivos los días previos. Para hacer el checkin también es un lío de formulario y solicitan imágenes de la cara de los clientes para reconocimiento por IA, lo cual también me parece muy excesivo y que compromete la seguridad y protección de datos.

• Vladyslava (6/5): Хотелось бы, что бы отель поменял персонаж по уборке. Такой уровень абсолютно не соответствует стандартам! - В шкафу было запасное одеяло. Это оказалось кстати, так как было очень холодно. Фен был фантастически. Никогда не видела в отелях такого мощного фена! Очень высокие потолки. Это было неожиданно! В ванной есть биде.большее окна. На двери замок, который активируется приложением.( я предполагаю что людям старше 60 было бы трудно разобраться с замком, мы ковырялись в первый раз около 10 минут) В квартире было очень пыльно . Мы чихали постоянно. Пыль с высоких поверхностей ни кто не убирал уже очень давно!! В помытых чашках были разводы от кофе ( от прошлых гостей) в душе отваливается краска со стен и сам душ внутри забит, вода течет одной струей. Куча пультов непонятно от чего. Кондер есть , но дует только холодным воздухом, максимум 23 и то на охлаждение.Мы замерзали. Писали владельцам. Нам не помогли. Для кофе машины предоставлены капсулы, но они не подходят для нее, а с той одной, что подошла- кофе машина не запустилась. Микроволновка не работает вообще. Губки для посуды уже были использованы. Причем обе.Кровать судя по всему раньше была наверху, но ее спустили вниз и с тех пор сверху не убирали. Там слой пыли . Код от входной двери не сработал ни разу. Нас впускали соседи на территорию. Нашли запасной ключ в номере, но он ни к чему не подошел.
• Da Silva (9/5): - Emplacement idéal proche de moyen de transport qui vous ramène au centre 20min en moyen apparemment calm . moh très agréable et serviable . la couette était sale, avec des traces visibles dessus. Cela donne une impression d’un manque d’hygiène pas de draps plats j ai eu très chaud avec la couette mais j'avais pas le choix si non le reste ok

• Debora (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Few appliances not working. Soap and toilet paper were provided but not enough for all of us! The living area has a beautiful big window but no curtains and the neighbours can see everything!

• Surducan (6/5): Spacious & nice neighborhood but lacking in common sense - The property was spacious, aesthetically pleasing and right in front of the tram station towards the city center. Aldi and Carrefour are right down the street for grocery shopping. Even though there basically one room, you feel like you have privacy. We found it easy to get in and out using the app and we had no problems with the lock. The contact was always responding in maximum 5 minutes. I understand that some things are not “included” in the listing, but I was expecting at least the minimum normal things. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, which is kinda just normal to have. We had only one toilet paper roll and we found it frustrating to have to buy a whole pack for just 2 days, so we had to be careful with how much we use. There’s a coffee machine but no coffee, nor does it specifies what kind of brand we have to buy. There is NO DISH SOAP which is just plain ridiculous. We had to wash the dishes only with water and I would not be surprised if all the dishes in the house were washed that way. The curtain is improvised, it is just a material stuck in the window, although there is a curtain rod. The main bed was very uncomfortable. It is very giggling and it felt like we were moving on the sea, with a very disturbed sleep. The bathroom was seemingly dirty. Because the room is very tall, all the warmth is rising, so be prepared with warmer clothes. Overall, for a weekend trip, it’s disappointing that you don’t have the bare necessities and you have to buy everything for just 2 days, and then to leave them behind. I would prefer to pay more but have everything I need for a good vacation.

• Anonymous (9/5): Apart from the issues with the lock it was perfect - Very clean and comfortable. A lot of space. Right next to a metro stop. Host was very helpful. The lock is almost impossible to work. It would take us at least 5-10 minutes every time we wanted to enter or leave to work out how to do it. We had to contact the host multiple times because of this. No safety deposit box
• Gabriela (10/5): Totally recommend! - The flat was very spatious and beautifully designed. The location is great, it’s very close to the bus/tram stations that take you anywhere in the city. the communication with the host was very good as well. Definitely recommend. Nothing to complain

• Adela (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, near to metro station, train station Garibaldi. Near are also markets, restaurants and on saturday there´s also traditional italy market. We missed only curtain /window blind/ in living room.
