- Otávio (9/5): Muito bom o custo benefício - Localização, garagem privativa e segurança. Além da limpeza e custo. Água do chuveiro demora cerca de 10 minutos para esquentar. Acaba gerando um gasto de água enorme. Desconfio que seja uma situação do prédio e não do apt pois o porteiro disse que teria que esperar mais de 10 minutos para entrar no banho.
- Faylo (9/5): Bom custo e benefício - Ótimo studio, localização acessível a vários pontos da cidade. Limpo e organizado. O chuveiro mal saia água quando ligado no quente. Primeiro dia, tive que tomar banho gelado.
