• Alois (9/5): Ich würde es wieder buchen. - Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral (direkt bei einer U-Bahn Station - 2 Stationen vom Stephansplatz entfernt) 0das Zimmer beindelt sich in einem sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Eine "Gebrauchsanweisung" für z.B. das TV Gerät oder Warmwasser wäre sinnvoll. Es konnten keine TV Sender aufgerufen werden. Warmwasser gab es leider auch nach längerem Rinnenlassen nicht.

• Emilija Mitic (5/5): - Svega nekoliko sati pre našeg dolaska u apartman, dok smo čekali poletanje aviona, stigla je poruka da ne možemo dobiti rezervisani apartman zbog "overbooking"-a. Ponudjen alternativni smeštaj je bio neprihvatljiv u smislu lokacije, ostale informacije nismo dobili. Vraćen je ceo iznos, ali taj stres oko otkazivanja i nalaženja novog smeštaja 4h pre dolaska na desrinaciju je nezamisliv.

• Michael (1/5): Ekelhafte Unterkunft mit unverschämten Vermietern! - Nichts Die Wohnung riecht wirklich nicht gut! In der Wohnung stand frisch gewaschene Wäsche, die noch ganz nass war und dadurch die Wohnung sehr muffig gemacht hat! Die Küchenutensilien müssen dringend nochmal selbst gereinigt werden! TV funktioniert nicht wie es sein sollte…. wäre schön, wenn man sich über Netflix mit seinem eigenen Account einloggen könnte! Eine einfache Anweisung wäre natürlich sinnvoll?! Vermieter sind telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Egal, wie oft man anruft! Unmöglich!!! Und zum Schluss eine absolute Frechheit mit teils schon betrügerischen Tendenzen: Wir haben, wie gefordert, die Schlüssel in die dafür vorgesehene Schlüsselbox gelegt, abgeschlossen und alles gefilmt! Als wir dann schon auf der Heimreise waren, klingelte plötzlich das Telefon und siehe da…. die Vermieter gibt es doch und sie können das Telefon bedienen. Anstatt sich für den Aufenthalt zu bedanken, wurde direkt eine Beschuldigung ausgesprochen, dass wir die Schlüssel nicht in die Schlüsselbox gelegt haben und 200€ bezahlen müssen. Diese betrügerische Art im Nachgang nochmal abzukassieren, ging jedoch nicht auf, da wir durch den Videobeweis die unverschämte Vermieterin in die Schranken gewiesen haben!!! Gebt bitte mehr Geld aus und genießt euren Aufenthalt!!!

La falta de ascensor, un tercer piso, el edificio era demasiado antiguo, aunque el apartamento estaba bien, salvo algunas puertas de los muebles de cocina, que estaban rotas y alguna suciedad en horno y vitro. Tampoco hay microondas.

U-Bahnstation direkt vor der Türe und Praterstern in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Geschäfte/ Restaurants in den Nachbarschaft. Nachts wird der Durchgang geschlossen, weshalb nur selten Leute durchkommen. Es gab nur einen Teller, was wenig werden könnte, falls man zu mehr ist und kocht. Aber mit dem Liefernlassen ist es eigentlich kein Problem, da braucht man nichts, außer Besteck und evt ein Glas

• Elnara (8/5): Thank you. we really enjoyed our stay in Vienna and the apartment was very nice! - The location is nice. It is in a walkable distance from the city centre. Markets that work until late hours. very warm and cosy place to stay, especially with your family. There were no slippers, which would make life easier. A toaster would serve well in the kitchen. it would be great if guests could leave their luggage for some hours after check out.

Il vicolo per accedere la sera è buio e sporco così come l'entrata con un cattivo odore nel sottoscala. Quando siamo entrati in casa c'erano lenzuola e asciugamani bagnati che gocciolavano stesi sullo stendino in camera da letto. In cucina e nella camera da letto il parquet inclusi punti era staccato e faceva rumore quando si cammina. Il pavimento in sala è n po' affossato e vibra anche il tavolo quando ci passi sopra.

Asuntoon hankimme aamiaiset, välipalat ja juomat parista asunnon lähellä olevasta kaupasta. Ei tarvinnut kantaa kauempaa koska näistä kaupoista saimme kaiken tarvittavan.

Загалом все супер, витратили час, щоб знайти апартаменти, бо не було фотографій для орієнтування місцевості. Розташування за 20 хв до Собору Святого Стефана. Загалом все у пішій доступності. Можу оцінити житло на 8/10. Рекомендую додати фотографії де розташована скринька та місцевість біля апартаментів, щоб легше було знайти помешкання. Потрібно уважно дивитись розташування, бо адреса в букінг не відповідає дійсності. Врахуйте, що в апартаментах немає косметичних засобів та питної води.

The apartment has all that one needs for a short holiday. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Although the apartment is in a central location, it is very quiet.

• Julian-Jost (6/5): Die Wohnung verfügt über alles notwendige und wies ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf. - Wien ist teuer, weshalb die geräumige Wohnung ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aufwies. Gute Lage direkt am U-Bahnhof Nestroyplatz mit Geschäften und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhof liegt, war es gleichzeitig während der Schlafenszeit recht ruhig. Im Schafzimmer stand ein Wäscheständer mit nasser Wäsche. Heizung ließ sich nicht gut regulieren - es war entweder zu warm oder zu kalt. Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine waren mitunter recht laut.

• marco (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Posizione ottimale, con market, locali vari e fermata metro sotto casa! Appartamento accogliente e pulito! Siamo stati benissimo, lo consiglio vivamente. Avrei gradito la presenza dell'ascensore, ma devo dire che i gradini sono molto facili da salire ...noi portavamo su il passeggino senza alcun problema.

• Patricia (7/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación justo delante de la entrada al metro y que tenia super Mercado debajo. Es espacioso y tiene el vater separado de ducha. La cocina bien equipada. Llegamos y no habían hecho la limpieza del alojamiento y no nos avisaron. No tiene microondas. Cuando te duchas el agua se sale a través de la mampara. No tiene aire acondicionado. No hay ascensor y el pasillo hasta llegar a la entrada del edificio es muy oscuro.
