• Jesse (10/5): Zeer mooi appartement - De uitgebreide keuken en nette badkamer. Vrij veel ruimte voor een vakantieverblijf. Genoeg ruimte om te zitten, zowel op een bank als aan tafel. De ligging is bovenop een heuvel (flinke wandeling vanaf het centrum) en de sfeer zou beter kunnen.
• Beatrix (8/5): Gut für einen Kurztrip - Kaffee, Marmelade, Zwieback standen für das erste Frühstück bereit. Spülmittel, Handtuch, Geschirrspültabs, Staubsauger etc. vorhanden. Wohnung sauber, zwar kleiner als auf den Fotos, aber insgesamt gemütlich und zentral gelegen (nur etwa 700 m vom Bahnhof entfernt - Restaurants, Bäckerei, Geschäfte ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen). Es gibt zwei Balkone, beide Fensterfronten sind mit guten Sonnenschutzjalousien ausgestattet. Wohnung liegt direkt an den Bahngleisen, Fenster haben aber einen guten Schallschutz. Für einen Kurztrip insgesamt okay, aber das Apartment ist nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgelegt (kein Kleiderschrank, fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten, nur ein einziger Handtuchhaken im Bad). Check-in etwas knifflig. Man muss wissen, was ein Milchkasten ist. 😅 Aber dank vorab versandter Erläuterung inklusive Fotos haben wir letztendlich alles gefunden. Der Kühlschrank brummt zeitweise relativ laut. Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, sondern nur vier kleine Schubladen und einige Kleiderbügel mit Kleiderstange. Nirgends Kleiderhaken für Jacken oder Taschen. Auch im Bad befindet sich nur ein einziger Haken für die Duschhandtücher. Oberhalb der Dusche ein Schimmelfleck. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach der 'Lugano Holiday Card' wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese nicht erhältlich sei - eine Begründung blieb jedoch aus. 🤷‍♀️

• Brian (8/5): The facility was very clean, warm and secure. A good value. Close to the train station. - Clean, secure and had everything I needed. Satellite tv was nice. The shower was good. Kitchen was appropriate for two people. The bed felt worn out. No clothes washing machine.

• Linda (9/5): Modern, clean, comfortable and very good value for money - Very clean, modern, soundproof with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and instructions were very clear. Staff were very helpful and messages were quickly answered. The key box is very low and it was difficult for me to reach as I can't put any weight on my knee. It's a 7 minute walk from the train station which is down the hill. A bit of a climb coming back after a day out.

• savina (9/5): es war sehr schön - die unterkunft war sehr modern und hatte alles, was man benötigt. die wohnung war sauber, jedoch hat man hie und da schön ein wenig dreck/staub gesehen.
• Fabian (7/5): - Man ist sehr schnell am Bahnhof und im Zentrum Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ! Durch die beiden Balkone und großem Türen konnte man abends aber sehr gut lüften und schlafen
