• Jessica (10/5): - The location is convenient near the train station and it was just a short walk to all the main attractions. It was actually a very quiet apartment. We didn’t make use of the kitchen appliances but it was nice to have a full kitchen available and a mini fridge to keep drinks. The bathroom was nice and the decor was also nice with the light wood theme and the LED sign in the hall was a nice touch. Housekeeping every day to make the bed and give us fresh towels. Very clean. There weren’t a lot of toiletries supplied. Only a combination body gel/shampoo packet and a tiny bar of hand soap. We had to stop at a local shop to get hair conditioner.

• AMARNATH (6/5): The Pricing for 3 nights was too much considering the very basic facilities! Felt ripped off! - Inside the room was ok, Air-conditioning was working fine. Room has been cleaned every day. Entry to the property was troublesome. You have to cross many gates ; you have to carry a bunch of keys , no reception, being managed remotely by the staff. The lift was suited for a person only without any big luggage! horrible lift — possibly 1st generation.

Nos permitio desayunar cómodamente en la habitación y ahorrar dinero. La ubicación excelente también Personalmente me pareció que el colchón podía ser un poco más firme, pero no es que no se pudiera dormir.

• Emily (9/5): Good location, well presented and comfortable apartment. Very responsive host. - The location was very convenient, the bed was very comfortable, the space was ample and the room was serviced every day. The property felt very secure also. There was a lot of graffiti, even for Rome, on the street. It was a little off putting at first but the property was very secure and we felt very safe. Don't let the appearance of the street deter you.

• Brian (9/5): It was very clean, and for me that is top of the list when traveling, also the location n - Cleanliness and location, solid WiFi performance and availability of assistance via text or phone call when needed. No view from room except for a dirty courtyard, and no ‘soft’ pillows.

Light and airy space, clean, big comfy bed, air con. It felt very safe and secure plus quiet so we slept well. The hairdryer and coffee machine were nice touches too. n/a

Near to the main station an metro so getting there from the airport and going to the city was really easy. But the area near the station is not the nicest. Yet he apparent is very pretty. The lift is quite small for suitcases but better then none at all.

• Bethany (9/5): Comfortable and great value for money. Just a short walk from the center and great location for train to airport! - The room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The neutral tones were very calming and the staff came and made the bed, tidied then room and changed towels everyday while we were out. Check-in and out was really easy and the owner was very accommodating. Sometimes the street noise was bothersome but we were staying in the room facing the street. It was more the early hours of the morning than during the night and I only really noticed it on the first night we stayed.

• Wendy (10/5): Loved our time in Rome and truly appreciated the clean, quiet, and spacious room. Thank you! - We were a bit concerned when we got to the address. The area is a bit run down. This was accounted for by the amount of locked doors we went through to get to the room. A locked front gate to the property, an access code to get into the building (which has an elevator for those on an upper floor, much appreciated), another access code to get into our wing, and finally a key to get into our room. The inside of our wing appeared to be recently renovated and was beautiful. I don't think the pictures do it justice. Better than expected. We were able to walk or use a taxi to get wherever we need to go. One driver recommended that we not walk in the neighborhood late at night by ourselves, but as three women together, we were fine. The entrance of the building itself could use a facelift and the elevator can be a problem if someone has not properly closed the doors, but this is minor.

• Michał (9/5): If you are looking for perfect location for Rome sightseeing - you found it. - Great location close to the Termini Station. You can get there easily from every Airport and than discover Rome by foot, or Metro. Air conditioning could be a little bit quieter. It would be lovely to have two Nespresso pods next to the machine.
• Алина (10/5): A wonderful place in the heart of Rome! - Very nice place located near Rome Termini. It was the 4th property we stayed in while travelling through Italy and one of the best ones. Giorgio arranged for a late check-in for us as we arrived late and a self check-out, he was available online for any questions we had. It took us 15-20 mins to get to the historical Rome center. The place is really big and comfortable, there are 2 rooms - a living room with kitchenette and a spacious bedroom. The place is very stylish and well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!
• Olivia (10/5): perfect stay - this property was fantastic and by far the best we’ve had on our four week trip so far. the room is beautiful and modern and so comfortable, it feels high end but doesn’t pay high end! it’s in a great location to the colosseum and then from there is just a short walk to all the other main attractions. i would very much like to stay here again nothing bad to say about this place
• Axel (9/5): Very nice apartment but area outside/neighborhood not good - Very nice apartment. All new. Perfect bathroom and high roof. Plenty of space. Area not very nice, especially in the night. Many strange guys standing or walking around. Convenient however close to the central station and all public transportations that are available there.
• Adriana (9/5): Wonderful stay - Brand new rooms, sparkling clean, comfy bed, beautiful modern bathroom, excellent layout of the space, great air conditioning in the summer heat Very convenient location: 5-6 min walk to Termini, metro / busses nearby, easy walking and access to attractions There is no staff on site. Make sure you inform the staff about your departure time so that they can unlock the front gate door remotely. You leave the key in the room at check out and if the gate is locked, you will not be able to exit.

Great location too. Great food market in Termini Station which was few minutes walk very handy and convenient. Room cleaned everyday and fresh towels replenished - Great service. Lift available to use. Great overall, and would recommend! Fab overall - no bad comments.

The place is near the station and the shuttle-bus stop. The check-in and check-out without any problems even in the middle of the night. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area. All in all, a good base for sightseeing. A noisy tram ;)

Location is just 3-4 mins walk from termini Station even with luggage. Perfect for me and not much cobblestones during the journey. 😄😄 There is a lift. Thank god haha. The pressure from the shower was a little weaker due to the large surface, but alright for me.
