• Selma (1/5): A fuir !! - Rien ! A fuir !! C’est très très sal et ils m’ont volé 200€ dans mon sac à dos dans mon porte feuille alors qu’on avait laissé nos bagages sous leur responsabilité ! Et ils rentrent dans les chambres fouille vos affaires quand vous êtes pas laissé nos bagages !! Rendez moi mes 200€. L’eau coule froide aucune eau chaud, crotte de souris ou rat dans un des lit, des cafards et des pinces oreilles circulent dans la chambre et ça sent vraiment la moisissure et l’humidité je déconseille très fortement.

The my door room look like someone tried to broke in inside . There's a hole at the door knobs . Key card for main entrance are not functioning,luckily staff are kind enough to provide me another one . Room are dirty .there's small cockroaches everywhere inside my room .the bathroom stink .

• Vere (6/5): Leakage and sewage smell in first room, but new room offered was really nice and clean - We got quickly got a new room offered after we complained about sewage smell and a leakage in our first room. The staff handled quickly on this and they were very friendly. I have to stress this: the new room was really comfortable, had a soft bed, was super clean and modern and we enjoyed our stay here. Our first room smelled like sewage and had a leakage in the roof. This was quite unhygienic. After complaining about this, we got offered a new room and we noticed there was quite a difference in layout and structure between some of the same-prized queen sized bed rooms. There where no electric kettles, only a shared water dispenser with hot water.

• rafael lima (1/5): - arrived around 6pm the reception smells like a smoking room... there was nobody there... called and waited for 30 minutes then i left if the reception smells that bad i cant imagine how the room smell

• Merve (10/5): - The reception staff (Karen and Mahmuda) were very friendly and always helpful! As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable and safe thanks to the reception staff. The room was also okay and quite quiet overall. My room was right next to the train tracks, so it was a bit noisy, but I received earplugs from the reception, which helped to reduce the train noise.

• Toby (2/5): Staff let us stranded. - Had drinking water fountain and the bed was comfy. The hotel didn’t organise a late check-in as they had said and so we couldn’t get into the building in the middle of the night. The staff never responded on booking.com messaging or on WhatsApp and we had the convince another guest to let us into the lobby. Fortunately, the key to our room had been left on the side so we did eventually make it into the room. Unfortunately, the room was dirty and had cockroaches.

• Tina (9/5): A comfortable stay in the best location! - Really good central location - close to all the main tourist attractions/areas in KL! The check in was very smooth and the staff were all very polite. The room was clean and had all you needed for a few nights stay in KL. The location is very central but this also means it is very close to the metro rails and so you will need ear plugs to drown that out if you need a sleep in. The walls are very hollow as you can hear a lot of the people in the surrounding rooms.

• SarahGen (6/5): - Good location, comfortable bed, friendly staff. The room was much more worn than the photos suggest and was very very noisy. The window in the bathroom was broken and a piece of wiring was used as a 'fix' however this meant it didn't fully close which let out the cool air as the whole room was connected, and let in the noise of the trains. The hot water also didn't work.
• Oksana (1/5): - Ничего Отель нас не принял из-за потопа и переселил в другой свой филиал, где было ужасно грязно. Заезжали на 3 дня. В итоге не смогли там жить и уехали в другое место. В номере повсюду были чужие волосы, сырость, разваливающиеся от сырости стены и всего одна розетка на 2 взрослых человек. Я бы сказала, что это была не просто антисанитария - в таких местах жить опасно для здоровья.

And also the cleaner MOK who cleans the room every 3 days or when you need it cleaned. Excellent service they all make your stay good without proplens.
• aghiles mohamed (9/5): Je recommande vivement pour ceux qui voyagent à deux : le prix revient quasiment au même qu’un dortoir 😉 - Emplacement très stratégique : à 20 minutes à pied de Bukit Bintang et à seulement 9-10 minutes du Central Market et de Petaling Street (Chinatown). La chambre est parfaite pour ceux qui souhaitent utiliser l’hôtel principalement pour dormir la nuit. Le staff est très accueillant, avec un petit clin d’œil à la réceptionniste Mahmouda Un peu de bruit la nuit car l’hôtel est situé près de la route (des bouchons d’oreille sont fournis). Un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre aurait été parfait.

Welcoming guest with a very friendly. TQ because of near to the train rail so its sound a bit noisy but its okay. U may improve
