• Koprowski (10/5): Polecam - Apartament na parterze, w dzielnicy mieszkalnej, w ścisłym centrum, wszedzie blisko, sklep na rogu, kawiarnia i restauracja również. Podobnie przystanek. Na Prater 15 minut spacerem. Dzielnica cicha, z ograniczonym ruchem samochodowym, patio z miejscami na rowery, parking podziemny 750 m spacerem, 8 € za dobę. Sam apartament przestronny, wysoki, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Nie podobało mi się, że przyjechałem tylko na dwie noce.

• Guido (9/5): Dorthin kommt man gerne zurück. - Sehr gute ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung. Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Vorhänge könnten nachts besser abdunkeln.

The online check-in form is laborious and doesn't work very well. I'm sure these issues could be easily solved, so the place can be 10/10!

• Eve (1/5): BED BUGS 🪳 STAY AWAY - 🚫Whatever good there is it doesn’t matter because they are bedbugs and that is unacceptable 🪳Bedbugs infestation. Look at my photos and their answers for proof and verification. Unfortunately, I can’t add videos, but we have those too. 🚫A true nightmare, they ignored us for two days we had to move on 31st of December and paid $4000. Extra. had zero help from booking even though I’m a level three genius member. We spoke with Anna - a supervisor on the phone - She was the most cruel and insensitive person and did nothing to help us. As soon as they saw that we left, they offered nothing. They didn’t try to help us with any situation. They just said they felt bad. Well, maybe you could’ve cleaned the apartment. They just offered a reimbursement but I lost about $150 in the currency exchange. We had to throw out a bunch of clothes and move to two other apartments after that because it was the 31st and there wasn’t that much available. They have offered no extra gesture. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great! Location is super, everything is walking distance. Apartment is clean and you have everything you need for your stay there
• Chiara (10/5): Great apartment, great location, great support! - The apartment is bigger than we expected. It has everything basic you may need for your stay (dishwasher, washing machine detergent, salt, oil, extension cord) and is very comfortable. It's also extremely clean! We had a couple of issues but they resolved it immediately and were extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in a quiet location, you have a few pubs and bars near you as well as a couple of supermarkets (5/10 minutes walk), a mall (ten minutes walk max) that includes various place where you can eat and some useful shops like Action. Inside the mall there's also the CAT that brings you directly from and to the airport, that was a big plus for us! You can reach the center of Vienna in 20/30 minutes, it's a very comfortable walk with a beautiful view of the river. There's also the train station and I think the subway as well (I didn't use it so not really sure, but I think I saw the sign), so you have really anything you need near you. I really recommend this apartment for your stay in Vienna
• Pawel (10/5): Fully recommend for both short and longer stay in Viena. - A very nice place well communicated with public transportation. There is no parking place dedicated so you will need to find a spot on a street.
