Guest Reviews
- Mark (8/5): Lovely, centrally located apartment in the perfect location close to all the main attractions in Florence - Convenient location Nothing
- Vinh (9/5): -
- Jan (7/5): - It's a nice place, it really is, the location is perfect. but the whole studio should be refreshed and renovated. For 167 euro a night, I think the comfort should be better.
The location made it a very nice stay, but I feel the interior needs a fresh restart before summer.
- Luiz (7/5): - Great communication with staff and very friendly.
Location is the best. Shower quiet small and not enough light only the mirror light.
- t (10/5): Perfect - Staff were very friendly and helpful. Flat is located in a very central area however is really quiet, also felt really safe. Very comfortable too and with a complete kitchen. Definitely recommended for a great stay in Florence.

- Dmitrii (10/5): Perfect - it was absolutely great! - Clean, tidy and cozy apartment with everything you can need during your stay No cons - only pros.
The boiler seemed to start dripping on one day but our host Matias sorted it out in no time
- Daniela (7/5): Location was amazing! - Location is great! Walking distance from all the sights! It was very cold, the air conditioning was very noisy and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroomđ
If you use it just to sleep, itâs ok.
- Andreea (10/5): - Nice & clean apartment in the center. All you need, quality bed & sheets. Recommend all perfect
- Alison (10/5): A super place for 2. - Location ! Very comfortable bed. Excellent white bed linens and towels. Plenty of hot water. Good powerful shower. Neat little kitchen to cook simple meals, have breakfast. Elevator ! Photos very accurate. Contact with the manager was immediate and very helpful. TV was a bit hit and miss as the controls seemed worn and buttons didn't always work well. But you could get Netflix !!!

- Bailey (10/5): Great stay minuets away from the Ponte Vecchio. - The location of this property could not be any better. It is located just over the Ponte Vecchio on a quiet street. You will be able to walk to everything within about a 20 minute walk (2 minutes to Ponte Vecchio. The property has all you need and was very upon our arrival.
- Matthew (7/5): Great spot. - Great communication. Very central. Very comfortable and quiet place to sleep. Good kitchen amenities. Don't expect a view or space to sit and relax.
- Brenes (10/5): Exceptional - Very great location and nice for our week stay.
- Michel (10/5): Great location, loved the accomodation, excellent communication. -
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - We loved our stay at the Red Loft. All communication was helpful, friendly and timely. The space was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. Check-in / out processes were straightforward and easy. We especially appreciated the suggestions for local restaurants. In addition, after checking out, we were greatly helped to be able to retrieve items left in the room. We highly recommend this property!
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Great location and check in with the owner/staff was smooth. Space was clean and comfortable for our stay. Just opposite a laundromat which was handy as well for longer stays. No microwave located as advertised and no soap provided for our stay (perhaps an oversight). Close to the shops, though, to purchase our own.
- Wanda (9/5): Superb -
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to plenty of sites, shops, and restaurants but high up enough that you donât hear the business outside. The weather was very hot while we were there but the air conditioner worked perfectly with no issue. Very comfortable bed. The host was very easy to communicate with and even allowed us to drop our luggage off early. Excellent value for a private apartment in this location I will just mention that the bathroom is a little small and crowded but it was clean and the shower had great water pressure. As long as you prepare for having a small bathroom it should be of no issue
- Kimberly (9/5): Matias was great! Iâd highly recommend the property. - The location was fabulous!! Very clean and comfortable. Iâd highly recommend it. The air conditioner made a clicking sound that made sleeping a little difficult on the first night. We got used to it the second and third night.
- Speirs (8/5): Very good -
- Piotr (9/5): Great apartment very close to Ponte Vecchio - Apartment is located close to Ponte Vecchio, but still it was really quite for most of the time. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with all the stuff tourists need. We had some problems with Wi-Fi on a first day, but host was really helpful and literally maybe an hour later someone (sorry, forgot the name) came to configure it.
- Bastian (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, nicely stocked kitchen (especially for a studio), very comfortable bed. Will definitely consider if returning to Florence!
- Patti (7/5): Great location with basic amenities - The location was unbeatable. Right off the Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and close to everything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were also lots of shelves/hangars for clothing. Security was good. Happy there was an elevator given we were on the 4th floor. Laundromat right across the street. We also appreciated the small kitchen for making tea, keeping a few snacks in the fridge, etc. And the property manager was outstanding - he was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom facilities. The bathroom was teeny tiny with zero storage for any toiletries. My husband was able to put a few of his things on the sink vanity however I had to store my toiletries out in the main living area. I would have liked to blow dry my hair or put on makeup in the living area however there was no mirror. I picked up a small mirror at the dollar store which served the purpose. The shower was also tight with no shower caddy so everything had to sit on the floor. A bar of soap on the floor is never a good thing. The unit is also getting quite shabby and was in need of some paint and general freshening up.
- Peter (9/5): Superb - Location was great. Host meeting us was great. This place is tiny, as per the photos, but for our 3 night stay was perfect.
- Lisa (10/5): Beautiful studio in the heart of Florence. - The location was perfect, 5-10 minute walk and then youâre in the heart of Florence. Close to Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens and lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. 5 minutes and youâre at the picturesque Arno river. At first we couldnât find the door to the apartment building, but the person meeting us noticed us walking back and forth and came down to the street to meet us. The apartment is small but had everything that we needed.
- Guo (7/5): Great location - Great location. Walking distance to attractions but a bit off the busy area. Good restaurant close by where locals go as well. The direction of the luggage deposit could be more detailed. Followed the address but had a hard time to find it.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Ulkerr (7/5): For adults it's ok and location is great, for families search more comfortable place. - Location! It's just in 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti. The room and kithchen clean, but very simple, Very tiny elevator, I need to ask friend to come and assist me as we can't go by elevator with baby stroller and two luggages at the same time. Good option if you on your own or pair of adults. No place to sit on except on bed and 2 high tabourets (without back), I had to eat toddler on bed first day, but it's very uncomfortable, so next day after asking for baby chair and refusal (i need to ask for it during booking, but I was unaware that ithere is nol stool with back) I just out the tabouret close to wall and sat baby on it. Kitchen area is tiny. It was December and the room was heated by conditioner which was very noisy and turned off automatically each 2-3 hours (you need to unplug it totally and plug again). Last morning there was a problem with hot water (boiler was down and need to be fixed, which was done later when we were out for a walk). Not very good for families with babies and toddlers. No curtains, so you need to close metallic outside shutters for privacy.
- ęš (10/5): I really like this place. - It's a great location. It's located right next to the Vecchio Bridge. It's cozy, modern, and clean. There's an elevator, too. The staff who guided me were very kind. They always answered me right away and recommended me a good gelateria. I'll make a reservation next time I visit Florence. Thank you :)
- Linda (8/5): Very good - was only disappointed that there was no microwave oven, otherwise everything excellent
- Ryan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammed (7/5): Small apartment in a great location - The location was central to all the main places We could hear noise from the adjacent apartments quite loudly and there was a constant dripping noise from the boiler
- Tully (9/5): Superb -
- Emily (8/5): Fantastic - Great location, very basic room but everything you would need for a city trip. The host was very informative and gave lots of local recommendations for restaurants and bars etc. which we used and enhanced our experience in Florence massively.
- Camila (8/5): Very good -
- Jesus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mariana (10/5): Amazing location. - The location was excellent, 2 minute walking to Ponte Vecchio, you have stores, restaurants, laundry, etc really close, everything is by walking distance.
It was really clean, you have everything you need for your stay, spacious bathroom.
The check-in and check-out went smoothly and they gave us a booklet with instructions for everything inside the loft and recommendations around Firenze.
- Rad (8/5): Very good - Location to attractions was great....can walk to all attractions in Florence. Cost....it's expensive for what it is then you have the tourist tax per night per person + an extra âŹ20 for arriving after 8pm.
- Iulian (10/5): Excellent location, excellent host , excellent trip in this amazing city - Excellent location , close to all the important sites
Very quite place, very nice , professional host
Beautiful neighborhood â¤ď¸
- Yu (9/5): Superb - Great location, 2 min walk from the bus stop, 5 min walk to the city center.
- Helen (9/5): Superb - The location was very convenient, not too far from the center but also away from the crowded area. The neighborhood was nice and there were a lot of good and authentic dining options nearby. Matias was also nice to let us leave our luggages after checkout. We had a wonderful stay!
- Dana (9/5): the host Mattias is super proactive and supportive, to make sure that arrival is as smooth as possible at the apartment! - LOCATION! CLEANLINESS OF THE APARTMENT!
