• María José (5/5): No repetiría solo me gusto la ubicación - La Ubicación está muy cerca del centro .El propietario muy atento pudimos entrar antes en apartamento y nos dejó zumo ,galletas de bienvenida Tener que enviar DNI y DNI con foto selfie por Ws y te pide q quites la basura ,dejes toallas en plato ducha y q friegues vasos ,platos utilizados y guardarlos .Tampoco me gusto tamaño habitación cuesta trabajo pasar para el baño porque hay poco espacio y es un tercer piso sin ascensor y unas escaleras mal cuidadas

• Anonymous (10/5): The location of the apartment was right where you’d want it to be. It was a very comfortable stay. - It was very cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great, especially for the price. Very close to tourist attractions like the Duomo. My only complaint is that we had to climb a lot of stairs to get to it, but for the price and location, it wasn’t too inconvenient.
• Sharon (6/5): All stairs very hard work - The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped kitchen if you wanted to make food. Bed was very comfortable No mention that the apartment is on the six floor, try carrying suitcases six flight of stairs, not fun

• Marie (10/5): Exceptional - despite it being on the third floor with many steps it was a really comfy little apartment We had everything we wanted including a packet of biscuits and juice in the fridge. all the check in was done remotely but Paula our host kept in touch through WhatsApp. Just a bit high when carrying rucksacks

• Pawin (8/5): Very good - Room comfort, space and amenities. Walking with suitcases from SM Novella station was not easy. Strict check-in time.
• Family (9/5): Short stay with family in spring - Easy checkin and checkout. Location centralized, short time walking distance to visit Florence, museum and all historical places. Comfy mattress and bed. Room and bathroom is clean. Towels are provided. Tea and coffee and pantry are a plus. Suitable for short or long stay. Thanks for the hospitality.
• Popravko (10/5): Super host, good location, cleanliness and order. - The host was very hospital and caring. We were exhausted and wet after the night flight, bus and rain, and were allowed to check in at 7 am. The apartment is just 5 -10 min. walk from all famous sights. We found tasty biscuits and juice in the kitchen. Definitely recommend the apartment to everyone. Thank you, Paolo.
• Olivia (7/5): Good - Good location，walking distance to train station and major attractions. Friendly staff. The place doesn’t have luggage storage, so if you arrive early, you need to store luggage somewhere else. There are too many stairs (4th floor) with no elevator, very difficult to move big luggage. Bed is too small, one double and one single bed with two small quilt is not enough for two adult and one child. I basically slept on the gap with no quilt to cover. I don’t really want to WhatsApp or email all our IDs, take a photo in front of us is ok.
