• Baktashian (5/5): - Clean all over. Beds were comfortable. The electronic lock opener was a big challenge. It took multiple attempts to open the door each time. It seemed to be either broken or the battery needed replacing. The kitchen cooking utilities were minimal. No usable frying pan for instance. Usually there are a lot more available in similar places.

• Ruth (5/5): Disappointed for the price but great location - The location was excellent for walking to coconut grove area. The property is very dated in terms of decoration and furnishings / kitchen units. It had black mould in the bedroom on the wall behind the bed and on the ceiling which looked like someone had tried to cover up with a very poor paint job. The bedroom needed a curtain to blackout the lights to the rear carpark because it was light in there all night! The window in the bathroom had no blind and it felt like there was very little privacy when using the shower especially at night, it needs some film adding to the inside of the window to obscure the view from the neighbours. There was also quite alot of banging from the people upstairs late at night.

• Kevin Tellez Sagbini (9/5): Muy bueno. - La ubicacion es muy buena, tienes muchas cosas cerca para poder visitar sin necesidad de auto. La conexión de wifi es bastante regular, si no estas en la sala no tienes wifi.
• Alejandro (9/5): Great Stay at a Great Location! - It's in a great location, close to all the popular areas around Coconut Grove and Downtown Miami. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There was private parking in a very quiet location right behind our apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for its amenities, cleanliness, location, and affordability. The only two things that could be better were that there was only one sliding door in the shower, and at times, the water would leak onto the floor. The other thing I did notice was that some of the pillow cases do need to be changed more frequently because they smelled like sweat. Other than that, we had a great stay at this location.

• John (8/5): Comfortable, good location and prompt response from the host - Beds were really comfortable including the sofa bed Very poor entrance into the shower having to step over/round the toilet to get into it, especially hazardous coming out of the shower with wet feet and being in our late 70s
• Adrienne (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. - Location!!! Perfect location to walk to coconut grove. Not well stocked. Could not find a wine opener and there were no hand towels or wash clothes.
• Rajiv (10/5): Amazing - Would rent again. - This was money well spent. The team that handles the facility were prompt in their responses. The instructions were clear. The room was clean and the best we have spent. They provided us with the essentials. The room was very close - walkable distance to all the restaurants. The best part was it was quiet. Quiet building, quiet folks. Overall fully satisfied. Would I live there again?! 100%. Its not that I didn't like it - honestly its not even a dislike. This is just advice. The only comment I have is if you are not from the Miami area or FL area - like us - its humid so the tiled floors can get sticky even if you are dry. We are from CA so its dry here so we are not used to humid weather. But its not the places fault. The tiles were white and well kept and clean. So this is more like an advice. Just wear socks or slippers and you'll be good. Again this is not a complain - just an advise for the next traveler.

You can walk to Coconut Grove shops and restaurants in minutes. The property manager Andres was available at all times, and wonderful. We will come back for sure! Nothing

• Maureena (10/5): Beautiful Stay - apartment was very clean. The use of the washing machine and dryer comes at a cost, which was a surprise as it was not mentioned on Booking.com. The host was very kind and did offer an renbursment.
• Hillary (10/5): Excellent, close to everything - The property was very clean. Centrally located. We walk to everything. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. And hot water for the shower. The window in the shower needs a curtain for privacy. And we had difficulty with the locking mechanism, but that may have been due to us never having used the system like that.

The house was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Miami.
