• Lisa (9/5): - Apartment was clean. It had everything we needed. Location was great. It was convenient. Close to the metro. Sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. Instructions to enter the apartment were in Italian, and made it tricky to gain access.

• Sissy Rivo (9/5): - The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the Vatican City! The metro station is just in front of the apartment. The local area has many nice restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend it. The apartment has everything. A little bit dark, but if you come to Rome to visit Rome not a problem.
• Karin Maria (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage zum Vatikan - Alles war bestens. Von der Ausstattung bis zur Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage war für unser Ziel Vatikan und Petersdom optimal. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Für andere Ziele war die U-Bahnstation vor der Haustüre auch super. Die Fenster gingen alle zum Hinterhof. Wer also ne schöne Sicht auf Rom haben will, wäre hier falsch. Für uns war das egal, denn wir waren ja meist in der Stadt unterwegs.

• Michelle (9/5): All in all, we had a great time in our stay and we gonna be back again. - Clean and very good location. The apartment is just next to the station. 5 mins to the Vatican and lots of shops around it. The property is well equipped with all the appliances you need for your stay. It feels like home. The owner of the property is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. They respond very quickly in all my messages. Check in- check out was made extremely simple, we were able to get into the apartment before hand to leave our luggage as we arrived early. Overall, we had a fabulous time and really love our stay in the apartment. The hot water finished so quickly with even just one person had a shower. But we manage as we love the property.

The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, a washer with drying function, and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were very happy with our stay. It would be better if bed linens were provided, not just a bare duvet.

• Yaroslava (5/5): Felt unsafe with no acknowledgement from the host - The apartment itself was clean and conveniently located for exploring Rome. We had a very uncomfortable experience during our stay. One night, we heard unexpected knocks on our door and felt unsafe, especially after noticing suspicious individuals around the building on previous days. We immediately messaged the host about our concerns, but she never responded until checkout—at which point she simply said we were probably “confused,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. The area around the apartment, although central, had a shady market, loud music next door and people lingering around inside the apartment block, who made us feel uneasy. While the apartment inside was nice, we unfortunately didn’t feel safe during our stay and would not return.

The place is easy to find and close to many restaurants and mini supermarkets The station close to the property was closed for renovation and we have to walk for about 15 minutes in heat weather which is not too pleasant.
• Mar (8/5): Not recommended the schedule of in and out is unbearable - All new and clean Very late check in schedule but very early check out. Air conditioning not cold and cannot be recalibrated. Door has no door knob very difficult to close.

AC worked very well, which is absolutely necessary in Rome during the summer. There was a lingering sewage smell in the flat when we stayed.
