• Antonio (5/5): Expensive for what it offers. - At walking distance from North Lambeth Underground station; BUS stop just outside the door. Stairs to get to the apartment, then inside more stairs to get to the living room and kitchen, and more stairs to get to the bedroom and WC. The apartment needs renovation. Carpet on the floor doesn’t help for cleaning and may induce allergies.

• Kadine (10/5): A charming, well-located flat in the heart of London—clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a comfortab - I had a wonderful stay at this lovely one-bedroom flat in the heart of London! The location couldn’t be better — everything you could need is within easy reach, from restaurants and cafes to public transport and local attractions. The flat itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including utensils for cooking, which made it feel just like home. Just a quick note: there wasn’t a TV during my stay, so if that’s something you really want, it’s worth keeping in mind. Otherwise, it’s a perfect spot for anyone who wants to enjoy the city and unwind in a comfortable, well-situated space. I’d absolutely stay here again! The dyer take a bit long, but that's the least.
• Mubbashir (4/5): Only the location is good, everything else leaves a lot to be desired. - Location is good. Bus and Tube easily accessible. Also grocery stores are nearby. A lot could be better. No proper utensils or essentials. Bedsheets and towels were dirty and worn-out. Broken or damaged crockery. No adequate lighting. No wardrobes for clothing. Heating did not work for the first 3-4 days. Very narrow staircase making it difficult to take the luggage upstairs. Very shabby and narrow entrance to the apartment. In fact, the apartment is a very old construction and requires renovation.

• Katherine (5/5): Convenient yet needs some refurbishing to make it worth going back to. - Excellent location with bus stop right outside. Easy walk to Westminster area of London. Comfortable bed It needs maintenance. Bathroom especially - toilet seat loose, shower door not working so water gets everywhere, shaving light not working, cracked tiles. If some money was spent on these things and in the kitchen it would make quite a difference.
• Kristin (7/5): - The location was excellent. Great neighbourhood feel with local pubs and a lovely park next door. Easy walk to Westminster Bridge. We liked the layout with bedroom and bathroom upstairs and lounge and kitchen down. Very spacious. It was handy having a full kitchen with a washing machine. The flat could use a bit of love. It feels very much like a student flat. Broken cabinets, cracked tiles, etc. A good scrub and some attention to detail would improve it greatly.

• Vladislava (8/5): Great location for short stay in London - The location is perfect for a short stay in London. It is very close to the main part of inner London, which was the main reason why we chose this place. It is also very easy to get there with the public transportation from London Heathrow airport, which was also very useful. The apartment had a very well equipped kitchen, so it is perfect when you don't want to eat out all the time. Also the bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The apartment is a bit worn out. The communication with the owner was not good from the moment we checked-in. Luckily we were only missing towels.

• Fiona (8/5): A lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location. - Spacious, light and bright, in a great location. It also had most facilities that you would want/need. The shower wasn’t brilliant, it was quite hard to control the water temperature. It would have been nice to have a television. Finally, no tea towel and/or kitchen roll were provided in the kitchen, so I had to go out and buy something. These are very minor issues though: overall I really enjoyed my stay.

• Mario (9/5): A whole cozy flat in the heart of London, I would definitely stay again if return to London. - Prior to the arrival I got a message from the property explaining where the key was stored and how to get it. The explanation was clear and direct, I did not have any problems in getting it. I left it in the same place when I left. There is not something I did not really like. One very superficial comment would be that on arrival, I got a bit puzzled by the box of the key, but it is my fault. Soon enough I managed to understand how it works and I got the key.

• Graham (8/5): Good base for London. - Basic property for exploring London - you had everything you needed. Would recommend as a base for London. It was a bit cold (we were there in December) and one of the towels was slightly stained, so maybe a bit of checking of the cleaning.

• Nellie (7/5): Regular experience - The flat had large windows and was quite bright. It was in a quiet area of central London only 15 min walk from Big Ben. There is a convenience shop underneath open until late and they included several amenities like coffee, tea, sugar, a washing machine etc The flat is well furnished and the heating works. The flat desperately needs to be cleaned by professionals and certain parts need repair, especially the bathroom. The toilet bowl was disgusting, the shower had black mold and paint falling off, there was an old carpet gathering dust in the bedroom that was not even glued to the floor and everything was fairly dirty. The mattress and pillows were very old and uncomfortable. The room also needs more storage which would be easy to do by adding shelves on each side of the bed.

• Yazmina (10/5): Great !!! - It was great! The house is completely for yourself and in a very good location! Very near to the big ben. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The kitchen was totally equipated. The room was great also! We had free chance to use the washmachine! Amazing!!!!! Maybe the bathroom needs a make over. The wc was super "dirty??" and the tub needs a little renovation! But they works !
