• MarcS64 (7/5): Good crash pad near St. Laurent - Good location. Three real bedrooms, renovated kitchen and bathroom, good shower, bright. Clean enough. Upgrade the bedding, small deficiencies could be improved like the chairs and furniture in the living room. All the plugs should work. Street parking is $16/day Wifi seemed a little weak but maybe that was just us.

• Olivier BOUCHERIE (8/5): Correct pour court séjour à 4 - Appartement fonctionnel, assez spacieux (nous étions 2+1+1 dans 3 chambres doubles) mais compliqué au delà de 4 personnes : une seule salle de bains, 4 chaises et un petit canapé. Mais plutôt conforme à l'annonce. La rue est calme, sécurisée et dans le centre de Mont Royal. Bien équipé. Climatisation dans pièce centrale uniquement mais suffisante. Facile à trouver. Tarif correct. Ménage à améliorer : salle de bain sale avec parois de douche qui ne doivent pas être souvent nettoyées, tâches et traces de saleté sur le mobilier, canapé avec de grosses tâches, sol seulement aspirateur probablement. Canapé vraiment problématique, seulement en usage canapé pourtant : une moitié semble cassé lorsque nous nous asseyons et l'ensemble est sale et tâché. Literie pas toute confortable selon la chambre, surtout à 2 personnes. L'escalier pour arriver à l'appartement au second étage est difficile et très étroit.
