• Pinxian (8/5): 公寓总体不错 - 房间很干净，晚上很安静。周边是sant adria的生活区，很适合闲逛散步，楼下就有一个中国人开的餐厅，价格和味道都挺不错的。地方海滩也比较近，出行方便 有时候洗澡的热水会突然变冷

• Krzysztof (1/5): Nie polecam - Lokalizacja Wynajmujący na żadnym etapie rezerwacji nie poinformował że elewacja budynku na której są okna jest w trakcie remontu(jak później potwierdził - od kilku miesięcy) a w związku z tym na balkonie leży beton i narzędzia, oka są zasłonięte przez rusztowania i folie a korzystanie z nieruchomości odbywa się przy całkowicie opuszczonych żaluzjach antywłamaniowych a więc w mieszkaniu nie ma wcale światła dziennego. Dodatkowo tak w tygodniku dniu jak w weekendy hałas remontu, pracy młotem pneumatycznym. Samo mieszkanie na zdjęciach wygląda lepiej niż w rzeczywistości (zdjęcia zrobione chyba kilka lat temu) wypadałoby zaktualizować. Łóżko w jednej sypialni ok, w drugiej słabo (czuć sprężyny) w kuchni czasem czuć kanalizację.

• Amy (3/5): Looks good on the surface, but below…it springs uncomfortably - The hosts are very responsive. The place was clean. There’s a nice greenbelt along the nearby river. While this place generally looks nice on the surface, it unfortunately was quite loud & uncomfortable. We were hit with the pungent smells of cleaning supplies upon entry. The couch & twin beds are very uncomfortable, with the feel of the springs below. The water heater is sporadic, changing from hot to cold & back at about 2 minute intervals. The kitchenware is used to the point of being scratched. No fault of theirs, but the old construction makes the walls paper thin & thus very loud. Our particular timing hit when there was construction right outside the window. It simply was uninhabitable. Props to the host for replying and allowing us to relocate upon notifying them if the issues. I am not one to do a negative write up, but I felt compelled to share that this place needs significant upgrades to be worthy of your stay.

• Travel4ever (9/5): A nice stay. - Everything was fine and comfortable in the apartment. Metro is 5,8 mins walking. That was very convenient! Some water would be nice in the fridge. All was good!

• Petru (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and not far from the City Centre - The place was clean enough, the walking areas with restaurants were close by, and the Metro was not too far either. AC worked great and the coffee machine was handy, and the host was very responsive. The street looked a bit, sketchy at first, but we got used to it. We had to pick up the keys from a different location, the "2nd Floor" is actually the 3rd, and people on the 2nd floor were annoyed to the point where they had a written note on their door. Although the place was remodeled, some things and areas showed age and cracks, also in our bedroom there was a 2 inch gap in between the wood flooring planks, I actually bruised my toe in it (forgot is there). One other thing, the balcony is toward a small alley, might be typical in Barcelona, but you could hear everyone talk and yell, besides inhaling their smoke :-)
• Debra (9/5): Family apartment outside of dense tourist traffic - We chose this destination because it was outside of the main tourist area, and we were looking for a slower-paced accommodation. The location of this apartment made it easy to get on the Metro (7 min walk) and get to the main tourist areas within 15-30 minutes. The host Laura was readily available via text and helpful in every way. The accommodations are comfortable, quiet and well maintained, and the neighborhood is relaxed, friendly and uncrowded. The apartment has both a washer and a separate dryer, and the dryer works well. The kitchen comes with a single cup Nespresso machine, toaster, hot pot, microwave as well as full refrigerator and stove. There are many market options within a few minutes' walk to stock up on kitchen foods/essentials. The Makus cafeteria/cafe near the apartment at Carrer de Ricart 24 was our favorite for coffee and pastries, and it also sells takeaway sandwiches. Nothing that we didn't like, but here are a few tips: We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment for about 43 euros (mid-day, weekday). The apartment is up two flights of stairs. There is another Apt. 2 after the first flight of stairs, but that is not the right apartment. Keep going! (There is also a small elevator). We purchased the T-usual Metro subway tickets, as suggested by Laura, which made our public transportation experience easy. The Metro in Barcelona is excellent--clean, dependable and efficient. We struggled with the restaurant options around the apartment. The Cap I Cua was the best of the ones that we tried. The two bathrooms are not stocked with shampoo/conditioner.
