• Regina (10/5): - Lage, Geräumigkeit und Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Zur eingabe des Codes an der Haustür bitte etwas mehr Sonnenschutz anbringen, am Nachmittag waren die Zahlen nicht lesbar.
• Nina (9/5): Schönes Appartement in sehr guter Lage - Sehr gute Lage, rewe direkt unten im Haus, gegenüber ist eine shopping mall, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Appartement ist groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, parken ist problemlos möglich, Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett sind vorhanden. Vom Parkplatz kann man direkt mit dem Aufzug zum Appartement fahren.

• Marion (6/5): Schöne Wohnung ABER.... - Die Lage der Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst sehr gut. ABER: Ich habe 3 Nächte im Wohnzimmer geschlafen damit mein Mann durchschlafen konnte, denn bei jeder Bewegung knarte und quitschte es .Arbeiten am Laptop nicht möglich oder Fernseh gucken ging immer nur 2 Minuten. Das Internet muss dringend verstärkt werden. Die Reparatur der Gardinenstange wurde von uns SELBST erledigt, obwohl jemand kommen sollte.

• Joachim (9/5): Nicht zuletzt wegen der hervorragenden Unterkunft ein gelungener Kurzurlaub in Dresden. - Hervorragende Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei einem nächsten Dresdenbesuch werden wir sicherlich wieder gerne diese Wohnung anmieten.
• lys_nik (10/5): Perfect Dresden - That was one of the best stays we ever had. Only Bern could compete, though with a triple price. Nothing to describe in details, because every single piece was wonderful! Kitchen, location, staff, price, beds and rooms - choose any. Definitely 5-star apartment, if I were assessing that by the hotels rating. Absolutely clean, fresh, warm and cozy. We especially loved the lightning speed response from the owner/manager, who allowed us to leave our huge baggage and rucksack earlier. Thank you!!! I can only note that all 4 pillows were too soft for me, because I have a neck problems. So I used a supplementary small pillow to rise a bit.
• Scott (10/5): Perfect stay in central Dresden - Perfect location. Very comfortable beds! Great shower and hot water! Very large apartment worth lots of sitting space. Full kitchen. Lovely covered patio area. Lots of shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation with a few blocks. And all of the historic sites les than 20 minutes walking. The hosts were fantastic with communication. We would love to stay here again!

• Mona (8/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt mitten in der Stadt, der kostenlose Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage der im Gebäude ist, ist natürlich super sowas hat man ganz selten! Auch der Aufzug geht von der Tiefgarage bis hoch zur Wohnung, Alles war vorhanden was man für den Alltag benötigt, Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt Am Abend hat es im Bad angefangen in der Dusche aus dem Abfluss zu stinken, Man muss nur warmes Wasser durchlaufen lassen dann geht’s wieder

• Sandi (10/5): Fantastic place to explore Dresden - The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and our host provided things like coffee pods, soap, shampoo, paper towel and laundry soap. Underground parking was included in the price. The location is fantastic - 10 minute walk to the Frauenkirche and 5 minute walk to Zwinger. There’s also a Rewe grocery right around the corner. Street noises could be loud with the windows open, but given the location, it’s totally understandable.

• Richard (10/5): This is one of the better apartments we have stayed in and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone - The location was excellent with nearby shops, amenities and downtown Dresden. The host left a small bottle of sparkling wine which was a nice thought. The parking was handy, being secure and clean. The apartment had all amenities with all equipment and consumables provided. The apartment did not have any blinds in the lounge so had a lot of afternoon sun coming in which made it hotter. The bathroom door lock was missing a lever on the inside so one of us got locked inside before we worked it out. The lounge chairs had the annoying habit of the cushions sliding off while seated. We initially had trouble with the parking card, but the host helped us to sort it out.

• Vladimir (5/5): Passable - Perfect location, big and comfortable. Slow communication. They declare free parking. But unfortunately because of some problems with the parking card I had to pay rather expensive parking by myself. I asked for the compensation from their side, but they never react and never responded. This is not a problem of money I have paid 25 Euros. This is the problem of communication. Just unpleasant situation which could be solved easily.
