• Lou (10/5): Great location, lovely accomodation - Keith was wonderful - our plane had been delayed 2hrs and he met us there at midnight to give us keys - room was great just unfortunate plane was delayed and we had to leave early next a.m. Would definitely stay again for a longer period. Nothing - it was great

• Libby (5/5): Good location but disappointing apartment inside. - Excellent location, nice view The furniture and fittings were not to our expected standard, certainly not "luxury." The bedroom had a double bed, not queen as expected. The couch in the living was small and sagged into the centre. There was a gap along the wall in the living room where there should have been a desk or sideboard. The kitchen had the bare minimum of what is required.

• Linda (3/5): This is not a luxury apartment, over priced and misleading. - Location was good Old thin towels. Flat pillows, bed creaked every time you moved, no top sheet on bed, uncomfortable bed. Basic Patio furniture. Loud road noise.
• Bruno (10/5): Exceptional - All the facilities were amazing The reception of the concierge making the check-in in a hurry and telling the wrong room for us, leaving as soon as possible. Luckily I could figure out by myself which room was by the key

• Gil (8/5): An excellent two-night stay to relax and decompress after a busy week with family. - The agent met us in the lobby with the keys and gave us a very brief intro to the building. The location was outstanding, right in the middle of downtown with easy access to most everything. It would have been nice for the agent to escort us up to the room and give us a quick walk through. There was a brief awkward moment of not knowing who we were supposed to meet or exactly where, but that was resolved quickly via SMS. The instructions for disposing of the trash were missing, but a little exploration in the hallway resolved that question. Our only real problem was that our first full day was also the King's Birthday holiday, and there was literally no place open for breakfast outside of KFC and Maccas :)

• Julie (8/5): Great location nice clean apartment had everything you needed - Location was great Very clean asked last minute for late check out as flight was delayed and was not a hassle Lounge was very uncomfortable. But in saying that place was great late flight out asked reception down stairs if I could leave suitcases for few hours and wanted $20 cash to hold them.

• Karen (6/5): Disappointed the pool was unavailable. Location excellent/flat very nice. - Location excellent. Right opposite the art gallery, museum and botanical gardens. Walking distance to the tennis venue, The Drive. I was very disappointed that the pool was not available. I booked the property because I have stayed before (Jan 2023) and I loved the outdoor heated lap pool. I booked again this time for the pool and the location. Apparently the pool has been out of use for over 6 months!! For the cost (one week cost the same as in Sydney which would be OK if the pool was available, but otherwise quite ridiculous!!).

Flat layout and view I asked for sheets and pillow slips to be changed as appeared on the surface to have been used or not 100% fresh. They rectified this immediately to my satisfaction

• Ella (4/5): Below average - I guess it was good walking distance to alot in the city. The utilities that were advertised weren’t available which we booked the hotel specifically for, staff were rude and couldn’t care less when I voiced my concern over this.
• Sally (9/5): Lovely. Kind host. - Bed! Comfy but a double is a bit small! I would love also for a couple like us to have a set of keys each. Cannot understand why hosts don’t appreciate this….we often go our own ways and constantly had to set “meet” times to get each other back into the building. Very frustrating.
• Jane (7/5): Very enjoyable stay but bed and couch could be better - Hosts were accommodating. Let us drop bags off before check in time and net up later for check in. Bed was small and firm - not to my expectation. Bed was small and hard. Couch also small and not very comfortable. Only 2 toilet rolls left in bathroom. This was our first Airbnb stay and felt the bed and couch was below expectation.
