- Nathan (8/5): - The unit itself is great. Was very clean and comfortable. Great location at the casino and close proximity to the Broadbeach food precinct. The check in process was ridiculous. The host failed to send me check in details, failed to send me the codes to pick the keys up and then argued with me over the phone to make it out like I was at fault. In fact whilst I was on the phone trying to get the codes she stated - "I have already sent you the check in details on Booking and via text." Flat out lie. And continued to argue about it. Next thing my phone pings with a new message that has the details. She said have a look it was sent earlier. Complete fabrication to cover the incompetence. This whole stuff around caused me to be very late to a Xmas dinner party. As good as the unit is I would say do not book with this host as she absolutely failed me as the paying guest and was nothing short of rude about it all. Really poor experience.

- Michelle (3/5): Not pleased at all would be better off to book rooms directly with the Casino - Good Location No messages on the key lock to obtain the key. No Porta cot set up that we paid for. Could have been cleaner food and broken cup under the couch. Wifi not working and also one bed not made correctly had no bottom sheet just the mattress protector.
