- Ponneswaran (10/5): - Overall our stay at the hotel was too good .The room was so clean and tidy and we enjoyed all the facilities provided.The washroom was neat and they provided all toiletries.It was near to the tsaghkadzor ropeway . The breakfast provided was not worth the money paid.It was very simple and another major drawback was no one knew English and it was very difficult to communicate with the staffs.

- Oleg (10/5): Уютно, вкусно, гостеприимно, удобно. - Все понравилось, завтрак вкусный и сытный, номер огромный, расположение близко к канатной дороге, пешком около 10 мин., вызывали яндекс такси (60-80 руб.). Район прекрасный рядом парк, очень вкусный ресторан Узбечка. На ресепшн любезно предоставили скидку 10% на первое посещение. Теплый пол в ванной починить, зимой без него некомфортно. Если сауна входит в пакет бронирования, подтвержденный booking, то это не может быть "ошибка программы" и предлагать ее за деньги некорректно. Если хотите уборку номера, то надо сказать. Мы пару первых дней отвечали, что убираться пока не надо, а потом уже никто и не спрашивал. Впрочем это мелочи, отдых и отель очень понравились, цена/качество 10 баллов. Не 4 звёзды, но гостеприимно, уютно, комфортно.

- Daria (10/5): Чудовий готель, співвідношення ціни і якості просто ідеальне, вже хочеться повернутися знов - Новий сучасний готель, все новеньке, гарне і чудово організоване. Красива територія, прекрасний сервіс- персонал професійний і дуже приємний. Смачні сніданки, на території є мангальна зона, нереальні краєвиди. В описі готелю було вказано, шо готель має вихід на траси, а це не так. Від готелю до підйомника примірно 500 метрів, але йти треба вгору, тому пішки добиратися незручно навіть без обладнання. Таксі коштує примірно 1 долар, поїздка займає 5 хвилин, приїжджає дуже швидко- це взагалі не проблема. Але інформацію для бронювання треба виправити

- Bader (8/5): - كلشي فالمكان حلو وزين ونظيف والاسره مريحه والموظفين حدهم متعاونين ومرحبين وحليوين جدا جدا وتقريبا كلشي موجود وعندهم غرفه الملح ماعندهم روم سيرفس حتى الا بس يغسلون الحمامات ويشيلون الزباله فقط اما تعديل الشراشف والاسره وغسل المواعين لا مايسوونه ومو كل يوم ايون بعد حق السيرفس يعني هاذي الشي الوحيد اللي ضايقنا
