• Ai-Ling (3/5): - The apartment was very clean. Host's responses were fast. There was a very strong damp rag smell throughout the house which was so strong and pungent. It just destroyed what good impressions. The smell was on the bedsheets, pillow cases and the towels. There were no windows that could open up to air the house. Bought a can of airfreshener to spray the house but the smell lingered. My clothes retained that smell having slept on the sheets... Otherwise I would have had a wonderful stay!
• khawjeh (5/5): - The location for me was good as my workplace was walking distance. That’s the positive side about the property. Lots of restaurants, cafes are nearby. I was really disappointed with my stay. The bed sheets were not fresh, and the bed itself was messy, as if it had been used before. The pillows were in bad shape, and the sofa was also not comfortable. Additionally, the bidet in the bathroom wasn’t working. Overall, many small issues added up, and it just wasn’t worth the price. The pool was closed for renovation.

• Carol (9/5): Prime location in Mont Kiara spacious apartment - Location is excellent. Apartment is very clean. Convenient to nip downstairs for meals, groceries, spa, mani pedi. I hardly used my car. My home is under renovation close by so this was perfect for me for a week before I stayed elsewhere. The bathroom has an unpleasant odour which is apparent in the whole building. I told Chris and he helped me out with deodorizers for the toilet. The kitchen can be better equipped. No coffee maker.

Very convenient location with a small mall next door with lots of food options and a supermarket and some great food options within the apartment complex. There is a problem with a smell coming from the drains in bathroom. This is a problem with the building an not an issue on cleanliness with the apartment.
