Le logement était sale , un cafard mort sous l'évier des draps a la propreté plus que douteuse , une odeur de renfermé, deux salles de bain dont une inutilisable car cassée le logement n'est pas entretenu .. notre pire logement durant ces 3 semaines a sillonner tout le cap vert, pourtant nous ne sommes pas exigent . Pas de machine a laver comme prévu sur les photos . Et 20 euros de taxes de séjour du vol . Bref je ne conseille pas ce logement .

Edi (6/5): Location da sogno, manutenzione un po' trascurata. - Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione fronte oceano. In cucina c'è tutto il necessario per cucinare e pulire,bella la piscina di fronte. Nella struttura, il balcone della camera presentava il parapetto distaccato dalla sede e pericolante con il rischio di caduta, la ringhiera risultava staccata dagli ancoraggi e si muoveva alla minima sollecitazione. È stato segnalato il guasto ma è rimasto irrisolto per tutto il resto del soggiorno. C'era un problema al forno e questo in parte è stato sistemato.

Thomas (5/5): Passable but not somewhere I'd recommend or stay again. - The apartment was spacious enough for two people and there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom for belongings and clothes etc. The bed was nice to sleep in and having the air con in the bedroom made it pleasant and comfortable. Overall the apartment was fit for purpose but rough around the edges and a few aspects let it down that could be improved. There was no TV in the room even though one was advertised and in the pictures. The fridge door was not fitted properly so would not close and seal, and I had to check the door was shut as best I could get it to, and relied on putting a 5L bottle of water in front of it to stop the door from opening, as after spending my first night in the apartment I found out there was an issue the next morning by finding that none of the items I'd put in the night before were cool although the fridge was on a high setting. The shower head was very worn and leaking badly so the spray pattern was considerably affected and definitely needed to be replaced. The glass shower doors were difficult to open and close as the runners were either damaged or potentially even missing, the grab handle for the glass door was also damaged as the screw threads were stripped so you couldn't open or close the door without it falling apart and onto the floor. The hygiene/cleanliness of the apartment could of been better as it was shabby overall with a lack of attention and care to effort and detail. There was hot water available but it didn't last long whilst having a shower. The WIFI was unreliable and for the last few days it stopped working completely despite my efforts to restore it by unplugging it and resetting it etc. The blinds in the bedroom were damaged and just left in a mess which showed to me a lack of care and interest so took it upon myself to try and sort them out. I'm not one to complain so didn't kick up a fuss about any of the issues I've highlighted here with the host and dealt with all the problems and made the best of it, but I have to be honest and say there is a lot of room for improvement and I wouldn't recommend this place, at least until all the problems are resolved.

julia (7/5): Bel environnement, logement vétuste - Il est très bien situé à 10' du centre, du port et proche de plusieurs supermarchés, la piscine est agréable, le restaurant au bord de la piscine est très bien et pratique pour manger ou boire un verre. Le logement est fonctionnel. La literie est inconfortable, le canapé lit est une chauffeuse très vieillissante. Cela mériterait un petit renouveau. Il n'y a pas de volet ou rideau occultant sur la porte fenêtre c'est dommage pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon. Frigo qui ferme très difficilement.

Die Unterkunft finde ich im gesamten überaltert; Beispiel Badezimmer unhygienisch, Klodeckel zu klein und baufällig, Dusche naja!!!! Waschbecken undicht, Wasser tröpfelt unten raus, usw. usw. Schlafzimmer auch nichts Bedeutendes aber ging trotzdem. Terrasse; die ist ja nicht groß und darum verstehe ich nicht dass man einen relativ großen Tisch mit 3 verrosteten Stühlen dahin stellt daß man praktisch keinen platz hat sich zubewegen und überhaupt sich auf die Stühle zu setzen ist eine Zumutung .

Она всегда на связи, всегда готова помочь. Пляж каменистый с большими волнами, зато мало людей. Рядом шикарный пляжный павильон, с очень качественными лежаками на пляже и очень вкусной едой. Если кто-то любит поплавать др пляжа Есторил всего 20-25 минут приятной прогулки. Там волны меньше и можно плавать. Инфраструктура. Я приехала в субботу не могла найти открытых магазинов, пришлось идти в центр города. Многие маленькие магазины закрываются на обед и открываются в 16 или 17 часов. В субботу, воскресенье - вообще не работают

ger (7/5): Cabral 2 gebouw M app 14. - Het appartement was ruim en geschikt voor 4 pers. Het complex bestond uit meerdere appartementen. Bij reserveren neem je aan dat je ergens rond dit zwembad een appartement krijgt. Dat is niet waar wij kregen een app er achter en konden tussen de gebouwen door de zee zien. Dit vonden wij erg maar later was deze plek wel rustig tov de harde NO-wind.

Ameisenplage in der Küche, hatte die ersten 2 Tage kein Wifi, da kein Router verfügbar war (waren wohl in anderen Wohnungen) - nach weiteren 2 Nächten funktionierte das Wifi nicht mehr, die Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man vielen Ecken und Enden. Für mich hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht gepasst.

Cependant, un lecteur blueray avec dvd est disponible mais les films ne sont pas en français. Coupure d'eau et d'électricité le dernier jour vraiment gênant, mais générale. La vue est partagée entre vue mer et sur travaux.

Natasha (9/5): Loved having the pool & beach so close & we really couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay. - The location is excellent, being just across the road from the beach (with a great beach bar) and just a few minutes walk from the supermarket and bakery. The town centre and town beach are only a 15 minute walk away, with lots of local eateries plus some excellent restaurants. The pool-side snack bar is excellent and we really enjoyed lazing by the pool & swimming. Great balcony with excellent views. Matt, our host was excellent & most helpful! We will be back! There was nothing to dislike about our apartment (J14) although I guess a little bit of modernising would help.

Boa vizinhança. Apartamento moderno, limpo e bem equipado, em geral. A falta de televisão foi um imprevisto. Tínhamos Wi Fi e telemóvel, somente. Como a temperatura não foi demasiado quente, a falta de ar condicionado poderia ter sido mau, mas felizmente não foi o caso
Sonia (9/5): Great apartment in a beautiful Island! - Very nice and spacious apartment, good location, super view over the ocean. The swimming pool is also very nice, very clean. The bar / restaurant in the pool area has diverse choices for drinks, food etc. Matt welcomed us and has been always very helpful for anything we needed during our stay. The washing machine is a clear plus! Apartment equipment are basic and cooking is not that easy. Some additional equipment such as a strainer for the pasta could be very helpful to have ;) Overall, if a few details are improved, the guest experience could even be better. We really liked the apartment.

A situacao de venda de garrafões de agua 5L, paguei 4x unidades, estavam 2x no interior do apartamento os outros 2x tive de andar a fazer insistência para me serem entregues após 3 dias. Dei conhecimento no segundo dia pela manha á funcionária / Escritório de avaria em duas lampadas " Sala de estar/Cozinha e Varanda/Marquise onde se encontravam as cadeiras para relaxar, 6x dias após e até check out NÂO FOI RESOLVIDO. Uma das Casas de banho á chegada sanita entupida, agua ate a borda ao puchar o autoclismo , tive de ser eu a resolver. Torradeira suja " Pão Agarrado as Laterias e grelha de aquecimento " Colchão da Cama de Casal já nao se encontra em condição " Corpo chega a ter contacto com as molas" Durante a noite encontramos baratas no wc, bem como nas gavetas dos talheres. Para entrega das chaves, o escritório encontrava.se encerrado, foi necessario troca de mensagens para solicionar a situação, mas gostaria de ter sido pessoalmente para lhe mostrar o interior do imovel e dar a conhecer a minha insatisfação.

Marlène (10/5): Un appartement idéal pour un excellent séjour en famille - Superbe appartement très vaste et bien situé, pouvant accueillir dans d’excellentes conditions une grande famille comme la nôtre. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Les terrasses , à l’ombre ou au soleil, sont très appréciables. Il manque la climatisation. Même fin octobre, nous avons souffert de la chaleur dans le séjour. Les ventilateurs ne sont pas suffisants dans les chambres.

Le cadre autour, le logement mais surtout Lola la gérante du logement qui fut d'une bienveillance incroyable à notre égard tout au long de notre séjour, d'un professionnalisme et d'une réactivité totale en nous proposant son aide à chaque instant quand nous en avions besoin ( dédicace à la traversée en bateau , encore une fois merci! :) ). C'est pour moi la personne incontournable du lieu et je profite de ce message pour encore une fois vous remercier Lola pour votre bienveillance au quotidien, nous reviendrons c'est certain ! Room was a good size with an amazing balcony view of the pool, beach and sea. It’s a hot humid country. Bedding was changed once in 2 weeks. There was no option to pay for more frequent changes. Once toilet paper ran out, we were expected to supply our own. No welcome pack in the room to explain how things worked or what to do with the key at the end of the stay. Each apartment on the complex is privately owned therefore. The complex has a shared pool which seems open to locals so at times hoardings of people would turn up by taxi and use the pool and sun beds. They never seemed to buy anything at the bar.

David (8/5): Good location with excellent cafe for breakfast next door. Good restaurants not far away. - Spacious property, great balcony two toilets, consistent hot water , WiFi, reasonably equipped kitchen, clean throughout. On site agent very helpfull. Shower a little tired but good hot water

Frederick (8/5): Very good - The location was very pleasant with lovely views of the sea and sunsets from our balcony. It was quite and relaxing which suited my wife and I. The bar by the pool was very convenient and reasonable prices. Matthew was very helpful with our needs and questions. He sorted out transfers too and from airport. He also gave us good advice regarding shops and restaurant. It was the windy season ( February) and cold at night so needed coats.
Darius (7/5): 1 bed self catering apartment Vila Cabral 2 - Location is brilliant. The pool and bar area are brilliant also. Matt was really helpful and was always on hand to provide any information needed. Was a great stay. Room had great WiFi too. Most communication is done through WhatsApp so make sure you have it installed. The facilities within the apartment weren't the best. This was a self catering holiday so it's important to have reasonable cooking facilities. Kettle was rusted inside so i didnt use it, and most us English love a cuppa tea in the morning. The kitchen utensils were also rusted like knives and forks, etc. There were quite a few ants on the counter top too. I was fortunate enough to eat out every day so wasn't a huge deal but if you want to cook meals, the facilities weren't ideal. There wasn't any AC either.
