• Mario (1/5): - Leider nichts. Die Bettwäsche hat gestunken & kaputt war sie auch. Die Gardinen lösen sich von der Wand, die Wand war teilweise bemalt, die Balkon Möbel alle kaputt. Kein Föhn, kein Bügel Eisen, wlan ging nicht. Am Ende hab ich meine Jacke dort sogar vergessen, der Vermieter will sich von der Verantwortung entziehen & weist auf die reinigungskraft, diese meldet sich nicht mehr. Ich traure dieser Jacke hinterher weil meiner verstorbenen Mutter mir geschenkt hat. Trotzdem wird diese Jacke nicht ausgehändigt obwohl mehrmals aufgefordert & auch den Versand übernehmen möchte. Ich werde nun Anzeige erstatten. Unmöglich

When I arrived, everything was dirty: the bed linens were stained, torn, and full of holes, and the towels had been left wet and smelly on the bed. The walls were dirty, there were cobwebs, and the bathroom light wasn’t working. Next to the washing machine, there was a lot of grime on the floor that clearly needed scrubbing. The host did not respond to my messages, and I only managed to get in touch the next day after filing a complaint with Booking. Someone eventually came the following day to change the beds and clean the place a bit, but the overall experience remained very unpleasant. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied, especially considering the amount of money I paid. I do not recommend this accommodation.

• Farbod R. (1/5): Katastrophal und absolut nicht empfehlenswert - Diese Unterkunft war eine absolute Katastrophe und gehört ehrlich gesagt nicht auf Booking.com. Wir haben alle schriftlichen Check-in-Anweisungen exakt befolgt, standen bei der angegebenen Schlüsselbox – und sie war schlichtweg LEER. Keine Schlüssel, kein Hinweis, keine Alternative. Schon das Finden der Box war schwierig, weil die Beschreibung unklar war. Und als wir sie endlich gefunden haben: komplett leer. Auch die anderen Boxen, auf die man uns später verwiesen hat, waren ebenfalls leer oder offen. Der Host war telefonisch überhaupt nicht erreichbar. Null. Kein einziges Mal wurde abgehoben – weder vor Ort noch danach. Wir mussten über Booking.com und WhatsApp schreiben, haben zig Nachrichten gesendet und lange gewartet, bis überhaupt jemand reagiert hat. Und selbst dann wurden wir nur hin und her geschickt, ohne Ergebnis. Nach fast einer Stunde in der klirrenden Kälte standen wir immer noch ohne Schlüssel da. Und dann – Funkstille. Keine Antwort mehr, keine Hilfe, nichts. Der Host hat sich einfach nicht mehr gemeldet, bis heute nicht. Wir konnten nicht einchecken, obwohl wir offiziell eingecheckt hatten und die Unterkunft bezahlt war. Wir mussten schließlich Booking.com anrufen, dort nochmal über 30 Minuten in der Warteschleife hängen, um die Stornierung durchzubringen und uns kurzfristig eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Unsere Zeit wurde komplett verschwendet, unser Plan über den Haufen geworfen, und wir waren in einer ohnehin stressigen Situation zusätzlich massiv unter Druck. Das Verhalten des Hosts ist respektlos, unprofessionell und absolut inakzeptabel. Dass selbst nach Kontaktaufnahme durch Booking niemand reagiert, zeigt, welches Niveau hier geboten wird. Wir haben bezahlt, aber durften nicht einmal das Apartment betreten, weil die Schlüssel einfach nicht vorhanden waren und sich niemand verantwortlich fühlte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut nicht empfehlen. So eine schlechte Erfahrung hatten wir noch nie.

We got soaked in the rain because the key box was in an incredibly awkward place in the open. We entered the house with a torture. Although we had stated that there would be five people staying, there were only three pillows and three duvets. The pillows were terrible. The heater in the second room wasn't working. The towels in the room were damp and smelled terrible. We texted the landlord to ask for new and clean towels, but he didn't respond. There was no pan to crack eggs, no coffee maker, no ventilation in the toilet, and the toilet smelled bad. It was a truly awful experience; we definitely don't recommend it. • Sarkadi (10/5): - Egy koncertre érkeztünk és egy éjszakára kerestünk szállást közel a helyszínhez. Minden rendben volt, a szállás még jobb is volt, mint amire számítottunk. Kényelmesen elfértünk, mindennel fel volt szerelve a lakás, amire szükségünk lehetett ennyi időre. A vendéglátónk nagyon segítőkész volt, előre elküldött minden információt és mindig gyorsan válaszolt az üzenetekre. Ha legközelebb lesz rá alkalmam, szívesen foglalok itt újra. Nem volt ilyen.
• Melina (5/5): - Wohnung war mit Ikea Möbeln schlicht und einfach ausgestattet. Betten bequem und gute Matratzen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche ok. Für 4 Leute völlig ausreichend. Fahrstuhl und Tiefgarage super Sauber. Im Bad war Wasserhahn Duschglaswand sehr lose,sowie Duschstange. Stuhlbeine locker.Licht im Bad ging nicht. TV keine Programme nur App mit Netflix anmelden. Wasserkocher, Toster und Pfanne fehlen. Töpfe abgebrannt und zerkratzt Backofen nicht benutzbar ..igitt. Wohnung 124 /4.OG Kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden...nur eine Stange an der Wand.
• Guest (3/5): Übernahme der Wohnung war problematisch, kein Ansprechpartner telefonisch erreichbar - Die uns übergebene Unterkunft war nicht die gebuchte Wohnung, da diese (angeblich?) vergessen wurde zu reinigen. Diese Ersatzwohnung war jedoch bis auf den fehlenden Parkplatz und das 2. Schlafzimmer gleichwertig. Statt der gemieteten Wohnung mit Parkgaragenparkplatz gab es nur eine Wohnung ohne Parkplatz. Somit musste das Auto ca. 5 km entfernt in einem für uns kostenpflichtigen Parkhaus abgestellt werden. Der Kontakt war mehr als schwierig und nur über WhatsApp möglich. Ein Ludwig aus Wien ist wohl nicht existent, statt dessen kamen übersetzte Nachrichten über Whatsapp an. Das übelste war dann die Antwort auf eine Frage von ca. 23.00 Uhr mitten in der Nacht um 03.00 Uhr! Die Auskünfte über die Nutzung der Parkplätze am Haus war dermassen falsch, dass sie zu einem Strafmandat führten. Bei der Rücksprache mit dem Ordnungsbeamten stellte sich heraus, dass die angeblich über den Vermieter beabsichtigte Anmeldung unseres Autos (kein Wiener Kennzeichen) über das Internet in Wien überhaupt nicht möglich ist!
• B (4/5): Jammer dat het appartement niet zo goed onderhouden was, daar het bezoeken van Wenen super leuk is - Je hebt een privé parkeerplek onder in de garage en er is een goede bus-tram verbinding naar binnenstad. Het appartement vertoonde meerdere gebreken: er zaten brandgaten in de zitbank, het nachtkastlampje was volledig defect, de wc-bril was kapot, een lade van de koelkast was beschadigd, het slaapkamerraam kon met de gordijnen niet volledig lichtvrij worden gemaakt, en de stoelen op het balkon verkeerden in zeer slechte staat. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de host problematisch. De host was telefonisch niet bereikbaar, ondanks meerdere pogingen. Er werd uiteindelijk via chat gecommuniceerd dat het niet mogelijk was om de host telefonisch te bereiken. Pas na veel e-mails werd aangegeven dat contact alleen via een specifieke link mogelijk was. Via die link moest een kopie van een paspoort of rijbewijs worden geüpload — iets wat wij bij honderden eerdere boekingen nog nooit hebben hoeven doen. Pas daarna volgden instructies met foto’s over waar de sleutels te vinden waren en waar het appartement zich bevond. Deze aanwijzingen waren echter onduidelijk, waardoor het lastig was om de sleutels te lokaliseren. We kregen sterk de indruk dat de communicatie niet door een persoon werd afgehandeld, maar door een geautomatiseerd systeem: we ontvingen steeds dezelfde standaardberichten terug.

• Guest (6/5): - hallo Ich war zufrieden und alles hat gestimmt bis auf das Badezimmer. Über der Badewanne waren die Schaniere von den Glasteilen sehr locker und man konnte nur sehr sehr schwer in die Badewanne zum Duschen einsteigen. Es war sehr sehr gefährlich , ich mit 62 Jahren schaffte es gerade so aber meine Frau mit Knieproblemen konnte sich nicht duschen. Duschstange war auch locker , waschtischarmatur locker , Glasteilverstrebung locker . Einfach sehr sehr gefährlich zu duschen und es wäre eine kleine Arbeit alles anzuschrauben.

• Jala (4/5): - The condition of the apartment was quite poor. There was no iron available, despite it being listed as a fully-equipped apartment. The freezer was completely filled with a block of ice, leaving no usable space for storing items. There were cockroaches present, and the bed was extremely noisy with every slight movement. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, which made the stay uncomfortable. Most importantly, the key box was placed in a very inconvenient and poorly lit location — if you arrive at night, it’s quite difficult to find it in the dark.

• Robert (4/5): Na jedną noc w ostateczności ok, inne opcje dla mnie odpadają - Do plusów mogę zaliczyć podziemny parking i przejście od razu z parkingu do windy. Może trochę lokalizacja, jest w centrum, ale dla mnie to nie miało znaczenia bo tylko nocowałem w czasie podróży. Czysta łazienka w porównaniu do pozostałej części mieszkania. Kontakt z wynajmującym i w miarę dobrą instrukcja odnalazienia mieszkania, skrytki z kluczem itd… Ogólnie może trochę brzydko to zabrzmi ale jest to taka typowa nora do przenocowania. Nie wyobrażam sobie dłuższego pobytu. Po wejściu do mieszkania ponad 40 stopni, wszystkie okna pozamykane, duszno, trochę śmierdziało grzybem… dotarliśmy o północy z zamiarem szybkiego pójścia spać a godzinę trzeba było wietrzyć żeby można było jakkolwiek spać. Samo mieszkanie w miarę posprzątane ale mocno podniszczone. Ściany brudne. Widoczne na ścianach zalania czymś, za szafką nocną tak jakby ktoś puścił pawia albo co wylał. Na kanapie plamy i zalania, strach usiąść. Winda obskurna, śmierdząca. Skrytka na klucze gdzieś za budynkiem w krzakach na płocie. Wokół budynku grupki ludzi którzy pili i coś palili… trochę nie pewnie zwłaszcza z dziećmi o północy… Niestety nie polecam bo za 140 euro można znaleść lepsze apartamenty na 1 noc.

Die Betreiber sollten die Wohnung von Zeit zu Zeit kontrollieren, z. B. das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks enteisen und vielleicht die Wände neu streichen. Außerdem wäre ein Schrank oder Regal im Schlafzimmer für die Wäsche gut.

The parking was very difficult mainly due to poor communication from the rental company. There were no instructions on how to enter the parking garage. You need to first get the key from the lock box and insert the key above the swipe pad to enter. When I asked about how to enter I reviewed the same information that was in the original ad. Seems AI generated- no help at all. The room was extremely hot (hotter than outside) when we arrived. And no way to cool it other than to open windows and it was hot outside. There was also nothing in the unit for your comfort, no salt, no soap. The location is in a zone with lots of tall apartment housing.

Bis wir den Schlüssel gefunden hatten, sind zwei Stunden nach unserer Ankunft vergangen. Es waren vorab keine Fotos, wie beschrieben, versendet worden. Erst auf Anfrage und langem Suchen. Vermieter telefonisch nicht, wie beschrieben erreichbar- nur per Chat. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Dreckiges Handtuch. Nicht genügend Gläser (Personenanzahl) und keine Töpfe für eine Familie (Vermieter wurde nach Abreise zur Optimierung hingewiesen). Ansonsten hat das Appartement seinen Sinn und Zweck erfüllt.

Wir haben zuerst eine andere Wohnung über diesen Vermieter gebucht.Leider wurde dann von der Fluggesellschaft der Flug geändert und wir hätten das Quartier einen Tag früher gebraucht. Vom Vermieter kam die Antwort, dass die Wohnung zwar frei wäre, aber wir trotzdem Stornogebühren von € 80,-zahlen müssten! Geld für so etwas zu verlangen, obwohl wir nichts dafür konnten, ist eine Frechheit. Extra Profit rausschlagen obwohl man keine Verluste gehabt hätte geht gar nicht. Noch dazu hat dieser Vermieter offensichtlich einige Wohnungen… Kundenorientierung ist das ja wohl nicht gerade!

• Stefanie (8/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich top, nicht ganz zentral (aber das weiß man bei der Buchung ja schon), aber dennoch wirklich gut. Obwohl an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße gelegen, war es ruhig. Nur wenige Meter entfernt sind 2 Straßenbahn bzw. Bushaltestellen (Geiereckstraße bzw. Geiselbergstraße). Auch nur wenige Meter entfernt gibt es einen Billa (Lebensmittelgeschäft), wo man alles bekommt. Im Innenhof der Wohnanlage gibt es sogar einen 24h-E-Kiosk. Direkt im Gebäude ist auch eine Apotheke. Bei einer der beiden Haltestellen (Geiselbergstraße) gibt es auch ein nettes traditionelles Wirtshaus (Simmeringer Biergartl) mit ausgesprochen moderaten Preisen. Das beim Preis des Appartements auch bereits ein fix zugewiesener Tiefgaragenparkplatz dabei ist, ist wirklich top. Die Küche war soweit gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe). Es war sogar Spülmittel, Spülschwamm und Küchenrolle vorhanden. Auch Tabs für den Geschirrspüler und Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. (Wir haben das alles schon anders erlebt.) Es waren wirklich nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die verbessert werden können. Außer einem Gemüsemesser war kein vernünftiges Messer zum Kochen vorhanden. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn auch Geschirrtücher da gewesen wären. Leider hat auch der Wasserkocher funktioniert. Die Filter-Kaffeemaschine wurde leider auch nicht pfleglich behandelt.

• Arkadiusz (9/5): - Wielkość mieszkania, cena, spokój -chodzi tu głównie o ciszę, brak uciążliwych odgłosów z zewnątrz.. Lokalizacja też na plus. Jedyną żeczą do której delikatnie by się można przyczepić to stan garnków, po mału cześć z nich można by wymienić. Myślę że właściciel wymiena te sprzęty a ja akurat trafiłem na końcówkę ich okresu używalności :) żPozatym Ok.
• Kristýna P. (8/5): Pohodlné ubytování v hezkém,čistém a prostorném bytě. Plně vybabens kuchyň (chyběla jen varná konvice, ale vodu lze ohřá - Prostorný byt s oddělenou ložnicí a velkým obývacím pokojem, vybavení koupelny i kuchyně. Byt byl lehce cítit vlhkostí

• Slobodan (4/5): It looks very nice in the pictures, but in real life it is the complete opposite. - When I entered the apartment, it had a strange smell that we barely aired out. There are cockroaches, there is no closet to store things, the bedclothes are torn... In the building, there are pictures of thieves on the bulletin board that are robbing people. The host is very rude and uncooperative.
