• Gerardo (9/5): Great location, would come back. - Great location, beautiful and equipped apartment! The FOB for the elevator didnt work, I had to ask in the front desk for access to our floor every time.

• Tracy (6/5): Great location, poor facilities and little attention to rectify problems - The property was in a great location for both downtown and the business district. On the surface the apartment was great but soon had a few issues which caused problems. The pool and spa area is lovely. We had 1 fob between 4 to operate the lift. This caused problems and inconvenience everyday as needed to return to reception and verify our identity to get a lift to either the apartment or the pool. We spent a considerable amount of time queuing. We arrived to a broken coffee table, curtains hanging off and no coffee pot ( which I thought was basic). Note! The valet parking is $50 per day and not the advertised $34.

• Alexis (6/5): All in all beautiful property and view but the check in process and parking are the major downsides - The property is gorgeous - the most amazing views and so very cleanly The parking is horrible and not convenient, the check in process was a NIGHTMAREEEEEE / never dealt with anything like that ever, also one of the showers never produced hot water.

• Ammymari (9/5): Lovely stay in a nice apartment with many ammenities - Easy to coordinate getting inside and registering. You meet with a man named Sofia and he helps you check in. Easy to get to. Central location in Brickell. Cozy bed. Nice Nespresso coffee maker. A chair in the master bath. Good closet. My own parking option across the street with in and out. You simply pay the guy that runs the place and he rents you a parking card for $40 per day or if you like you can do the daily valet inside the property for $50 overall the man who owns the space is very nice and answered all my questions very easily. It was a smooth stay. The construction across the street that was completely blocking the West views and they made noise during the day but it is a very big construction project that is in front of you when you sit on the balcony. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Brickell is growing and there is lots of construction mostly everywhere you go by the bridge.

• Bartłomiej (1/5): An absolute nightmare—broken amenities, poor service, and a rundown, cheap atmosphere made this the worst stay imaginabl - Nothing Absolutely terrible experience. No water for 3 hours and no A/C for 12, making the stay unbearable. Furniture was falling apart with cracked surfaces and wobbly chairs. Only one elevator token provided, and the staff at check-in only spoke Spanish, causing communication issues. The pool was closed, and getting to the gym felt like entering a prison—through the basement and a delivery area for photos. Half the elevators didn’t even work with the fob. The corridors were tacky, with cheap $1 tiles, yellow paint, and the lowest-quality carpets. On top of that, valet parking was mandatory, with no in-and-out access. A complete disaster, not worth a cent.

• Bo (7/5): Brilliant location with great amenities but apartment needs updating - Location was great as close to lots of restaurants and bars. Facilities on the resort were very good. We especially enjoyed the free classes and the large swimming pool. The restaurant served good food and were very friendly. We enjoyed our beds which were very comfy and the apartment was a great size. We didn't like the attitude from the host There was only one shower working and we had to wait several minutes for hot water to run. The batteries stopped working on the door so we could't get in. The curtains could not be pulled aside. The coffee machine didn't work. The fobs kept having to be reprogrammed in the basement. I had to do this 3 times in one week,. The quality and feel of the apartment was not good. It needed updating in several places.

• Ebony (6/5): Aesthetically pleasing apartment, broken toilet and very low water pressure. And a host that is a liar. - This apartment looks beautiful. The decor is very nice and the unit was clean. This apartment has 2 issues. One is the water pressure is very low/weak but I tolerated it. The other MAJOR one is one of the toilets within the apartment/unit is broken. The entire toilet seat comes off but that doesn’t compare to the toilet not flushing. The toilet takes at least 10-15 flushes and 15 minutes to remove waste. When you push the button to flush it, barely anything happens. So you have to stand there and repetitively push the button at least 15 times. You have to push then allow the water to build up, then wait for little to nothing to go down the toilet, the repeat. Extremely nerve wracking and unsanitary. Definitely didn’t plan on dealing with this on vacation. I reached out to the host immediately to make them aware and to get a resolution, they told me that they purchased a new toilet but they have to get it installed but they didn’t want to bother me. Their response led me to believe that they were aware of this issue before my booking, which is completely unacceptable because they should have removed the listing until everything was properly working and fully functioning. However I told them they could send someone to fix the issue because I needed a toilet that flushed properly, no one ever showed up and communication stopped. I reported this issue to booking.com, who then reached out to the host. The host LIED to booking.com telling them that they would not compensate me because I refused their “accommodation”, which was to send someone out. Thankfully booking.com was able to see the messages between the host and myself, which I clearly stated for them to Send someone to fix the toilet. I hate to be lied on.
