• Stanislav (9/5): - Excellent location right in the center of Sofia. The apartment is fully equipped and very comfortable. Just note that it’s on the third floor, which might be a bit challenging for older guests.
• Veronica (9/5): Apartamento acogedor en el centro - La ubicación sin lugar a dudas, es perfecto. El anfitrión estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros y atendió nuestras necesidades. Es un tercero sin ascensor, pero eso no fue realmente un problema. Luego la limpieza se podia mejorar, tenia telas de araña

• Keri (8/5): Добро място за отдих и разходка в центъра на София след дълъг полет. - Мястото е тихо въпреки, че е в центъра на София. Старинна сграда с лесен достъп до множество магазини, ресоранти, кефенета, банки, закусвални. Чист и модерно обзаведен апартамент. В една от баните водата се изтича в посока на вратата, което създава дискомфорт.

• Julie (5/5): Cheap but beware! - Location was great. Walking distance to most places, if not the tram and train stations were close by. Whilst the property provided us with things we needed, the place REALLY needed a deep clean. There was mould in the showers, dust on a lot of surfaces, no batteries in the TV remote, the fridge smelled gross and also really needed a deep clean, the kitchen sponges were absolutely disgusting, there was chewing gum stuck to one of the wine glasses, AND to top it off… a few of the floor boards were barely being held together and would be questionable if they would pass safety codes (in Australia, at least!).
• Loh (8/5): Quite decent. - The location is quite strategic. It's clean and spacious. The cooking space is good. There are two toilets and two bathrooms. There are two rooms with double beds and a living room with three sofa beds. The proprietor is very responsive. The heater (A/C) in the living room is not hot enough (especially during winter)

• Ralitsa (10/5): A lovely property on a quiet street in the heart of Sofia - Great location, very clean and well kept property minutes away from main Sofia landmarks. The two bathrooms are a great feature. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice espresso machine. The property is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator so it may be challenging for people with large luggage/limited mobility.

• Cotaie (1/5): Bad - We have stayed one night at this property and they had bed bugs that bit me and I developed an allergic reaction. I went to the emergency and the doctors told me that it was the toxic substance from the bed bugs. I have made pictures to prove it and I have send it to the owner but I am writing this message in order for other clients to ckeck the beds if they want to sleep there. Be careful if you decide to stay there, even for one night!

The owner was very attentive The house is heated with air conditioning. On the northern front. And the house was very cold. Unfortunately, I didn't warm up. Be careful when traveling in winter

• Roberts (8/5): Good overall - The location. One room very small with unpractical shower. No closet in small room.Bad lighting in other bathroom, no trash basket in bathrooms.No kettle in kitchen. Too hard to open the kitchen cupboards.Seat in individual bathroom damaged. Efforts had been made to renovate and furnish tastefully but many impracticalities.
