Vasútállomás, buszmegállók 4-5 perc sétára. Bolt 3 percre. A szállás alatt közvetlenül egy hangulatos söröző üzemel. Ez valakinek lehet kellemetlen az esetleges éjszakai zaj miatt, de minket kicsit sem zavart. 6 felnőtt vendégnek is kényelmes volt.

• Anastasiia (9/5): - This apartment is located very close to the Vatican, and overall the location is very convenient. The street is quiet, and there are no negative aspects regarding the area. The hosts are also very friendly and accommodating — we had a very early arrival at 5 a.m., and they allowed us to check in. It’s also very convenient that there is a large supermarket just a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Another big plus is that the apartment has two bathrooms, which was especially convenient since we were traveling with two children. Overall, we are satisfied with the apartment and would definitely recommend it.

• jean (8/5): Appartement très correct - emplacement à 7 min de la Place St Pierre (compter à pied: 20 min du métro Ottaviano et 30 min du centre ville); les 2 chambres sont spacieuses, les 2 salles d'eau également, les matelas corrects, l'espace cuisine est bien (on peut manger à 5; ustensiles et vaisselles suffisantes), savon fourni, remise des clés en propre, propriétaire sympathique (facile de communiquer) Côté literie: matelas correct, nous aurions préféré des couettes aux dessus de lit/ plaids fournis pour la literie. Un peu de bruit dans la chambre avec le lit superposé (restaurant en dessous) mais ça reste correct. Pas de coin salon

• Jon (8/5): Great place, great people to deal - Location was perfect, close to supermarket and train station. Great communication from owner re accessing property and keys. Two bedrooms with two barrooms perfect for us as 2 couples travelling together. One bathroom light on bench space. No toaster (but I believe owner will get one for the apartment making toast for breakfast far easier). Air conditioning a huge plus. As was location. Lovely people to deal with. Toaster - but as said owner I believe will install one. Bed a little hard - but manageable. All in all really good - this is being picky.
• Pavol (10/5): - Poloha apartmánu je skvelá. Je to o ideálne ubytovanie pre pútnikov 2025, na trase medzi vlakovou zastávkou Stazione St. Pietro a vstupom do Vatikánu (5 min). Vhodné aj pre väčšiu rodinu ako sme my (2 dospelí a 5 detí), alebo dve menšie rodiny. Dve spálne - každá so samostatnou kúpeľňou - majú kapacitu pre tri, resp. štyri osoby. Bezproblémová komunikácia, domáci sú ochotní a prívetiví. Naša skúsenosť je výborná, odporúčame.

• Lucas (5/5): Location is good but a few key disappointing issues - You can easily run out of hot water for showers if you’re more than 4 people. Electricity keeps shutting off if you’re using the stove. Bunk bed is extremely noisy during the night when moving the slightest.

• Simona (7/5): Good - Great location, Vatican is just around the corner. A lot of great restaurants and caffe's, there is restaurant under the apartment. Food shop around the corner as well. Great conditioniers. Little kitchen, no sitting room. Check in was only available after 1pm and we had to check out at 10 am.
• Fan (10/5): wonderful stay and nearby Vatican City with walking distance - The location was perfect for us, we can just walk to the attractions, like Vatican City, Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi & Trevi Fountain. We took Uber to Colosseum, and the fare was OK. There are so many good restaurants and cafes at the area, so breakfast & dinner were not an issue. The host was very nice and connected me at WhatsApp, which is best way for us to communicate regarding check-in schedule and the transportation etc. The rooms were very nice & clean, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms just perfectly met our requirement for 2 couples to travel together.

• Jennica (10/5): Great place when visiting the Vatican!! - Clean and spacious plus packed with kitchen/cooking equipment. You can tell that the place is well maintained. The best part, it’s inly a 5min walk to St Peter’s Basilica!! Great location and there’s a small supermarket 2mins away, very convenient. Maria Chiarra was helpful and understanding too. Nothing really. The place isn’t all modern but it’s a nice vibe and as I said, really clean so I have no complains.

• Sandra (1/5): Not worth the money. Loud bar directly below apartment. Rundown and dirty. - The location was excellent. The property description implied there was a living room. There was a small uncomfortable sofa in the kitchenette only. Showers didn’t work properly The bathrooms were dirty. No extra batteries for the remote. TVs only in Italian. Apartment appeared rundown. There was loud noise from the bar below until after 2am every night!

• Nabeel (6/5): Good stay - Both rooms had air conditioners. Kids liked the bunk bed though it did not feel that sturdy. Both rooms were a good size and having 2 bathrooms was convenient Location is good if you're going to vatican (note the apartment is walking distance to st Peter's basilica however you need to walk all around to get to the entrance for vatican museums) Close to taxi stand. Close to cafe, convenience store and restaurants though food was just average. Host was good and friendly. We waited about 20 min after arrival for his daughter who was stuck in traffic. Noisy bar downstairs. Could also hear traffic through the windows. Our first night here, we kept windows open as weather was pleasant. But the noise kept us up. Second night we turned AC on and it was much improved. Shower area is very tiny. It was very hard to give my toddler a shower. Kitchen is also very small. For my family of 7, it was tight spaced. Dishes were not clean. We washed before use. Would be good to put a basket near sink to put dishes after washing. Location is not great for getting to the centre. I would prefer staying in a more central location next time to be able to walk to most places.

Domus Petri was able to cater for our needs and sleeping - Prime location and also close to public transport to enable easy access to other parts of Rome. The host was extremely responsive and was able to assist us with all our needs.

• Renata (7/5): I'm still looking for the perfect place to stay in Rome. - very good location, the apartment was quite good, but I wouldn't say it was great. Two bathrooms are a huge plus. The air conditioning worked. This apartment is hard to find. Two beds are a bunk bed. This is not comfortable for adults. Parking very expensive, 35 euros per day.
• Wendy (9/5): Great location and friendly host - The apartment had everything we needed, even a lift for our heavy luggage. It was an easy walk to the Vatican city as well. The first floor apartment is right above the main door, which other tenants let slam going in and out, not letting us sleep in.

The location was very good both in terms of proximity to landmarks but also restaurants and supermarkets. The beds were all a good size and the utilities all worked without any issues. The kitchen was a little small and missing a few utilities. The apartment was also slightly cramped with five people but not problematically so.

• Irene (8/5): Overall, the property is great and we enjoyed staying there. We would absolutely stay there again. - The host was super friendly and met us at the property. He also accommodated us by letting us check in early, told us how to use public transportation in the area and where the closest supermarket was. The best part for us was that the apartment was 2 bedroom and it worked very well for our family. Plus wi-fi was included at no additional cost. The apartment is very close (around the corner) to a gluten-free bakery that had the best croissants ever! While the location and the apartment was great, it is very close to a bar and if the windows are open, you can smell the cigarette smoke.
• Valeriy (10/5): Outstanding Stay at Domus Petri in Rome - My stay at Domus Petri, a homestay in Rome just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, was exceptional. The owner was incredibly accommodating, and both his daughter and son went above and beyond to assist us. They graciously allowed us to check out late and were understanding when we had to check in and out outside of regular hours. The apartment's location is convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby and the metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The wifi worked well, and the elevator was in good working order. I highly recommend this homestay and would give it 10 stars if I could. The hot shower could be better during the cold season.
• Zuzana (10/5): Exceptional - The owner was very helpful, responding very quickly. The appartement has all necessary equipment and things you need for a stay: toilet paper, shower gel, diswashing soap, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil. This small things make it very comfortable for travellers. Two bathrooms are a great bonus.
• Kedelashvili (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, next to the Vatican city, so it's very easy to get to the city destinations. The apartment itself is very spacious, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and kitchen with every facility one may need. There is a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and all facilities for cooking. The host is very attentive and kind. Highly recommended for the family or friends groups.

The distribution of the house was fantastic for us, we were 2 families, and each one had its own big cozy room and a toilet. The owners were very responsive and kind. I would change the windows to get more isolation from outside, as it could be noisy some times.

• Anna (9/5): A gem of an apartment for larger families looking for a place to sleep while exploring Rome. - Everything was as advertised, and more! Big, airy bedrooms with AC and separate bathrooms for the two bedrooms makes this an excellent option for extended famillies or a couple of small families travelling together. The common area/kitchen is not very big, but it is functional, and with central Rome just outside, what more is needed? Location could hardly be more perfect. Around the corner from St. Peter's Square, several great dining options, as well as supermarket, bakery, train station and bus stops. The downstairs bar was surprisingly quiet - and worth a visit for a late evening drink and snack :) Owners were very friendly and stayed in touch with good communication regarding arrival time, keys, etc.
• Lala (8/5): Very good - We really enjoyed the location of the apartment, more specifically how peaceful and silent it was. Easy access to the city as well as the Vatican City. Great infrastructure coverage, including a variety of stores and restaurants around the place. In addition, a very warm and friendly welcome from the owners. No hot water. Quite a small apartment for a large family. The AC was working weakly.

The property is a - Perfect location, convenience (one of the family members in wheelchair), communication with owner, great a/c, clean, very good deal (price), allowed our full family of 7 to stay in the property.
• Leonard (8/5): Big enough place close to Vatican city, buses and the train station, lots of shops and restaurants - The keys were dropped off slightly after the check in window, but everything was explained to us and worked out alright The wifi wasn't that strong especially when we all connected to it.
• Donna (7/5): Wonderful location for a family to stay. - The property was close to the Vatican and multiple places to eat or shop for necessities The water heater malfunctioned while we were there, but it was fixed promptly.
• Giorgos (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very comfortable for a group of 5 friends. Having two bathrooms was especially useful. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It is near the Vatican, with some small shops and restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe as well. It is a longer walking distance 20-30min to some of the main sightseeing locations. We had to check out by 9:30am, which we felt was quite early considering our check-in was at 2pm. The location is worth considering depending on your needs.
• Tam&steve (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Great location close to the Vatican. 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms. Kitchen is a bit small for 7 people but since we only had a quick breakfast it was ok
• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is so much nicer than the photos. Suitable for us as we were two families with three children total. Two comfortable rooms with private bathroom. Very clean and cosy with everything we needed. Equipped bathroom and kitchenette for every meal of the day. As for the location, 2 minutes away from local busses and 5 minutes from Vatican. We had wonderful vacation. 5 stars for your hospitality! Thank you!
