• Kenneth (10/5): Amazing location, staff, and spacious. - Modern Hospitality Exclusive Stay was perfect! Convenient location to central city so you can walk anywhere. The staff was amazing (Manuela & Angela), friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. They checked in often to ensure everything was okay, if we needed anything, and were able to offer suggestions on what to see. The driver they arranged (Davide) was top notch and very helpful, even assisting us all the way through the airport. HIGHLY recommended! We did not find anything negative to note. The apartment was clean, spacious and perfect for our group of 6.

Tutto perfetto: camere spaziose, ambiente pulitissimo e arredamento nuovo e curato. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale alla host, davvero gentilissima, disponibile e accogliente. Consigliatissimo!
• romain (5/5): - Pas d'information sur l'étage (2ème) difficile pour des personnes âgées chargées de valises : sans ascenseur. manque de matériel annoncé dans l'annonce (ex : bain à remous etc) et 3 chambres correctes mais la quatrième très petite, style grenier avec un canapé et non un lit. Il ne s'agit pas de 4 chambres de luxe mais de 3 chambres correctes.

Kaunis. siisti ja mukavat sängyt. Keittiössä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Manuela oli hyvin ystävällinen ja kommunikointi oli helppoa. Parin askeleen päästä ulko-ovelta löytyy ruoka-, vihannes- ja lihakauppa sekä kahvila. Aamupalalle mukava hakea tuoreet leivät ja vihannekset. Mukava seurata vilkasta espanjalaiskorttelin elämää parvekkeilta. Sijaitsee 2 min päässä isosta ostoskadusta. Parin minuutin matka ravintoloihin. Suosittelen käymistä Vomeron kaupunginosassa funicolaari Di Chialla joka lähtee ihan läheltä. Rantabulevardi Via Partenopelta on upeat näkymät ja siellä on monia on ravintoloita.
• Jill (10/5): Manuela was an angel opening up her gorgeous home and sharing all the hidden jewels of the Spanish Quarter. - We loved the location, the inside was gorgeous. The rooms were large and so comfortable. There were 7 of us and we had ample space and never felt crowded. It couldn’t have been nicer. Our stay there was too short.

• Angela (8/5): A characterful and comfortable apartment in the centre of Naples. We would recommend it! - Lovely characterful old apartment right in the centre of the lively heart of Naples. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants nearby, and the Metro. Our hosts Manuela and Angela were very helpful and friendly, thank you! We liked it all!

A real angel like her name🧡 I adviced Angela to add a mop for the kitchen cleaning

• Claire (10/5): Wonderful Apartment in Naples - Apartment was spotlessly clean and facilities were great. I loved that Manuela meet us personally at the apartment and made us coffee, she was delightful and very helpful, offering her advice on things to do and places to eat. The beds were all very comfortable and we loved that there was air conditioning in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was a great size and had everything(and more) that you need to prepare food. Manuela kindly left a bowl of fruitand water and juice in the fridge which was fantastic after a long journey. The rooms were huge and balconies a beautiful feature. Laundry facilities were good. If you don't like living in a busy, vibrant and noisy area, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and bars, or don't want to be awakened in the morning by the fruit stall or pastry shop opening up across the narrow steet then this is not the place for you.

Also- the rooms were so big, high ceilings, everything was decorated beautifully, we felt like we are staying in an Italian palace. Location was brilliant, right on top of Toledo street. Great for shopping. The WiFi wasn't covering properly all the apartments areas. Besides that everything was beyond expectations!!!

We were welcomed with a very tasty bottle of Prosecco and fresh fruits and other drinks. Thoughtful and caring is how I would describe the owner. Loved. When on Naples, surely will go back.
