James (1/5): Dated, unclean and disappointing! - The minute we left the building Where to begin.... When we arrived the main bedroom light and fan was not working. We did not arrive with batteries to change in the remote. The second bedroom had a broken blind so we were unable to close that and use that room. Furniture was dated and smelt musty. The large cupboard was filthy. Windows were filthy The swimming pool was dirty There were cockroaches present. No beds made and no wifi ( however, this was stated on the website. Very unusual to make your own beds!) We called the number provided for Local Agent and it provided emergency callout numbers. We did not deem this an emergency. However they were closed until the monday. We left after one night! We took photos! We had a few conversations with the Agent and eventually were refunded half of the week. It was all stressful and I would not recommend.

Hickman (1/5): As above - We didn't get into the unit because it took us a while to find where it was we stopped and asked three different set's unit's the last person told us we had to go up a steep drive way which for old people would be very difficult and the flights of stairs .We did it in the end we still did not find the keys we spoke to a couple in one unite told us to go back see if we can see sub way' turn in there we couldn't see a sub way so we gave up went home very disappointing i wouldn't recommend the unit to any body you need to make it easy some one should be able to get the key to people .We are pensioner's very disappointed to loose 854.00. I have already said as above.

Louise (8/5): Fabulous location and facilities - The location, views from the balcony and roof terrace over to the sea and beach or to the Glasshouse Mountains, laundry facilities, insect screens, large opening windows and doors. When the wind was strong one of the lounge windows rattled. It was a bit dusty under the beds. We hadn’t realised how many stairs to the apartment.
Alison (9/5): I would book again : ) - Superbly spacious. There is a lot to like about this apartment. Great views and access to many beaches. Lots of fun restaurants within walking distance. Lock up private parking. To be aware of : no air conditioning or internet but they also don’t say they do.
