• Thais Caroline (10/5): Un sitio muy agradable - La ubicación con el metro se llega muy bien, todos los días hay limpieza de baños y todo. He reservado y en menos de 30min me han contestado, tenía que entrar a las 11 pero me han dejado guardar las maletas en un armario en la cocina. La habitación con sábanas, edredones y toallas. Estuvimos muy a gusto y repetiríamos sin problemas.
• Lucas (9/5): fais l'affaire - Quartier de Leyton très animé avec de nombreux commerces a proximité Assez éloigné du centre ville mais le métro est a 2 pas et il y a beaucoup de bus a proximité Serviette, Gel douche et shampoing fournis Pas de clé tout se fait par code directement sur les poignées Ce n'était pas l'endroit le plus propre que j'ai vu de ma vie mais ca restait correct, moi qui ne suit pas très pointilleux ca ne m'a pas dérangé plus que ca. Un extérieur est présent mais totalement laissé à l'abandon c'est dommage il y aurait vraiment moyen d'aménager ca et dans faire une belle terrasse

• Marie (5/5): Cheap and simple accommodation. No frills but beds were comfy. Noisy fridge in room ans no views at all Very basic de - Closeness to my son and the house was warm The decor and flooring are in bad need of repair and the pics are misleading.

• Miroslava (8/5): Z 90% jsem spokojena, majitel byt ochotný a milý. - Ubytování bylo blízko centra, skvělá lokalita, za rohem plno večerek a restaurací co se týče pokoje- postel byla pohodlná, čisto a lednice se taky hodila. Celou noc- celý den tam bušilo topení, dalo se na to zvyknout ale bylo to dost otravné, jedna věc je to že v pokoji byla lednice ale druhá věc je to že lednice vám bude hučet kdykoliv nemá správou teplotu takže lednice+topení super kombo.

• Katarina (2/5): - I am giving a negative review for this accommodation because I think no person should stay here and I wish I didn't. First it looks nothing like photos it was presented, its just a very small room, second the walls are moldy, room smells like mold, the cleanliness in the room was okay, the bathroom was good, but the worst part is many cockroaches we saw in the room each day, they were climbing the elements in the room and we also saw them in the kitchen, bathroom. We went 3 days without warm water and heating. In my opinion those are things that should be taken care of urgently, when you have 5+ rooms. The response of the owners was poor and generic in my opinion, but its obvious that entire place is not taken care of and just because it's on the ''cheaper'' end of type of flats doesn't mean basic needs should be dismissed. I don't know if other guests had these complains especially about water and heating but in my opinion no one should stay quiet to these things.

• Marcia (7/5): Good value for money - - Nice clean and spacious room - perfect for an overnight stay - Near to underground station, bus stops and shops. - Good value for money - Quick response from landlord for assistance to enter property - Would stay again - No TV - No heating - radiator in room but not switched on. - No lighting on front door porch so could not see entrance key pad in the dark. I had to use my phone light to help me to see. As an elderly person with limited vision this was a little unnerving.

• Naveed (8/5): Recommended - Location was ideal for me to access the work space. No staff was in BUT got a quick response on What's app. Property isn't modern BUT having all the fasciitis I needed for my stay. Over all property was neat and clean (Kitchen, bath/ shower etc). Close to the Public transport, Cafe and food shops round the corner. Local town 10 minutes walk. Recommended and will stay in future.

• Leah (1/5): - The location.. it was close to the train station... that's about it. From the beginning, the property had many bugs, spiders, and cockroaches. Other guests were extremely loud, disrespectful, and smoked cigarettes inside the shared house. At one point, they were singing in the kitchen around 10:00 p.m., making it impossible to rest. The bathroom situation was unacceptable. There was only one bathroom to be shared among 5 rooms, housing 7–10 people. The shower was poorly installed—the door did not close properly, the drain did not work, and water frequently overflowed. This caused serious leakage through the ceiling into the dining area below. When I reported this issue to the management, their “solution” was simply to place a bucket under the leak, ignoring the safety risks.

• Ioan (1/5): Horror - The room I didn't like anything because it was noise. I paid 120 pounds and slept only a few hours. In the kitchen, if someone takes a shower, water flows from the ceiling. Rooms 4 and 2 talked loudly all night, in the hallway everywhere. I've been to this location before but it wasn't as bad as it is now.
