• ESTHER (3/5): - La ubicación es bastante buena, al lado de candem Llegamos de madrugada, el sistema de códigos que proporcionan no funcionaba y no había ningún teléfono al que llamar ni ningún contacto de emergencia. Si no llega a ser por un repartidor de delivery que llegó cuando nosotros llevábamos una hora en la calle con dos niños tratando de abrir la puerta principal, hubiéramos tenido que buscar otro alojamiento a altas horas de la noche. Por otro lado, el piso no estaba muy limpio, uno de los lavabos estaba atascado y la bañera es demasiado alta

• Bettina (2/5): Ich rate ab! - Die Lage ist toll, aber das hat ja mit der Wohnung am wenigsten zu tun Die Wohnung ist sehr dreckig. Nicht einmal die Betten waren frisch bezogen. Kühlschrank verrostet, Gefrierfach total vereist, Küchenschrank klebrig. In der ganzen Wohnung riecht es sehr unangenehm. Wir haben uns dort kein Essen zubereitet. Vieles ist kaputt, Türklinke, Glasscheiben in den Türen, eine Vorhangsstange wurde mit Hilfe eines Kleiderbügels repariert und ist prompt heruntergefallen. Das Zimmer konnte also nicht mehr verdunkelt werden. Wir haben die ersten drei Stunden unseres Aufenthalts damit verbracht, den Host davon zu überzeugen, dass die Bettwäsche wirklich dreckig ist und benutzt riecht. Immerhin kam dann noch eine schlecht gelaunte Person zum Wechseln.(und weil das wenigstens erfolgt ist, gebe ich 2 Sterne) Der Host hat mir bezüglich der schmutzigen Betten vorgeworfen, dass ich nur auf der Suche nach Fehlern sei. Das ist erstens überhaupt nich meine Art und zweitens muss man bei einer derartigen Anzahl an Mängeln wirklich nicht suchen :(

• Nadja (1/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Schnelle Verbindung zu Bus und Bahn Die Unterkunft ist sehr dreckig. Von fehlenden Türklinken , rostigen verstopften Siphons, verkalkten Duschköpfen das kein Wasser mehr raus läuft, vom schimmeligen Bad , überall Spinnenweben bis hin zu nicht funktionierenden Herdplatten , fehlenden Badezimmerscheiben in Türen , rostiger dreckiger Kühlschrank, Schimmel in den Küchenschränken, war alles dabei. Eine Zumutung für Gäste. Weder diesbezüglich eine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter oder Booking erhalten. Das war das Geld nicht wert . Ekelhaft.
• Virginia (8/5): - Se está muy agusto en la casa, yo creo que la calefacción está todo el día. Para cinco personas hemos estado bien, para más quizás se queda pequeño. Son dos habitaciones, una de ellas con dos camas dobles y otra habitación doble. El salón tiene sofá cama pero no lo hemos utilizado. Solo tiene un wáter y una ducha, pero está bien porque lo tiene en dos aseos separados, así mientras alguien usa el WC, otro se ducha, al menos. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. El barrio residencial, cogíamos el bus a la puerta de casa. Repetiría la estancia. Para mí no ha sido un problema, pero en la habitación con una cama doble, en un armario está la caldera. Suena todo el día, no es un ruido potente, pero suena..a mí pareja que le molestan los ruidos no le ha molestado, ni a mí tampoco, pero bueno para tenerlo en cuenta.
• Massimo (8/5): Qualità prezzo buono , posizione Ottima. - Molto comoda con la Metro e al centro del quartiere di Camden Town , pur essendo in una strada abbastanza tranquilla. La struttura era complessivamente accogliente, da migliorare la pulizia e qualche intervento su dei suppellettili, certo penso che per lo standard Inglese non era sicuramente male !

• Gabriele (6/5): Appartamento spazioso, ben riscaldato e in zona servitissima. Da migliorare la pulizia - Posizione: Zona meravigliosa, ricca di servizi: Treno, bus e metro; Market, farmacie e tabaccai; Pub e fast food; Mercato con negozietti a buon prezzo per i souvenir. Il tutto a pochi minuti di passeggiata dall'alloggio. Check in e comunicazione con Host: Check in super semplice e comodo. Host reattivo nelle risposte. Presente ascensore nel palazzo e all'ingresso comodissimo attaccapanni e postazione scarpe. Appartamento: Ampio e ben riscaldato (viaggio di famiglia nel mese di Novembre), Composto da una sala open space con angolo cottura e divano con penisola. Ci sono due camere da letto: una con un letto matrimoniale alla francese e l'altra con due letti matrimoniali alla francese, entrambe le stanze dotate di appendiabiti molto comodo. Il bagno è diviso in due stanze, in una c'è il WC con un micro lavandino e nell'altra c'è il lavabo con la vasca, perciò cari amici italiani nessun Bidet, sarete costretti a farvi la doccia nella vasca facendo attenzione a non scivolare nello scalino al suo ingresso. Pessima la pulizia: polvere, capelli e peli di ospiti precedenti trovati nel bagno dentro la vasca, sul lavandino e nei sanitari oltre a ragnatele nel lampadario della cucina. L'appartamento ha un grande potenziale ma probabilmente proprio perché utilizzato come alloggio vacanze è molto trascurato: maniglie delle porte piegate verso il basso o mancanti, porta del bagno rattoppata con del cartone dove c'è la mancanza di un vetro, spifferi derivanti dai lucernari del bagno, bastone porta tende rotto e non montato lasciato a terra in una delle due camere da letto, cucina datata con qualche anta sbilenca, ceramica dei lavabi crepata. Pericoloso l'ingresso nella vasca sia per lo scalino, sia per l'altezza da scavalcare con la gamba per entrarci che ne rende difficile l'accesso a bambini, anziani, persone di bassa statura o con difficoltà di movimento.

• Oliver (9/5): Bestes Appartement, das wir je in London hatten. - Wahnsinnslage, tolle Gegend mit vielen Kneipen und dem Camden Market in Laufnähe. Superanbindung in die City per Bus, zur Tube muss man nur 10 Minuten laufen. Großzügiges helles Appartment mit sehr ordentlicher Ausstattung. Die Straße ist etwas laut, aber die Fenster schließen sehr gut.

• Esther (5/5): Leider konnten wir uns aufgrund der extremen mangelnden Sauberkeit nicht wohlfühlen!! Die Lage war in Ordnung, der Bus u - Dass der Host wirklich immer sofort erreichbar ist und auch Lösungsorientiert und zuvorkommend ist. Das muss man echt hervorheben, da das nicht selbstverständlich ist! Die Wohnung war absolut NICHT sauber, die Küchenkäste von außen dreckig, das Geschirr dreckig, die Geräte nicht sauber, das Badezimmer hat kaum Ausstattung, man kann nicht mal was ablegen, der Boden war staubig und nicht gut gereinigt, ich bin mir nicht mal sicher ob die Bettwäsche gewaschen war. :(
• Victor (8/5): Great for visiting Camden and London. - The location was wonderful. Very near a bus stop (1 min), near a train station (7 min) and the underground (10 min). There is a big Sainsbury's supermarket on walking distance (8 min) and a Tesco Minimarket very nearby (>5) . The appartment is a 10 min walk away from the camden main street and the markets. Via the Tube or busses you are in the city centre in a matter of minutes. The building has an elevator and there is airconditioning in the living room. This is great during hot summer days and nights. The bathroom and toilet are a bit dated.

• Grace (10/5): Super comfortable and well equipped for family with small kids. - Well equipped and clean. Location is just a 10 minute walk to camden town station and camden market. Thr’s a large sainsbury nearby as well. Overall apartment is very comfortable and spacious for our family of five. There are some minor things to be fixed but those did not affect our stay e.g some of the kitchen stovetop area lights. Only thing is that it was a bit hard to adjust temp for kids using the shower head

• Karen (9/5): Fantastic bright and airy flat in the perfect location, - We wanted to introduce our son to Camden and thought about booking a hotel but stumbled upon this flat and so glad we did. Two large double bedrooms and a balcony within walking distance to Camden Market and the train and tube station for a similar price to a hotel room! The flat is on the third floor but has a lift so no issue. It’s clean and bright with comfy beds and the balcony is an afternoon sun trap! And great sunsets. We actually walked along the canal from Kings Cross station straight there and walked to the market and shops within minutes. There’s a Sainsbury’s just down the road for supplies. The only reason I marked it down was that there was no microwave and the paintwork was a bit shoddy in places but don’t let that put you off. We will definitely use it again in the future.

• Svetl (10/5): Exceptional - The location and neighborhood were perfect. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. Communication with the owner was extremely fast and responsive.

Right next to bus stop with direct link into city centre, and very short walk to Camden markets and underground. Nothing really to dislike. Bit pricey for just 2 people but if 4 people it is very good value.
