Mariano (7/5): Aceitavel! - Da estrutura do condomínio, do espaço do apartamento e da área externa do imóvel; do espaço de lazer externo, que inclui um salão de festas e uma piscina; do serviço de portaria do condomínio; e do atendimento durante a estadia, em razão de alguns imprevistos observados assim que chegamos ao local. A parte inferior da geladeira não estava funcionando, e o problema foi corrigido três dias após eu entrar em contato com a administradora. O micro-ondas, por sua vez, foi recolhido para reparo, e não tivemos acesso a ele até o momento do check-out.
