• Brian (10/5): Great size apartment in ideal location - Great size apartment in ideal location. Big comfortable bed, great shower pressure. Good size kitchen and wifi speed met all my needs. Projection box provided great viewing. Host was great slight hiccup with Door access fixed in 10 minutes and no further problems. Great communication Kitchen lacked frying pan and microwave safe containers to assist with cooking. But saying that I survived and had work arounds.

• Mun (6/5): Disappointment - Spacious and has a separate TV room. 1. One of the shower rooms cannot be used for shower as the water trap is not functioning. 2. There is no toilet papers on both toilets on first day of arrival and the property management team will deliver only the next day. They expect us to purchase on our own and settled it ourselves. The toilet papers given the next day is only 3 very small rolls and they expect us to use for 4 days for the whole family. When we ask for more, they just ignore. 3. There are exposed wires protruding from the walls and we have to cover them on our own in case there is electrical hazard. 4. Bidet is spoil. Maintenance is bad. 5. Cannot watch any TV channel from both TVs in the living room and in master room, rendering it a bit useless unless we bring our own device and connect to TV. By the way, there is only one HDMI cable. 6. The agent told us we are not allowed to use the swimming pool as we stay for short term. This is clearly not stated as a condition in booking.com, and we genuinely book this apartment as it has swimming pool facility. Booking.com should investigate this as this construes as outright cheating. 7. We found 3 pins on the floor and ended up have to vacuum the entire property to ensure it is safe for my family. I am in serious doubt why the housekeeping was not done properly. 8. The safe in the property cannot be used as the lock is not working, plus the entire safe is not screwed to the wall or fixture. We basically can move the entire safe. 9. The only standard response from the property management is “We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your stay with us. We understand that your experience should have been seamless, and we regret that it fell short of your expectations. 🙏🏻” There is no follow up action or even any plan to make out stay any better the next few days. 10. This is the worst experience that I had among all the properties booked through booking.com.
• Liza (7/5): Good - The swimming pool was great for families with young children. No strict rules on swimwear. Check-in and out was a breeze too. The apartment was beautiful and comfy. Love the fact that it has a vacuum! The refund for security deposit was a tad slow. The microwave oven and bidet weren't working well, and there were previous reviews on the same thing months back. Should have taken action. Families with small kids might need to pay extra caution to the glassroom. Awesome, but need to be cautious.

• Mohd (10/5): Recommended - Really comfortable and clean. The house is spacious. We especially love the LCD set- quality time with family! The bathtub also good. Great experience. The owner are really helpful to us. Really recommended. No manual / guideline to use electronic appliances like induction cooker / washing machine sebab mungkin ada customer yang tak biasa guna.
• Salman (7/5): It was ok, but nothing special, like I said many things need repairs. - Location, cleanliness, affordability, 1. Front door lock needs to be replaced, too touchy and malfunctioning most of the time. 2. Both bathroom bidets leak. 3. It’s a very nice view from windows but they definitely need to be cleaned. 4. Light in the bathroom mirror needs to be replaced. 5. Stove doesn’t work. 6. Microwave doesn’t work either. Why someone would have a kitchen if these two wouldn’t work. I hope they fix them. 7. No TV channels and only one TV remote, so basically useless. Would’ve been nice if Netflix or HBO MAX or anything even local channels work.
