Apartamento confortável, com elevador, banheiros reformados, lava e seca… Além da atenção da equipe! Tudo perfeito

• Doroteya (10/5): Comfortable and elegant stay in Prati - The apartment is spacious and elegant. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The access through the app is easy. A big advantage is the availability of two bathrooms. The property is located in Prati - one of the best neighborhoods of Rome (safe, clean, quiet at night, excellent dining). It is situated 15 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo and 20 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square. The hosts from Travel & Stay are always responsive and very helpful. Everything was perfect! -

Hög standard, buss/tunnelbana precis utanför, nära till matbutik och mysiga restauranger i området. Sköna sängar och bäddsoffa. Gångavstånd till många sevärdheter. Trevlig värd, tydlig information och bra bemötande! Rekommendera!

• Angeles (8/5): Alojamiento en un barrio tranquilo y cerca del Vaticano. - Me gustó, la proximidad a la basílica De San Pedro, castillo de San Angelo, la situación estaba cerca de mucha tienda y restaurantes y se podía ir andando al centro. Tenía dos baños, en uno de ellos la mampara del la ducha estaba rota por el anterior inquilino y no les Dio tiempo a cambiarla y tampoco me lo comentaron antes de llegar.

• Nantia (4/5): We do not recommend.. - The location is perfect, full of nice shops, restaurants & cafes. The apartment is spacious enough for a family, and well equipped. The property managers response pretty quickly, but indifferently. There is a terrible, extremely strong odor of sewage all over the apartment, that makes it impossible to stay in. We informed the managers about the issue, and the next day they sent someone who tried to cover the odor by flooding the pipes with chemicals. So, for that night we had to tolerate both the smell of the chemicals and the sewage odor. After the first few hours, the chemicals vanished and the sewage odor seemed to be stronger than ever. To avoid the inevitable nausea, we had to be out of the apartment as much as we could for the rest of our stay. Furthermore, the cleaning was defficient. The toilet for example had stains that should not be there if properly sterilized..

• Mariana (10/5): Excedeu as expetativas! Casa prática, central, bonita e SUPER bem equipada. Foi uma ótima escolha! - Esta estadia foi perfeita e era tudo muito prático. Tinhamos tudo o que necessitavamos para a nossa estadia e o self check in foi super facil! Tudo limpo, arrumado, disponivel... optimo! Sinceramente não existiu nada que não tivesse gostado, o único ponto menos positivo poderá ser os barulhos no prédio ou dos eletrodomésticos (acho eu). Mas não se ouve praticamente nada, quase que nem é um ponto negativo.

Le fait qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain est vraiment un plus. Tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. Un vrai problème de mauvaises odeurs qui provenait des écoulements dans les salles de bain (douches et lavabo). Un enregistrement très compliqué impossible à réaliser ni sur un PC, ni sur un MAC.

Quiet and safety neighborhoods with several cafees, restaurants and shops. A bit noisy neighbors. And only 2 wine classes for 4 persons. No champagne classes at all.

• Ewa (10/5): Bardzo udany i wykorzystany do maksimum. - Super lokalizacja, blisko Watykanu. Pod budynkiem przystanek autobusowy z którego można dojechać do głównych miejsc mimo że spacerem wcale nie wychodzi daleko, w pobliżu metro. Okolica czysta, mieszkanie piękne, dobrze wyposażone, posiadające wszystko czego trzeba na kilkudniowy pobyt - nawet można skorzystać z pralki, kontakt z obsługą szybki i sprawny. Obawiałam się jedynie wejścia na kod/strony internetowej, ale to także udało się opanować. Bardzo na plus, serdecznie polecam.

• Marco (9/5): Very happy and satisfied, public transportation just in front of the building and many dining options around. - Very well located and the neighborhood very safe and clean.
• Celestin (10/5): Fantastic few days in Rome - Nice rooms, perfect location, very clean, good communication with staff. We were very satisfied and had a great time. Highly recommended. Note: restaurant recommendation from staff was perfect as well, especially the restaurant Aqualunae. It would have been good to know that the SIT bus station is less than 10min walking distance and so is the luggage storage.
• Alex (5/5): Difficult to access and noisy residents spoiled our stay - The property is in a good location to reach the metro (Lepanto) or walk to many attractions. The entry system to the apartment building using a online link and then using your phone is cumbersome with the entry door in particular being difficult to open. and the apartment is up two flights of stairs which are not well lit although there is a small dated lift. The apartment is in a residential building so you are subject to neighbours one of which was noisy playing a TV a very loud between 10pm and 2am so disturbed our families sleep after a busy day sight seeing. The dining furniture is not comfortable (plastic seats) and the sofa being a sofa bed is not comfortable. The water pressure in the sink in one bathroom is low.

• Hua (8/5): An enjoyable stay. - Convenient location to Vatican city, most of sightseeing spots and restaurants/transport/shops. Very clean and easy to check-in/out. The host is professional and friendly. Cistern at the 2nd bathroom after flush has loud noises when re-filled. Apart from this, the apartment is highly recommended.
