- Leandra (7/5): Sin palabras - La ubicación es excelente, el personal muy amable. El edificio es viejo, no esta limpio, los ascensores tienen un olor feo. Respecto a la unidad es muy pequeña, antigua, la puerta del balcón estaba rota. Dejan una toalla grande por persona, y 1 sola toalla de mano para los 4 adultos que éramos, y solo hicieron la limpieza 1 vez en toda la estadía, no hay bolsas de consorcio de repuesto, las sábanas están manchadas. Y el desayunador no estaba funcionado. El día de la salida, a pesar de que ya me había ido, me enviaron un mensaje diciéndome que debía abandonar la unidad, ni siquiera chequean eso, me pareció fuera de lugar.

- Ortiz (10/5): - La atención del personal es excelente, la habitación que reservamos tenía una excelente vista, ubicado en el medio de todas las playas y a metros del centro de Pipa. Muy contentos y volveremos en otra ocasión.

- Leandro (7/5): Excelente custo x benefício - A localização, pois fica próximo a tudo que você precisa em pipa. A cama não é muito confortável e o barulho do ar condicionado, pois o condensador fica na varanda, além de esquentar muito o local, faz muito barulho.
