• Brožová (8/5): - Lokalita úžasná, klidné místo, přitom kousek do centra. byt moc hezky vybaven, čistý. Byl problém s odemykáním bytu. někdy nám to trvalo dlouho než se podařilo hlavní dveře odemknout. Kuchyně obsahovala kávovar na kapsle, bohužel se nám nepodařilo zjistit jaké koupit. kdyby tam alespoň jedna byla, mohly jsme podle ní nakoupit.
• paul (9/5): - The kitchen was a good supply of utensils and dishes .Was very quiet and comfortable, great views of the canal to watch the boats . Good location to all the attractions. The door to the apartment doesn't lock properly even though we were shown it's very difficult.

• Steven (8/5): Good location, spacious, clean, well-equipped, but maybe not the best choice during hot weather! - Very good location, 15 minutes walk to train station or Rialto bridge, 25-30 minutes to San Marco. Quiet area, with a number of restaurants and small shops nearby. Nice view over the canal. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and large living area in addition to two bedrooms. Bathroom clean and in good condition. It was very hot in Venice during our stay and the single air conditioning unit was not fully up to the task of keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, the unit is located above the entry door, meaning that the entry hallway is nice and cool, but the cool air doesn't really reach back into the living area or second bedroom. The temperature in the primary bedroom was OK, however. Also, the apartment does not have a smart TV with access to Netflix, other streaming services, or any foreign language content.

• Michelle (8/5): Wonderful area in Venice to stay but opening the doors to the apartment was a challenge. - Great location to all the sights. Quiet and comfortable accommodations. The door was extremely hard to open.

• Catherine (9/5): Calm and beautiful apartment in a hidden gem part of Venice - Clean, quiet, stylishly designed. Comfortable beds and a fantastic location away from the crowds at the Rialto and San Marco, but close for easy access to sights when needed. Easy check in process. Not a problem for us, but guests should be aware the two bedrooms are separated by a sliding door with no lock rather than two distinct rooms

• Alina (10/5): Definitely Recommend, In the Middle of Venice, 10 min walk to most of the popular attractions - Good Location, we had Everything you need in the property. Small bedroom and living room has view to the canal. I didn’t notice message on whatsapp from host, to organise time to meet up, so we had to wait an hour. Totally my fault, i checked info, and it does says check in from 3-8pm
• Tholakele (5/5): Passable - The property was in the heart of Venice, close to the main station and easy to walk to different restaurants, shopping points and for sightseeing The host wasn’t very warm or attentive
• Ignas (10/5): No hussel apartment in Venice. Quite, clean and cozy - Perfect location, plenty of nice places to eat, well connected to rail station and local public transport. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was seamless and very polite. Nothing of a note

• Marina (7/5): Lovely place, decent deal, but had some technical problems - Terrific location and nice, clean, and comfortable apartment with a view of the canal. The second bedroom had an incredibly hard pillow. But the BIG problem was that the management company (who were lovely until there was a problem) tried to get me to pay for the showerhead that broke off the second day we were there. This was a very cheap showerhead and the glue clearly eroded over time; just because it finally gave out under my watch they expected me to pay and actually harassed me quite a bit for this. That is as if the plumbing was rotting and finally gave away while you were renting someone’s place and you were expected to pay to repair it. Pretty outrageous. Finally, the booking company said I should ignore them. I was really unpleasantly surprised by this stunned and it was wasted quite a bit of time. Not only that, but for a not inexpensive place, we had to shower with just the hose and no head for a day and a half!

• Arthur (8/5): Clean, good size Venice apartment conveniently located. - This apartment is a 12 min walk from the train station. It is clean and has 2 bedrooms. It has all the modern amenities including a full size refrigerator and large shower. Very nice!! If you stay here be sure to visit the Pizza shop just a few yards away. Pizza by the slice and very affordable prices for large and family (XL) size. Something I really appreciated was that the host left us a good supply of toilet paper. Which important for those of us who do NOT use the 'bidet' toilet. Thanks!! Con: While the apartment does list AC, it's above the door in the hallway. The flow into the master bedroom and guest room is not great. But there is a oscillating floor fan to help push air.

This cosy apartment was bright, provided a great view, fit our family of (3) perfectly, and was in walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit in Venice. Our hosts were very proactive in contacting us prior to our stay and provided great directions and recommendations.

• Angela (9/5): Wonderful apartment, ideal location with a lot to offer - The location was perfect to see the sights of Venice. It was in a quiet area and had secure entrance and the apartment was very spacious. We would definitely stay here again. Alessandra, who met us to hand off the keys was very helpful, friendly and gave us a list of recommended places to go for food & drink. We had a power outage and the hostess responded to our text within minutes to walk us through steps to get the power back on. The cleaning fee was a bit steep, especially since we were only there 2 nights and spent very little time in the apartment. Also, the recycling/trash program in Venice is very confusing for short-term travelers. Recycling/trash should be included in the cleaning fee.

• Lee (7/5): Won’t return - Location is quite good. With 3 people staying, they only provided half a roll of toilet paper. We ran out of it at midnight and couldn’t find an extra anywhere in the apartment. Not sure what they were thinking. In addition no paper towels is provided in the well equipped kitchen. Basically you walked into an apartment where the basics of the very basic thing are not provided.
