• TeeEeBee (6/5): Günstige Option nah an der Tube - Sehr nah an der Tube Station. Tesco ebenfalls sehr nah dran und Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer sowie Möglichkeit, die Gemeinschaftsküche zu nutzen. Das Zimmer war mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet, sogar ein recht guter Haartrockner auf dem Zimmer. Leider gab es nur einen einzigen Kleiderbügel, aber ich kann mir auch gut vorstellen, dass so etwas gerne durch die Gäste entwendet wird. Der Zutritt zur Unterkunft und zum Zimmer war jeweils mit pin geregelt, was grundsätzlich gut und simpel ist. Das Zimmer war außerdem auch sauber. Die Küche wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war grundsätzlich gut. Jedoch muss man bei dem Preis einfach Abstriche machen. Das war uns auch bewusst. Wie bei den positiven Punkten angegeben, war uns bewusst, dass man bei dem sehr günstigen Preis und der trotzdem guten Tube Anbindung seine Erwartungen entsprechend anpassen muss. Was uns gestört hat, waren aber Punkte, die man wirklich sehr leicht verbessern könnte. Die Toilette und das Bad sind voneinander getrennt. Da es sich um ein Gemeinschaftsbad handelt, ist dies sinnvoll. Leider gibt es auf der Toilette kein Waschbecken und man kann sich die Hände nur waschen, wenn auch das Bad gerade frei ist (oder man muss runter in die Küche), aber das ist zu verschmerzen. Im Bad gibt es keinen Spiegel. Das ist schon ein größeres Problem und ließe sich einfach beheben, denn Platz wäre vorhanden. Als Kontaktlinsenträgerin. Musste ich mir die Linsen unter nur halbwegs hygienischen Bedingungen im Zimmer einsetzen und herausnehmen. Was wirklich nicht schön war, war der Badtteppich. Dieser sah extrem schmuddelig aus. Besser wäre es wahrscheinlich gar keinen hin zu legen und jedem Zimmer einen eigenen Badvorleger zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Dusche war nicht unbedingt intuitiv zu bedienen aber in Ordnung. Was leider gar nicht geht, war folgende Situation: Die Zimmertür mit Tastenfeld zur pin Eingabe musste man wirklich fest zu ziehen, damit sie geschlossen ist. Das haben wir direkt festgestellt und auch sehr darauf geachtet. An unserem letzten vollen Tag haben wir das Zimmer und die Unterkunft morgens verlassen, uns vergewissert, dass die Tür verschlossen ist und kehrten abends erst zurück. Unsere Tür war offen und jeder der anderen Gäste hätte Zutritt gehabt. Es fehlten keine Sachen, aber wir nahmen Kontakt zur Unterkunft auf. Die Antwort kam schnell und man prüfte den Sachverhalt. Es sei wohl die Reinigskraft im Zimmer gewesen und habe dann die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. So etwas sollte nicht passieren. Aber natürlich passieren Fehler und man kann es dann auch nicht mehr ändern.

• Mariana (4/5): Foi ok. - Gostei da localização. Ficava perto do metro e de muitas lojas de comida, e ficava num bairro calmo. O anfitrião era muito simpático e ajudou em tudo. A casa de banho estava muito antiga, tinha um buraco na banheira tapado com papel. O chão do quarto rangia a andar…

L’accesso era facile con i codici, la stanza era abbastanza calda. La stanza era piccola, ma comunque per gli standard di Londra andava bene. Il bagno aveva il tappeto molto sporco, e abbiamo fatto fatica a capire come far funzionare l’acqua della doccia

• Okechukwu (7/5): It was comfortable and I recommend it to customers - The bed is very comfortable, although the base is too low. The outside (front and back) of the house need to be weeded so it looks inviting. Once a while, the cleaner should move the furniture to clean underneath the bed, fridge etc.

I wish the sound on the door lock inside the property were quieter! I had to come in very very late and the front door lock was quiet but my door lock not so much, which may have woken other guests! That’s the only thing!

• Riccardo (5/5): Host di qualità ma struttura un po’ deficitaria - La struttura era sita in vicinanza della fermata della metro Stepney Green, di conseguenza era estremamente rapido raggiungere ogni zona di Londra in tempi ragionevoli. Riscaldamento sempre funzionante, riscaldava bene l’ambiente e in poco tempo. L’host era disponibile e tempestivo nel risolvere problemi e a rispondere. Cucina in buone condizioni ma da noi mai utilizzata Le dimensioni e le condizioni della stanza non erano adeguate, era troppo piccola(dalle foto dell’host sembra molto più grande). Materasso in condizioni pessime, struttura del letto danneggiata e molle del materasso ormai inesistenti(decisamente da sostituire). Muffa sulla parete adiacente al letto(consiglierei di sistemarla perché dannosa per la salute). Il fatto di avere il bagno in comune non sempre è cosa positiva, troppo dipendente dall’educazione degli altri ospiti, e purtroppo non sempre durante il nostro soggiorno il bagno era in condizioni igieniche utilizzabili soprattutto da una donna. Anche per il rispetto della quiete, i muri sono molto sottili, di conseguenza si sente molto il rumore ogni qualvolta qualcuno usciva dalle stanze.

• BООО (7/5): Бюджетная база с удобным расположением - Это очень эконом вариант, надо быть к этому готовым. Есть общая кухня на 1м этаже с чайником и микроволновкой, в номере был холодильник. Хорошее месторасположение в тихом безопасном районе, рядом станция метро и автобусная остановка. До центра можно дойти пешком за 30-40 минут. Хорошо работай вайфай. Всегда была туалетная бумага, регулярно выноси мусор с кухни (но не из комнат, поэтому я уносила свой раз в день на кухню в общий бак). Место для тех, кто приходит, чтобы просто переночевать. Всё на кодовых замках и входная дверь и комната, удобно. Шумоизоляции никакой, один раз в полночь соседи индусы решили послушать рэп на максимум, пришлось разбираться. Общая ванная и туалет, надо быть готовым подождать пока кто-то выйдет или избавиться от излишне перепитого после гулянки. На одеяло не натягивается до конца пододеяльник, он короче на 20-30 см. Мы жили неделю в этом месте и как понимаю, если вы хотите заменить полотенца, то надо как-то связываться с администрацией, чтобы занесли. Номера очень уставшие, грязные стены и зеркала (частично убирала пятна влажными салфетками, чтобы приятнее было краситься утром).

• RaúlPGon (6/5): - La ubicaciones es muy buena y el barrio tiene todos los servicios. Es un barrio tranquilo. Es un alojamiento que da sensación de suciedad. Está deteriorado por el paso del tiempo y se percibe que no hay inversión en recambiar: alfombrillas del baño, baldas, manteles... Te ponen una toalla del baño de manos para todos los huéspedes, algo muy antigénico. En el baño, no hay jabón para lavarte las manos ( algo básico) y las alfombrillas están llenas de suciedad. La habitación no estaba limpia del todo, cama,algunos muebles están forrados con ule muy sucio, suelo con restos de polvo o pelusas. Si hay más huéspedes, se escucha absolutamente todo.

• Charlotte (7/5): Logement bien placé - Le logement est très bien placé, à quelques mètres de la station de métro et des arrêts de bus. Les draps étaient propres et doux. L'espace est suffisant pour deux personnes. L'hygiène est passable, car il y a qu'un toilette et qu'une salle de bain pour les 4 chambres. Il devrait y avoir des produits d'entretiens pour qu'on puisses passer un coup avant de les utiliser.

• Nicola (8/5): Locale comodo per visitare Londra - Posizionato in zona 2, a 5 minuti dalla fermata delle metro dalle linee Hammersmith e District. Con la metro si raggiunge il centro in una decina di minuti. La struttura è in una via secondaria, lontano dai rumori del traffico. Il locale era generalmente luminoso, pulito e accogliente. Bagno diviso in due stanze: una con wc e finestra, l'altro con gli altri servizi e anche qui finestra. Questo ha reso più comodo il soggiorno pur essendoci altri inquilini. Frigo in camera. Host risponde in modo tempestivo, molto disponibile. Durante il soggiorno ho trovato in un angolo della stanza degli escrementi di topo.

The exact address of the place is a bit confusing: in the message I received, the house number was listed as #4, although it was actually #24. I had to walk around the area a few times to find the place. The closet might help.

Our room was far away from what we expected… the pictures on the internet are fake… our bed was super uncomfortable and the room very suffocating… also it was not a renovated good room like the ones you show on internet..it was old and it has absolutely NO soundproofing like we were hearing the others from the next room kissing….. about the kitchen.. it was very good like you have everything you need to cook but almost everything was stained and dirty so we always had to clean them first before we use anything… overall only the toilet was good and clean…
