• Muhs (10/5): - Great room, great location No shade on balcony. Room faced western sun and could not sit out on balcony as way to hot. Next time will ask for a room on the other side of the building.

• Andrew (6/5): Great location in quite old apartment - The room was very old. Not even mixer taps. Washing machine broke on day 2 but was repaired promptly. RBR did everything to assist.

• Winter (8/5): Very good - Walking distance to shops , beach & great location. Although it is only a kitchenette & you still like to cook away, you'll need to bring some pans as the ones there were really used & old. Actually the handle broke when I was holding it. Lucky no oil in it as it would have burnt me. Need another wine glass as there was only 1.

• Rita (6/5): Quite disappointed and unlikely to stay again - The location Bed linen pillows had stale smells to them, the frypans were really baby scratched and should not have been part of the utensils and binned there a health hazard Bit the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in

• Grace (2/5): Communication between resort and RBR was very conflicting. My swipe didn't work. - The staff at the resort weren't very friendly or accommodating once they realised you book through an outside agency such as RBR. My swipe card didn't work and both parties were not communicating and blaming each other. I will not be booking through agency again or staying at the resort. Which is unfortunate as everything ticked all boxes.

• Maria (4/5): Great location, Comfortable bedding but everything else is :( - location - toiletries limited to one tiny bar of soap. - one roll of toilet paper provided for a four-night stay for a couple - a bit noisy, can hear the motorised gardening equipment from across the road - spare blanket was dusty/dirty - gave me itchy skin - clothes dryer needs deep cleaning - it’s a fire zone waiting to happen - the shower drain hasn’t been cleaned in ages, it needs some real attention and extra cleaning time
• Tracy (9/5): It is a favourite stay! - The location and facilities are fantastic. The unit was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.. Needs a new wooden spoon, fry pan and toilet brush. Minor issues easily fixed! Everything else was fab .

• Bruce (6/5): Pleasent stay in a great city and great location. - Location. Cleanliness. Pool. No Wifi. No additional toiletries, soap, rubbish bags etc. A coffee machine would have also been nice.

• Tracy (9/5): We had a wonderful stay and have already rebooked! - Property was clean, good facilities (kitchen, laundry, parking, TV), roominess and comfort. Pool, slide and atmosphere was wonderful! property was as we photos. we could see the beach conditions from the balcony. would like to have had an inside clothes airing rack to hang washing, a bath mat and a hand towel and full size tea towel (since linen was provided).
