Carmelo (1/5): Negativo - Parcheggio privato inesistente e la camera aveva un letto co materassi che si dividevano , duri e cuscini finti, la ciligina sulla torta leggete bene che c sarà una cauzione di 200€ che potrete saltare pagando 35 €
Justyna (9/5): Fajne miejsce na nocleg - Zarezerwowałam nocleg godzinę przed przybyciem, Pan w recepcji bardzo miły, pomógł ogarnąć zameldowanie on line. Pokój był czysty, dostęp świetnie wytłumaczony, na miejscu lodówka Recepcja w innym miejscu niż adres w booking, wybrany pokój również znajdował się w innej lokalizacji, na szczęście dość blisko. Nie zauważyłam jasnej informacji że wymagane jest 200€ kaucji, o tym dowiedziałam się na miejscu podczas zameldowania. Zameldowanie on-line było trudne, system nie widział nowej rezerwacji a potem nie mogłam przejść przez dość prosty formularz bo wyrzucało mnie ze strony, udało się na innym telefonie. Jedną denerwująca rzecz to boczne światło na czujnik, uruchamiało się nawet podczas obracania się na łóżku.

Broken door so had no lock on it what's so ever. Smashed sink, no plug in sink, dirty bathroom. Hairs on and in the bed. Broken plug sockets, exposed wires. Not welcoming at all. Didn't end up staying the night. Instead I left and found somewhere else
Mrňava (5/5): - Jediná výhoda byla že vchody do všeho byly na kód takže člověk nemusel řešíš klíče nebo kartu. Plíseň kolem okna a vlhký celý pokoj. Z chodby bylo vše slyšet. Ručníky za celou dobu ani neuschly protože sotva si je pověsíte na klimatizaci. Záloha 200€ pro mě dost nepochopitelná. Doufám v brzké vrácení.

KIICHI (10/5): コストパフォーマンス最高で、スタッフの方々の優しさが素晴らしかった！ - ナポリ市街地で開催された学会の宿泊のために利用しました。ナポリ中心市街地内にあり、ロケーションはよかったです。受付の際に現地語が拙い私にも親切に分かりやすく対応してくださいました。清掃も文句なしの清潔さでした。観光地ということもあり宿泊費相場が高くなりがちですがお手頃な値段で十分な満足度が得られました。特にありません。

Mauro (2/5): Parcheggio non in struttura come scritto. - La comodità che la struttura ha diverse stanze molto vicine al centro La struttura riporta parcheggio in loco... Lasciando intendere che avessero un parcheggio privato da loro gestito mentre sono convenzionati con un garage che tra le cose ti fanno pagare solo in contanti al check-in (un garage non per modo di dire ma un posto auto coperto) e per le altre auto come la mia parcheggio in strada con controllo 24 h lasciando le chiavi che per carità va benissimo ma non si può scrivere parcheggio in loco poiché ho scelto la struttura per la comodità di parcheggiare vicino la struttura mentre comunque ho dovuto camminare sotto la pioggia. Per la stanza trattengono 200€ di caparra altrimenti per non lasciare la caparra si deve rinunciare alla sconto di booking, senza senso. Secondo punto a sfavore è che il lavandino del bagno era completamente otturato e i dosatori del sapore per mani e nella doccia completamente vuoti... Fortuna hanno messo delle bustine di sapone monodose.

Hanna (9/5): Everything was beautiful, especially the building. The room was very cozy and clean. - The location was the best part. It was close to everything we wanted to reach and see during our vacation. The view was a very Italian view that made our stay even better. It made us feel like we blended in. At some point we had some noisy neighbours. And the entrance door has a very disturbing sound that woke us up during the night. But other than that everything was perfect.
Anna (5/5): Not worth the hassle - Clean room with nice sized bathroom Check in wasn’t easy (reception is a walk down the road and around the corner which wasn’t fun with all the luggage in the heat). Got charged a £200 hold on my debit card which I was told would take be 2-3 business days til I get it back after checking out. Contacted them after not receiving it and they said since it’s debit card it’ll take 30 business days which I am very unhappy about!!
Lisa (1/5): We didnt end up going there because we didnt want to get scammed with another 400 euros - nothing From the moment I booked this hotel the way they spoke to me via Booking.com was extremely rude. It was me and my family traveling 2 adults, and one 4 year old and I thought I booked a room for 2 adults one child as it said on booking.com, it said child for free anyways. Then I was speaking to them about a shuttle service and said how much is it for the child they then got angry I didnt mention the child in the first place, which was obviously not on purpose. They wanted to charge 70 euros to add the child while the room for 2 adults was 54. I then booked another room as it was cheaper. They laughed at me and said well now you have to pay the deposit of 200 euros twice. I tried to cancel the booking but not possible. I then start to look up reviews on other websites and saw loads of reviews saying guests never got their 200 euro deposit back! We decided not to go. Both booking.com and this hotel have not been accommodating towards this matter. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I booked a lovely other place called OFF rooms which was perfect super cheap and the host was really kind .

White (1/5): Never again! - Nothing The room was in a building like old offices, you went up in a lift into an area with corridors with no windows or view to your “room”. It was basic. It didn’t have any redeeming qualities. The bed was two single mattresses joined together, one flat pillow each, air conditioning didn’t work, safe was not attached to anything-not screwed down so could be lifted away, minimal drawer space , no view from the window, to top it all we were robbed entering the building at the end of the first day!
