• charity (1/5): I was basically scammed by the property using a third party app, paid the full priced. - Absolutely nothing Customer service was horrible And I was left stranded outside Customer service I was left stranded And I was not let into the property Then they cancelled my booking and took my whole paid amount And booking.com can’t help because they texted me on WhatsApp Which is not a verified platform So i basically got scammed I do not recommend 😐

• Claudio (5/5): - Good location if you're doing business in Canary wharf. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I was kept awake until around 3am by very noisy guests, despite politely asking them to keep the noise down. After a long day of travelling and needing to work the next morning, this was really frustrating. I feel the management should do more to ensure guests respect quiet hours. If respect for others is not observed, it really lowers the overall standard of the stay.

La maison est introuvable, perdue dans un quartier où même les voisins ne savaient pas qu’une chambre s’y louait — ce qui nous a tout de suite mis mal à l’aise. Une fois arrivées, l’endroit était vide, sauf des rires étranges venant d’une chambre. L’ambiance faisait peur. Dans notre chambre, c’était sale, malodorant, et délabré. La salle de bain ? Immonde. Douche cassée, odeur de pourri… Franchement, à éviter à tout prix — que ce soit pour la propreté, la localisation ou la sécurité. Et ne vous fiez surtout pas aux photos : ça ne ressemble en rien à la réalité !

• Erik (8/5): Good enough for money you pay - Its a perfect hole to come and fall asleep. Bed is clean, soft and white. Floor is clean. Thats it. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Excell exhibition. Location is scary:))) Gash smell on the street, homeless people. More or less like in the whole London :))) Floor in the bathroom was not really clean.

• Sara (1/5): - Our experience at this accommodation was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the code-operated door did not open, and we had to contact customer service just to get inside. Once in, we immediately realised that the property looked nothing like the photos advertised. It was essentially an English house divided into coded rooms, completely different from what was promised. When we entered our room, we discovered there was no heating at all — in December, in London — and there was an additional small room in very poor condition that honestly felt unsettling. The cleanliness was also unacceptable: there were hairs on the sheets and duvets that definitely did not belong to us. When I went upstairs to take a shower, both the bathroom mat and the shower mat were in unhygienic condition, and to make matters worse, there was no hot water. Overall, the experience was completely unacceptable, and we genuinely feel this accommodation is a scam. We would not recommend it under any circumstances.

• Htet Htet (2/5): - It looked nice and transportation is ok. We got a clean kitchen with appliances. It was a real budget room but a good wifi, and full toiletries. The room partitions are so weak that we can hear all the talks of other guests, the sounds of walking around from upstairs guests at midnight, and even the bed creaking sounds, which is really awful. Also, the floor is wooden which makes loud creaking sounds when steps are taken on it. The upstairs bathroom is only 1, which needs to be shared with the other 4 rooms that I didn't like. We have to wait for other people to finish showering.

• Skora (1/5): - Я забронировала этот номер только потому что он был недалеко от выставки. Звукоизоляция вообще отсутствует. Номер 5 прямо возле общей кухни и весь вечер там что-то делали вплоть до 1 ночи. Мне удалось поспать нормально всего пару часов.Из крана капала вода и так как звукоизоляция изоляция отсутствует это ужасно раздражало.Вы слышите абсолютно все что происходит в этом доме.Дом не ухожен в нем стоит ужасный запах, а в самой комнате воняло говном !!! Территория на улице грязная. Матрасы и подушки это самое убогое что я видела, а постельное белье было помятым и не свежим... Как такое можно сдавать? Лучше доплатить 40 фунтов и снять что-то комфортное , но это точно не вариант.

• Marsland (1/5): Distance was fine, but bedbugs. - Good location to the Excel. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs. We did tell the lady cleaning the rooms on the day of departure. We would have left and booked elsewhere, but it was either paying £500+ or being too far out of London for the convention. The property was also run down, with broken panels in the bathroom, poor fixtures, etc.

She wants to clean the room. Then I went out. After returning back to room after 4 hours. Nothing changed. Bed bugs in pillow.

• Ana-Maria (8/5): Great value for money - Good location and value for money. The bed was comfortable for one person and the bathroom had shampoo and shower gel, but I used my own. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, take-aways nearby. Early check-in was possible and the staff was helpful because check-in is made by code and I got stuck outside the room because my phone with the code was inside. Another tenant helped me contact the landlord, who helped me very quickly. Make sure you write down and keep the codes with you each time you exit the room, so you do not get stuck outside. Overall, it was great for a weekend for one person. Windows are not clean and bathroom mats could be washed.

• Judith (5/5): good for a quick visit - its accessible and really close to the subway, the checkin and checkout was really easy i guess its a good affordable place to stay for a night, but for us, we stayed for a week so we experienced lots of people coming and going, in the room we found dead spiders and cobwebs, it looks worse than the pictures, we were in a room downstairs so we heard all footsteps and sus noises upstairs. theres only one bathroom with shower and like 5 rooms so when the house was packed it was hard to access, unless you queued and waited outside😭 bathroom was also dirty and wet all the time
• Bhyman (1/5): Disgusting stay away! - NOTHING It was disgusting, nothing like the photos, it was super dirty, there was no way I was going to stay there with a child. There was literal pubes in the bathroom sink, there was a monster can under the bed, chewing gum on the fire alarm, dirt of the floors and walls and dirty bedsheets with hair and other stains I care not to know what it was. It was filthy, and old and smelly. Also tried to cal the property manager like 15 times and no answer, the place is a residential house not a building.

Shower head leaked and sprayed all over. Mattress very firm. Pillows flat and quite stained and dirty, pillow cases appeared clean though. Kitchen lacked cutlery and dishes. Not much available to cook with. Hood fan did not seem to have power.

A few miles drive and good public transport facilities into London. Good check in and check out information and prompting, Could have been price lowered. Cost a bit on the higher side for the venue/ambiance. Cost paid is possible base price for Quality Holiday inn or Premier inn once booked in advance. It is an east london house with rooms booked out. Low pressure, leaking shower in the shared bathroom should have been checked and fixed. Pillows almost flat and old resulting in low comfort rest/sleep. One or two more spare good pillows would appreciated by guests.
