• Josefina (10/5): Excelente! Muy recomendable - Excelente ubicación, muy bien equipada para cocinar. Muy luminoso y el balcón terraza le da un plus. Se puede hacer algo en la parrilla eléctrica. Muy buen living-comedor. Buena ropa blanca, muy limpio. El único problema fue el aire acondicionado de la habitación en suite, que la ventilación sale en la cabecera de la cama….muy molesto para dormir, de hecho, me resfrié. Si se va en pareja, solo una habitación tiene una cama queen, Las otras dos son de 1.40 de ancho.
• Michele (8/5): Ótima localização - A localização é o ponto alto, o apartamento é bem decorado e confortável. Mesmo estando em uma rua movimentada não escutei barulhos de carro. A casa foi entregue limpa e com roupas de cama e banho de qualidade. O prédio é bastante velho, mas nada que seja muito diferente da região

• Tom (10/5): Ein wahres Juwel in Ipanema - Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, toll eingerichtet und optimal gelegen. Sie war zudem wirklicj sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch die Betten waren perfekt für uns. Jederzeit wieder. Man kommt nicht direkt mit dem Lift in das betreffende Stockwerk. Für uns kein Problem, aber für Leute mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet.
• Anniek (9/5): Second time - really loved it again. - This was the second time we staid at this property. Rio is not an easy place to find a high quality apartment in a convenient location - and this is one of the few (in my opinion). The building is not new, however the apartment is fully renovated, spacious, very well taken care of, very well equipped and comfortable. We will return when given the opportunity.

It is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Not easy to find in Rio. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. E.g. we had a small issue with the WiFi which was promptly and easily solved. Nothing
