- Silke (7/5): Fabulous location and security measures, but apartment needs some TLC - Location, security of building, beds were comfortable, dishwasher worked well no information was left in regards to, where to find the recycling area (Level 4) or where the garbage chute is. Had to asked a neighbour. Actually no information about the apartment/surroundings at all. No hand towel in the bathroom.
The iron and ironing board need to be replaced. So dirty, that it left stain on my white pants.
It felt almost harassed by the property management to send Verification documents Drivers license, Credit card and a selfie before check in.
I would suggest, to concentrate on delivering a great looking apartment with clear instructions new sponge in the kitchen, a wipe etc.

- Lai Wa (4/5): This was a very unpleasant accommodation experience for us. - The living room windows cannot be closed, causing noise and coldness; flying insects frequently infest the room; the kitchen and bathroom faucets leak; and the carpet has many stains.

- Bill (4/5): Great location but poor experience in terms of quality - Location and comfy beds Keys not in lock box on arrival and no apology. Had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to arrive to let us in. No dinner plates, no salt or pepper, 1 plug for 3 sinks, mould in bathroom and needed a good clean, carpets needed cleaning, front door lock barely functional, no body wash or soap in shower, tiny bit of cheap hand wash in bathroom, no dishcloth, tiny tea towel, dining table for 3 but sleeps 4, seats at dining table unable to be used and broken, mould in kitchen, lots of damage and wear and tear and age to apartment apparent.
- Kaiwen (1/5): Bad - Extremely Frustrating Experience – Bond Still Not Refunded
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this hotel. I was required to pay a $300 bond before check-in, which is understandable. However, despite checking out on 20/05, as of 11/06, I still have not received my bond refund. I was told it would be returned within 7–14 business days, but it has now been well beyond that timeframe.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been following up with the staff every single day, and each time I’m told the refund is “in process.” It’s been over three weeks, and nothing has been returned to my account. This level of delay and lack of transparency is completely unacceptable.
During our stay, the communication with staff was also very poor. When I checked in on a Saturday, I noticed that the window couldn’t be closed properly, and considering how cold it gets in Melbourne, this made our stay very uncomfortable. Despite raising the issue, there was no effective response or resolution. We stayed for a total of three days, and it wasn't until day three—after I escalated the issue through Booking.com—that they finally cab send someone to fix it.
Based on this experience, I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to return the bond in a timely manner have left me extremely dissatisfied.
Please return my bond.
- Stacey (8/5): So close to everything - The location was perfect for anything & everything....was all within walking distance or a short trip on a tram. Nice place to come back to & relax for a bit until going out to do something else. The instructions of how to get the key was certainly unique. Kinda felt like I was on The Amazing Race. Thought we'd got stuck in the lift until we realised we had to use the fob to operate it....
