• Astrid (9/5): - Großzügige Wohnung, tolle Tiefgarage, netter Kontakt, ausreichend Kaffeekapseln für den gesamten Aufenthalt, 2 Balkone- Tipp: alle Instruktionen lesen inklusive Video, dann erspart man sich unnötige Fragen Leider schon renovierungsbedarf, die Gäste gehen nicht immer pfleglich mit dem Inventar um, insbesondere die Küche hat schon ein wenig gelitten, funktioniert aber alles- kein Punktabzug. Auf dem Balkon etwas laut, da direkt an der Straße gelegen. Das ist auch mein Punktabzug, die laut stark befahrene Straße
• Simone (9/5): Gemütlich-moderne, saubere Wohnung, ein perfekter Ausgangsort für alle Unternehmungen rund um den Tegernsee - Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und tatsächlich nur wenige Minuten vom See entfernt. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und gleich um die Ecke sind ein Bäcker und ein sehr schönes Café Zwar ist die vorbeiführende Straße etwas lauter, aber die Fenster sind sehr gut schallisoliert, so dass man den Verkehr nicht hört. Sehr praktisch ist der inbegriffene Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz, von dem aus man per Aufzug zur Wohnung hinauf fahren kann. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist modern-gemütlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Schlafsofa ist ein bisschen durchgelegen, aber für ein paar Nächte war es okay.

• Jens (8/5): Großes, zweckmäßiges Appartment - Sehr nett, das eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Wein als Willkommensgruss da waren. Super praktisch, dass Kaffee, Tee, Öl, Salz ect da waren. Auch besonders gut, dass alles da war zum Spülen und einige Sachen zum Putzen da waren.

• Sebastian (8/5): - - sehr zentrale Lage, Supermarkt und Bäcker unter 1 Minute, Badestellen in 10 Minuten erreichbar - modernes, sauberes Bad - Tiefgaragenstellplatz inklusive - Aufzug in die Wohnung - einfacher Check-In, netter telefonischer Kontakt - Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, die Fenster sind zwar sehr dicht, aber man kann praktisch nicht lüften wegen des Lärms - Ausstattung eher rudimentär (2 Handtücher pro Person, die man wegen fehlender Aufhängemöglichkeiten nicht trocken kriegt), Pfannen/Töpfe schlechte Qualität - Wohnung insgesamt etwas abgewohnt und nicht ganz so schick wie auf den Fotos

• Antonia (7/5): Good - The apartment was really nicely furnished and very comfortable. Check-in was really easy. There is a lovely little cafe downstairs that offered an amazing breakfast, and the location was great. Inside the apartment, we had everything we needed, and the underground parking was great. Although all the major things were clean, there were some small things that had been missed. For example, a lot of the glasses, cultary, pans, etc weren't clean, and there was still toothpaste on the bathroom surfaces

• Katri (10/5): Nice well-equipped apartment for a lovely lake staycation - Super attentive hosts and smooth check-in process. Hosts were able to meet our needs to have an earlier check-in. Apartment is nice and well equipped, extra points for the blackout curtains and comfortable beds. Location is great, close to the lake, super cute cafe and a supermarket over the street. Although location is great, maybe not the best location for those seeking a super quiet night sleep. Nights are okay, but starting from 6am the street gets quite busy.
• Christoph (7/5): Good apartment but a little overpriced. - Central location, very helpful and responsive hosts, good facilities (underground parking with direct access to the building, bathtub, shower, coffee maker, etc). Apartment could have been cleaner, it wasn’t necessarily dirty but for that price I expected it to be spotless (stains on some of the chairs, wear and tear on the flooring and some of the furniture, etc.). It took the heating nearly 24 hrs to get warm, it wasn’t freezing but also not very comfortable.

Generous help, easy self check-in, strategically perfect apartment 5min walk to train station Gmund/Tegernsee, Bus stops right at the spot and a bakery café in the same house as nice shops with beautiful traditional clothes around and much more. Welcome drink and even nespresso capsule selection at arrival. Spacious place and spacious and nice clean bathroom with tuve and rain shower, wifi provided, easy check-out. We will defo come back. Thank you! -
