Guest Reviews
- jamie (8/5): Had a lovely family time together with stunning views, - Beautiful property A couple of things like no hand towels, bring your own towels for pool which is not hot but not freezing cold and spa hot bath ,no instructions how to use and couldn’t find how to turn on and warm it up. The bar room is full of bunk beds and not curtains for privacy so can’t use for entertainment.beds are pretty hard too. Make sure to write address as Henley bridge gate in your maps and you will arrive to the right spot not the address on booking.
- Nguyen (1/5): Initially, we had planned a stay here for our wedding guests, but unfortunately, the experience was - Nothing Was not a pleasant stay considering the amount we paid.
- Shiby Thomas (10/5): -
- Ben (1/5): Do not stay here as the property falsely advertises that there is a pool when it is not accessible. - Easy to access the keys from the lockbox. Didn't like how the property falsely advertised that there is a pool and spa bath despite them both being extremly cold. We didn't like how there were no hand towels in the kitchen or bathrooms. This place is overpriced for a basic house that is extremely difficult to find.
- Nirodya (10/5): A once in a lifetime kind of stay! - This property is absolutely stunning, the views, location and the house itself is so luxurious and unique. Everything about the house feels like luxury Nothing
- Nimmi (9/5): Superb -
- Karen (8/5): Overall we were quite happy but more attention to detail would make this location perfect - Facilities, location, size and clean sheets and pillow cases and clean kitchen Not enough bath towels, hand towels or bath mats for all visitors. Unclean bathroom near pool, no hand soap at 2 sinks, dishwasher was full of dishes, there weren’t enough mugs, no instructions for TV, spiders in rooms, windows dirty in piano room, no tea towels or drainer/dish rack and no pool towels. There needs to be another two double/queen beds available also, for 12 adult guests
- Tiju (10/5): Exceptional - The entire facility. It was so clean, presentable, and comfortable.. Nothing
- Fiona (6/5): Spending quality time with family made up for our dissapointment re dishwasher and bunk beds. - Great location. Dishwasher didn't work. Several bunk beds in inappropriate rooms which we had to relocate to use the space.
Be aware on the website the bar room is empty in the photo. However when we arrived there were 5 double bunk beds which the picture didn't show.
When we contacted the owner he denied that the dishwasher was not working and said the cleaners are unable to move the bunks in the bar room so it was up to us. When you are spending $4500 for 2 nights we expected some recompense for doing dishes all weekend and clearing out and then re stacking the bunks back into the bar room however the owner just dismissed us. The property is obviously set up for people that go to play golf and don't care where they sleep.
- Uppal (9/5): Superb -
- Mykola (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Syeda (9/5): Superb - The place was beautiful, clean, and provided everything needed. we had a good time chilling and relaxing. very pricey for the duration.
- Dean (10/5): Amazing and beautiful. Special place for a big family. - The house was beautiful and if you think you understand the photos and what the property brings then I would advise for you that your expectations are seriously low. This house blows it out of the water. Nothing.
- Hannah (10/5): Exceptional - This property was breathtaking
- Claire (10/5): What a spot! Highly recommend - The house was just AMAZING!! We booked in with a group of girls. It was such a big house, plenty of space, games, pool table, indoor pool, hot tub & a tennis court. Plenty to keep us occupied. Sitting with a cup of tea at 7am watching the sun come up and the herds of kangaroos is something you don't get to do everyday. Would love to go back. Unfortunately I wasn't aware not to follow google maps, it took me to the address, but the other side of the road , which was an additional 45 min drive. My advise is to put into the map :heritage golf & country club. The house made up for every extra minute spent driving, it was amazing. The host was contactable and able to help. Other thing was the lack of kitchen & bathroom hand towels for drying dishes and hands,. However the bath towels & slippers were fab!
- Hiromatsu (3/5): Overall property is very nice but VERY BAD ACCESS & LOCKED US IN THE ESTATE WITH NO EXIT OR ENTRY - Place and view was amazing. Good quality furniture. Terrible access. Was not allowed to exit the building and had people who had travelled 1 hour or more to only be denied access because they would not open the gate.
